About: I’ve always had dogs big and small and love taking them on walks!! I’ve always been an animal person and I love to be active!! I’m a college student and athlete, so I would have to walk in the morning or the evening! I am almost always free on weekends though. I can walk your pet wherever needed! I live in an apartment complex which is dog friendly so I can take them on walks in my neighborhood or I can walk them in yours!

About: Growing up around cats and all sorts of animals, I am well-versed in animal care for all sorts of pets: dogs, cats, reptiles, and birds namely (even bugs if you like entomology like I do!). My expertise in senior care, administering medicine, and patience with all sorts of temperaments sets me apart from other sitters. Don't ever be worried if your pet is a little shy or grumpy because I'm gonna love them regardless! I am happy to work with you to create a customized care plan that meets your pet's needs. As of right now, I am in school and working part time. Let me know a few weeks in advance, and I won't be gone for longer than 7 hours at a time. I'm happy to discuss and work something out that fits the both of us! My top priority is the safety and well-being of your pets. Caged Animals: For caged animals such as guinea pigs, gerbils, mice, birds, and fish, there will be an additional fee of $5-10 per animal per night/drop-in, depending on the species. Please let me know if you have any of these animals, and I'll add them to the sitting. Please note that Rover requires all animals to be listed, regardless of care requirements. *Tips for a Great Sitting for You & Me:* For a smooth and stress-free experience, please leave or text an information sheet including emergency contact numbers, vet information, medication and dosage instructions (if applicable), daily routines, behavioral quirks, and temperament around other animals and people. Please also provide the location of cleaning supplies, leashes, and toys, as well as the location of any security cameras for my privacy. If it's an overnight stay, please let me know where you would like me to sleep and any amenities I can use. About: I have been an avid pet sitter since 2022. I have grown up around animals all my life and love providing the care and love needed for such. I currently own a diabetic cat and rabbit. I am able to administer medication orally and insulin. I also have experience with older dogs as well as cats and bunnies and hamsters. About: While I am new to Rover-I am not new to taking care of pets. I’ve been in your position. I have been blessed to have had an amazing cat and the sweetest dog for 12+ years. Peace of mind that your pet is cared for, when you are away, is invaluable. I’m here when you need me. I am semi retired. I will be happy to walk, play with, and care for your pet. I can also help out with daily things while you are away such as bringing in mail, taking out garbage, watering plants etc. in the past I have been helpful in cases of power outages (food spoilage) and water heater leakage mishaps. Once established, I would consider longer stays for pets who require more companionship. Respect and Responsibility are of utmost importance to me. I value the meet and greet process and look forward to providing the best service while you are away.

About: No special skills here, just a houseful of kids asking for more dogs to play with. I'm willing to care for puppies all the way to elderly pet care. We homeschool and are home every day. Adding in another pet to play with and care for would be a happy addition to our day. We have a large wooded property for dogs to run. But if they’re prone to running away I can keep them on a leash. We have two dogs that are medium to large but very energetic and friendly.

About: I have had pets in the house my whole life. My grandpa had a farm so I have been around animals since I was little. We have even had several pet pigs that were litter box trained. When I was younger, I would sneak stray cats into the house so they would have a place to stay and I always made sure to feed any stray animals that were too scared to come to anyone. I am that person that always stops if I see an animal wondering around outside, even in areas where I probably shouldn't even stop at stop signs. I have two boys, 7 and 19 months old that share my love for animals. We would be thrilled to spoil and love on your pets if you are planning a trip out of town or just need someone to stop by so your fur babies can have some play time and a bathroom break. I work full time close to Lambert Airport so I have limited availability during the week. On the weekends I am typically home amd welcome any dogs to stay with us as long as they are up to date on vaccines and currently taking flea and tick treatments. Our pups are just like family members. They have free roam throughout the house and are allowed on furniture. We have several dog beds, plenty of toys, and a fenced in backyard.

About: I've had dogs and cats my entire life (as well as a few chinchillas, parakeets, racoons, fish, etc.) I love all animals and look forward to caring for yours. I recently retired so I have maximum flexibility to meet your needs. Weekdays or weekends are fine. Long-term or short-term both work for me. I am flexible. About: I’ve been pet sitting for about 4 years now and I love all animals! I can do puppies all the way to senior pets and I have no problem with any breeds! I also love reptiles and rodents if you have any in addition to dogs or cats, i’d happily do anything you need me to do for them! I am a college student at siue but I still have a super flexible schedule and i have a lot of free time to hang out with pets! i’ve grown up with pets all my life and even worked at a doggy daycare in my hometown so i’d love to be there for pets who don’t like daycares and prefer to stay in their own space. Also, weather doesn’t bother me so i’ll walk your pet in rain or shine!

About: I am an avid pet lover. I’ve been around dogs all my life (minus a short time when I lived in an apartment and couldn’t have a dog, so we decided to adopt 2 cats!). I am a pretty active gal, and am able to take dogs for walks (and even run if they want to). I'm open to drop in visits, housesitting, walks, etc. I am unable to provide boarding at my house, as our Chloe is selective about her friends. We are working with her on being more tolerant of others. If boarding is your preference, I would be open to a Chloe meet-and-greet to make sure your dog and Chloe are comfortable with each other. I work locally around Columbia, so I am able to do some petsitting during the week. I have more availability on the weekends. If my schedule allows, I can drop in on lunch to check on your pets. Your rules are my rules. As long as the dog/cat/etc. is happy, I am happy. My dogs are allowed on furniture and have the run of the house. Of course, they are not chewers and (typically) do not destroy things.
