“Samantha is great! She’s communicative, flexible, and always right on time. Mostly importantly my dog absolutely loves her. Highly recommend.”

Rochelle B.
“Rochelle is AMAZING!! She watched 8 week old puppy and 6-year-old dog while we were on vacation. They were so loved and well taken care of that I had no worries. She sent us pictures and videos to show this how they were doing while we were away, which really helped out a lot! She was very good with communication and we had no worries the entire time we were gone! We will use her all the time even if it's just to let the dogs out or take them for a walk. We just love her!”

About: I am an avid pet lover. I’ve been around dogs all my life (minus a short time when I lived in an apartment and couldn’t have a dog, so we decided to adopt 2 cats!). I've recently started pet sitting since I now work remotely and am able to housesit while I work. It is the best of both worlds! I am a pretty active gal, and am able to take dogs for walks (and even run if they want to). I'm open to drop in visits, housesitting, walks, etc. I am unable to provide boarding at my house, as our Chloe is selective about her friends. We are working with her on being more tolerant of others. If boarding is your preference, I would be open to a Chloe meet-and-greet to make sure your dog and Chloe are comfortable with each other. I work part-time remotely and make my own schedule. Typically, I work business hours Monday through Friday. I only have meetings between 1-4pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Your rules are my rules. As long as the dog/cat/etc. is happy, I am happy. My dogs are allowed on furniture and have the run of the house. Of course, they are not chewers and (typically) do not destroy things.

Kenzie & Jamie M.
“Kenzie is great with all of our pets. Dogs, cats, and fish. She has stayed at our home on several occasions and taken care of our group. They can be a wild bunch, but she has no problem handling them. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet loving caregiver for their four legged friends!”

About: I am an experienced animal lover who you can trust to take good care of your pup. I’ve had dogs my whole life, and have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds, even with special needs. We can do walks, hikes, play time at the park, or just a good cuddle sesh. I also have experience with potty and crate training. I am currently working part-time, so I will have more than enough time to spend with your pup! I do work occasional nights, but I am available weekdays and weekends with flexible hours! I am able to give your dog all the attention they need, and would never feel unattended. I’m always excited to take dogs on a walk, hike, or to play outside. Willing to give baths as needed. Any specific requests? Let me know! I allow them on furniture, unless you request not to. I always keep the water bowl full, and pets happy and healthy!

Karissa B.
“In my house, pets are people. They have feelings and needs. I pay attention, and look out for them as they look out for me. Karissa not only gets this concept, it is entirely the way she interacts with other people’s pets. When I go away, and cannot bring pets along, I don’t have to worry about paying a premium just to get an extra bit of time in the outdoors, additional cuddles or treats, or for remote cameras to check on them. I know that Karissa will treat them like I would, and that makes it one less worry to bring along on vacation.”

Nicole A.

“Nicole’s been walking our large energetic dog for a couple months now. She communicates really well and is very active walker! We are always quick to recommend her. She has a very flexible schedule and always sends multiple pictures.”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of pets my entire life. I have experience dog-sitting, cat-sitting, dog walking and even some grooming. I recently raised an 8 week old puppy until he was almost a year old (when his next mama took over). My passionate love for animals doesn’t vary between small, large, young, or old - I love them all! I’m a part-time student at SWIC this fall and I have a part-time job at Mueller Vet Services in Columbia. I have plenty of weekend availability and very flexible during the week. Please reach out to see if my exact schedule would work for you! My goal is to make your furry friend feel as comfortable as possible with me. I take caution when getting to know a new animal, making sure to give them the time and space they need in order to get to know me.

About: I’ve been taking care of two families’ dogs for the past two years. I absolutely love being their personal dog sitter, but would like to take my side business to the next level! I also have experience caring for my own family’s pets who are senior dogs that require extra love and care! I am currently taking time off work to apply to medical school, so I will be available all day during the week and most weekends. I will treat your home like my own. I like to keep things clean and tidy. You will always be able to contact me and make sure your best friend is doing great while you’re away!

About: I've loved animals my whole life & grew up with several in my household at all times. I have experience with reptiles, amphibians, dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, you name it! I currently have 2 cats & 3 dogs whose breeds are: australian shepherd, american bully, & beagle shih tzu mix so I am very experienced with all sizes, temperaments, & energy drives. I can assure that your furry (or non furry) family members will feel loved, cared for, & comfortable while you are away as I will love them just like they are my own. I run my own small business & work from home so I can fit your animals needs into my schedule however I need to, to make sure they get the care, love, & attention they need. I always make sure to take the proper steps in each of my clients homes to keep their animals & their space safe of injury or damage. I always make sure to care for each animal exactly as their owner would so they are comfortable & safe. I always leave each space better than I found it which includes cleaning up any messes, muddy or wet paws, kennels, food, ect. I always make sure to do more than the bare minimum that a lot of animal care takers do; I always make sure to take the extra time to love on & play with any animals so they get the extra excersize, attention, & energy output they need so they remain happy, healthy, & comfortable while their families are away.

