About: What sets me apart is my hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, personalities, and backgrounds. I grew up with large-breed dogs and have loved dogs my entire life. When I moved out on my own, adopting a dog was one of the first things I did! I currently have three resident dogs, all of whom I trained myself. Two of the three have severe separation anxiety, so I'm quite well-versed in some of the behavioral traits that come along with that. For the past two years, I've also been actively involved in the dog rescue world by fostering. I've fostered 12 dogs ranging from young puppies who needed to learn the basics to adult dogs who came with more challenging behavioral needs such as resource guarding. These experiences have taught me to be patient, observant, and adaptable with every dog I care for. I understand that not every dog is going to walk into a new environment perfectly behaved, and I genuinely enjoy meeting them where they are and helping them feel safe and comfortable. Whether your dog is a playful puppy, a perfectly behaved adult, or somewhere in between, I'll treat them like one of my own. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away! I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule. My resident dogs still rule my daily routine. Your pup will get plenty of attention throughout the day/night and can have potty breaks as consistently as needed. I've house trained seven puppies over the past two years, so I'm very used to frequent potty breaks if that's something your pup needs. Otherwise, every 2-4 hours is pretty consistent with the routine my resident dogs are on. I've fostered dogs with a variety of different needs and have always worked it into my schedule. I want every dog in my care to feel safe, comfortable, and at home, so I'm happy to adapt my approach to each dog's individual needs and your preferences as a pet parent. I do have three resident dogs in my home, all of whom are extremely dog friendly. Ideally, dogs staying in my home will be comfortable around other dogs, but I understand that not every dog wants or needs constant interaction. I have a separate guest room that I've previously used for foster dogs who needed some quiet time or a slower introduction. If your pup needs their own space, they can have a dedicated area away from my resident dogs while still having plenty of company - I work from home, and the guest room also serves as my home office. I have an unfenced yard, so dogs are always taken outside on a leash. I also have a long line that allows fogs more freedom to sniff, explore, and play while remaining safely contained. Outdoor time is always supervised, whether your dog is staying with me or I'm caring for them in your home. When caring for a dog in your home, I'll follow your instructions and do my best to maintain your pup's normal routine, including feeding, medication, walks, potty breaks, and any other care they're accustomed to. My priority is always safety, communication, and making sure your pup feels comfortable and well cared for while you're away. I've had people care for my own dogs while I've been away, and I've experienced both sides of the spectrum - sitters who went above and beyond and sitters who left me wishing I'd been there myself. I know how important it is to maintain a dog's routine and give them the same care and attention they're used to. My own dogs are basically my children, so I know exactly what level of care I'd want for them. That's the same standard I'll bring to caring for yours!

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied upon me to watch their dogs on many occasions. I work during the day, and able to watch dogs 3pm and after every day during the week and available during the weekends as well. About: I am a work from home RN which allows me to be present with your babies and give them all the snuggles, treats, walks and play time they could want. My husband and I both have had dogs all of our lives and feel completely comfortable around all types of breeds. We have two dogs of our own and they are so incredibly loved and cared for. We will give you the peace of mind while you are away that your babies are cared for as you would. Since I am home all day, there's very little time your pup will be left alone. I can provide frequent potty breaks, play time and walks. We live on a peaceful 1.3-acre property and are one of only three houses on a long, quiet dead-end street with virtually no traffic. We have a massive backyard surrounded by nature with endless room for pups to run and play! A quick note on safety: While our large yard is unfenced, your dog's safety is our absolute top priority. If your pup is a wanderer or loves to roam, we are fully prepared to take extra measures—such as using long training lines, continuous supervision, or structured outdoor play—to ensure they get plenty of freedom and exercise without compromising their safety. About: I've been an animal lover my entire life and have cared for everything from reptiles to rodents to larger 4-legged creatures. I spontaneously rescued a dog 20 years ago which ended up being one of the best decisions of my life. I spent 15 years with my little buddy exploring trails, taking car rides, lazily cuddling on the couch and having lots of one-way conversations. He unfortunately passed away a happy old man but during that time, taught me patience, dedication, playfulness and gave me a special appreciation for dogs. I have vast experience being around a variety of dogs of all shapes, sizes and personality types. I overall just enjoy being around dogs and caring for them (I'm definitely that guy asking strangers if I can pet their dog ). I look forward to sitting your animals and providing you a great service if we match. I work from home in an office setting during the week so I would be around the house most of the time to keep tabs on things and for backyard potty breaks (have a fenced in backyard). During the week, I would be available before 8:00am, during my lunch break and after 4:30pm for walks or to stop by your house for check-ins. On weekends, I am not working so I would be available all day. I live next to Tower Grove Park and enjoying spending time outside or walking in the park. I have a cozy home with a small fenced-in backyard that is perfect for small to medium sized dogs. My house is tidy, quiet and currently don’t have any pets, so my home is perfect dogs who prefer that kind of environment. I generally don’t need to leave the house too often so your pet would be hanging with me most of the time. When boarding, I am able to provide two 20 minute walks per day and as many backyard potty breaks as they need.
