About: I'm comfortable with all dog sizes, though am physically limited for some walking (up to 30 minutes per walk), tugging, and lifting. I have plenty of experience giving injections and oral medications. I have a lot of experience training puppies and aided my senior pup who was blind, deaf, and had dementia at the end. I do not mind having to change doggie diapers, either. I also have some experience with hamsters, pigs, birds, snakes, chickens, goats, sheep, horses, etc. I am a stay at home mom to two independent teens and have several pets of my own. I am available most days and times, whether for checking in on your pets, or staying the night so they don't get too lonely. If you have a contained/caged animal (like rodents, snakes, etc) that needs to stay out of your house for a given time, that can be discussed. I am unable to keep loose animals in my home due to my own pets. I can feed the pets on or off of a schedule, give medications when necessary, clean up after them (outdoor and indoor), brush them, give lots of cuddles and play time. I don't mind kennel/crating them or helping to train the animals. I also have experience with Fluent Pet buttons/talking pets.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 11 years old. I have had a few of my own and was relied on by neighbors, family, and friends to take care of their dogs while they were away! I am currently a college student, and also work part time. I am off work for a couple months, so I have plenty of time to feed, let out, and play with your animals! I do not have other animals come to my house because I have one older dog of my own, and my house does not have a ton of room for more animals.

About: I've lived with dogs my entire life and have never met a dog I can't connect with. I love dogs of all sizes and behaviors; I have experience counseling groups of kids at summer camp, so I have no trouble managing dogs in a group or with rowdy tendencies. When I walk your dog, I have no problems communicating with strangers and setting boundaries. I am very protective of my animal clients peace and safety. I always err on the side of caution. With pets, I am gentle but firm and it creates an environment that dogs love. I love playing with dogs and engaging their minds. I also communicate with your pet to ensure they are happy (which room they prefer, how they like to be pet, how they like to be played with) and I tell them every day that you're coming back. I genuinely love each animal that I interact with and treat them how I'd want them to be treated if they were mine. I'm also punctual and communicative. My late dog was also reactive and could be aggressive, so I have experience dealing with large dogs that have strong boundaries. I work from home so I am available to stay with your pet all day long! When I do leave, it's usually never for more than 4 hours and I have a L crate and an XL crate that your babies can stay in if needed. For sitting in your home, I do bring my 6lb chihuahua. If your dog needs to be separated from small I have a large backyard with a privacy fence on all four sides. I have a 20 y/o but there is a pet gate that keeps the house in two parts. Your pet will not interact with my pet at all. Dogs have their own room and will be allowed free roam of one half of my home. It's a large space.

About: I have always had a dog and been the main caretaker. I love spending quality time with pets. I love to go on walks and take them to dog parks. I work full time but have ability to work remotely when needed. I am able to make lunch visits when needed or work from home. I have a fenced in backyard should your pet need to stay overnight. I would take dogs on walks in safe environments. Safety is very important.

About: Cai has been providing in home pet care since she was a teenager and began boarding pets when she started grad school in 2020. Joe has been boarding cats since around 2019 and has began boarding dogs since 2024. My partner and I work from home and provide full time care, meaning that, unless discussed beforehand explicitly, your pet will not be left alone and you can rest easy knowing they have our full attention. We only accept more than one pet at a time if they live in the same house and we are pet free right now, so you dont have to worry about how they might get along with any other animals. We have a fenced in yard for your pup to run around in and we live minutes away from Tower Grove Park where I love to take walks.

“It is super hard for those of us with elderly animals to find peace of mind when you have to leave your precious pet, they may have anxiety, medical issues, and certainly confusion over the temporary change. Add to that, the my dog hasn't had a non family member sitter in many years, and there was a decent amount of stress going into this sort trip. Catelyn was quite literally a saving grace for me. She gave me updates consistently, updating on food, potty times, and Nonnie's general behavior. But more than that - she absolutely gave me confidence that my sweet old lady was in the best of hands. She even went above and beyond by cleaning up the doggie food containers, picking up poop in the backyard and changing out the sheets on the bed (just all star moves right there) It was wonderful knowing that I had someone so competent with my dog and my house.
