I have taken an animal behavior class and a pet first aid and CPR certifying class so I can keep your pets safe and happy! I am a dog groomer, though currently unemployed. I can be home with your pet as much as they need! I typically get up between 9 and 10 but will adjust to your pet as needed! I will nurture your dog or cat's natural instincts by allowing them to play, exercise, and explore in the safest ways possible. Specifications and rules are, of course, up to you but I believe in letting the animals be animals when possible! About: I grew up in a family full of vets, animal enthusiasts, and even zoo staff! I have cared for animals of all shapes and sizes- even raccoons, birds, reptiles, rodents, and of course many cats and dogs! I have a pretty regular schedule each week so it is very easy for me to plan around in order to take care of your furry friends. About: Growing up I helped my grandma take care of dogs from Great Danes to chihuahuas. I love animals and try to make them as happy as possible I just recently got laid off at my day job and create my own schedule with my other two jobs so I can be home full time with your baby I don’t have a fenced in yard but I can take your dog out on a leash multiple times a day. I have two dogs and a cat to keep your dog company. I love taking photos of my animals so you’ll get tons!
About: While I am new to Rover-I am not new to taking care of pets. I’ve been in your position. I have been blessed to have had an amazing cat and the sweetest dog for 12+ years. Peace of mind that your pet is cared for, when you are away, is invaluable. I’m here when you need me. I am semi retired. I will be happy to walk, play with, and care for your pet. I can also help out with daily things while you are away such as bringing in mail, taking out garbage, watering plants etc. in the past I have been helpful in cases of power outages (food spoilage) and water heater leakage mishaps. Once established, I would consider longer stays for pets who require more companionship. Respect and Responsibility are of utmost importance to me. About: I am an avid pet lover. I’ve been around dogs all my life (minus a short time when I lived in an apartment and couldn’t have a dog, so we decided to adopt 2 cats!). I am a pretty active gal, and am able to take dogs for walks (and even run if they want to). I'm open to drop in visits, housesitting, walks, etc. I am unable to provide boarding at my house, as our Chloe is selective about her friends. We are working with her on being more tolerant of others. If boarding is your preference, I would be open to a Chloe meet-and-greet to make sure your dog and Chloe are comfortable with each other. I work locally around Columbia, so I am able to do some petsitting during the week. I have more availability on the weekends. If my schedule allows, I can drop in on lunch to check on your pets. Your rules are my rules. As long as the dog/cat/etc. is happy, I am happy. My dogs are allowed on furniture and have the run of the house. Of course, they are not chewers and (typically) do not destroy things.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life. I’ve even had the adventure of having my own since he was 8 weeks old and potty training him. I’ve also helped family members with their aging fur babies whenever they’ve needed. I work a few days a week at a local ER so those days my husband takes care of our dogs but I have the rest of the week free that I love to be with our fur children. I have plenty of time to help with more pets for someone who doesn’t have the time . Working in a local emergency room I do have to be a reliable person at all times which carries into my personal life. We do have a decent sized fenced in yard at home and even walk our dogs on their leashes around the neighborhood which is super dog friendly as well!