Melissa U.
“My mom (Melissa) is the best person I can think of out of anyone I know to care for animals. Growing up our dogs were no different than any child she’s ever had. Now, anytime I call to see what she’s up to she’s on a walk with her dog, watching a movie with her dog, or playing outside in the back yard with her dog. Melissa is an amazing caretaker who will without a doubt treat your pets as one of her own while in her care.”

Glorie F.

“Glorie was awesome. Constant communication. Videos. Pictures. Chats. Walk report cards. I knew my furry best friend was in good hands. Will definitely be a repeat service with her!”

Dave F.

“Dave was able to help me with a last minute scheduling conflict and was able to take my puppy on a walk!”

About: Like most on here I have had a pet since I was a child. Currently, I work from home 100% of the time and I am able to give your pups the time and attention they need to be happy and comfortable while you're away. Your dog will be able to jump up on the couch and sleep in the bed, if ok with you. I have a large fenced backyard to play around and take potty breaks. I will not leave them unattended. I also have a small crate if your pup needs a crate to sleep or take a snoozle in. I don’t charge extra for many common things. In fact snuggles, belly rubs, treats, play time, and walks all come for free and are encouraged, well not too many treats of course. I've had dogs my entire life. Currently I have 1 dog in the house, Rosie who is a 7 year old female beagle/boston terrier. I had another puppy who lived to be just shy of 16 year old, RIP my buddy :(, so I am also very familiar with the special needs and attention that comes along as they age. I’ll treat your dog just like they are one of my own! During the day they will most likely sit by my side as I work or go in the living room and watch tv or the outside world. Pups will get endless potty and play breaks outside each day as I often get board at work... Along with walks if they want, of course if it not rainy. I am 100% working from home. I am flexible with pick-up and drop-off times but in general I do not allow pick-ups or drop-offs before 7:00am or after 10:00pm unless you coordinate with me in advance. If you’d like to book a reservation with me I encourage you to set up a meet & greet with me and my pets! I look forward to meeting you and your pup! Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. Dogs are allowed everywhere I am. I have a large fenced in yard and 1 in house dog, Rosie who is the sweetest 7 year old beagle/boston terrier. I have a wife, no children, no smoking. 100% WFH. I will not leave the house if you pet is staying with me.

Emmily K.
“Emmily has been a great dog sitter for our 2 dogs on more than one occasion! Even though both of our dogs have different personalities and needs, Emmily treated each of them as if they were her own with great care, respect and love. I would welcome her back into our home to watch them any time!”

Holly B.
“We have had Holly house and animal sit for us several times. Holly is very conscientious when it comes to animal care, and is not afraid to ask questions so that she can understand completely what the needs of the animals are when we are gone. She also likes to send text photos of our pets enjoying being in their own home and barn. She is very clean, and the house looks great when we get home! Although we did not require it, she even volunteered to scoop manure and wheelbarrow it out of the horse stall. Holly gets a kick out of observing animal behavior, and is very patient with some of their quirks (like our "persnickety" chihuahua who can be snappish). Our three dogs respond really well to her, and even the chihuahua has come around to letting her cuddle him, and will sleep with her at night. Holly loves our old english sheepdog, and claims that she could pet her for hours. Our feeding regimen for all our various animals can be quite confusing, but Holly has mastered it all. I can't give her enough credit for the effort she puts into the job. I heartily recommend Holly as a responsible, calming, and loving animal caregiver.”

Elizabeth L.
“Lizzie has always loved all kinds of animals. Growing up she had cats, dogs, fish, birds, hamsters, etc. She loved and cared for them all!”

About: I regularly house sit for my family. I care for their pets and watch their home when they go on vacation so their pets can be comfortable staying in their home. I work from home part time during the week, my hours are relatively flexible so I can still work and still meet your pet’s needs. I can follow a routine if you pet is used to having one, including feeding times, walk times, crating, etc. I’m physically active, so I can provide them with long walks and play so they get exercise.

Samantha G.
“Samantha watched our two pups for a week while we were on vacation. We have an older temperamental chihuahua and a Jack Russell mix. Both dogs loved her! Samantha sent us photos of the dogs and let us know how they were doing. When we got home, the house was just the way we left it and the dogs were happy and healthy. Will absolutely use Samantha again AND definitely recommend her to others!”

Claire A.
“Claire loves animals and animals love Claire! She enjoys training dogs and has a talent for teaching the basics. If you need a dog walker or a dog sitter your animal will be happy with Claire.”
