“Tiffany did a wonderful job of taking care of my two fur babies while we were gone. They took to her really well and they were happy and healthy dogs when we got home. We were very satisfied of her taking care of them. We would definitely book her again if we need her to watch them.”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, from growing up with a dog, taking in strays and nursing them back to health, volunteering at animal shelters, helping watch over my roommate’s dogs etc. I have recently moved to Clovis so I have no clients here but would love to have a few regular dogs I watch over when needed! Two years ago I rescued a very sweet dog of my own so I’m not always available since she is my first priority but if I have the time I’m always willing to help out a neighbor since I know how difficult it can be to find a good dog sitter. I will do anything you need from exercise, feeding, medication, diaper changing, and probably take a lot of cute pictures. :) It all just depends on my work schedule. Right now I am new so not sure exactly how it’s going to go but most likely will be working at night. We have a fenced yard that I will let the dogs play in, I always leave water out for them during the day if they’re outside. However I don’t keep them outside for the entire day by any means. My dog is free to roam the house during the day and is typically mischief free. :)

“He made sure my energetic German Shepherd was taken care of while I was out of town. I spent extra time playing with him in the backyard, and went above and beyond what I asked him to do. I would book with him again and I highly recommend!”

About: I was raised with dogs and cats from the time I was born and it has always been my responsibility to care for them. My grandfather also had horses that I took care of until I started college. I am currently training for a career in the Air Force so my schedule is completely open right now. I have finished college with a degree in Biology. I was also in the honors program and worked in the Pediatric ICU while in school. I am very strong in balancing a busy schedule and I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I have my own transportation in which I am happy to transport your pets in a safe a timely manner. My vehicle is clean and set up for maximum safety and comfort for your furry family member. I am happy to arrange pet field trips to the park, a hike, and even to the water! Let me know what is your ideal pet experience and let’s make it happen!
About: I have owned and taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I enjoy taking them for walks, throwing the ball and caring for their wellbeing. I work part-time Monday through Saturday (off around 2) and have Sundays off so I will be able give your pup or pups plenty of attention. I have a fenced yard with a patio and a mudroom indoors to accommodate your pet at night or during inclement weather. I also don’t mind if they prefer sleeping on the furniture.
About: i’ve taken care of dogs since i was a little girl and have always loved it. whether it’s bathing, feeding, walking, or just spending time with dogs i’ve done it. i have many pups myself so i always have my duties with them! i’m constantly on the go and always make sure the animals needs have been met before i continue on. i always treat them with love and care. whatever the clients needs for their pup i can take care of and make sure it’s done the way the client wants.
“This is the second time I’ve had her come over and watch my fur babies. Has done a great job both times and I can always tell how much she enjoys doing it and cares about their well being☺️”

“We loved having Dana come walk and play with Kali a couple times a week while our work schedules were overlapping! She took great care to get to know Kali, and was able to give us useful tips in helping her adjust to her new environment. We'd just moved from northern CA where Kali had a large fenced in yard. Dana was key in helping Kali make her adjustment.”

About: I've had dogs everyday my whole life growing up, mostly big dogs. I have two large dogs and I help watch my pastors dogs frequently. I am a stay at home husband (temporarily) until my Air Force wife moves us to New Mexico. My schedule is very open and I love dogs, so why not play with dogs for the time being. My dogs are Crate trained, and I respect your dogs and property as if they were my own. Do right by others, even when no one is watching.
About: I grew up on a farm taking care of a lot of furry friends. I recently moved to the city and i miss their faces. I have walked bathed and fed pets since I could walk! Let me help you take care of your bestfriends! I’m currently attending college and wanted a fun little side job. I take all my courses online therefore, other than planned appointments or meetings my schedule is very flexible to work with. I currently have two cats and a dog. Algodón Sal is my older adult cat, he’s definitely a mommas boy. Luna is a young adult long haired cat, she is beautiful. If the weather is good, I let them roam around freely in my backyard, they love hiding in the plants. Lastly, technically Benny is not my dog-he is my brothers-but i consistently take him on walks around the neighborhood or to the park. He’s very high energy so we usually do high intensity activities like fetch and running. Benny hurt his paw recently (nothing too serious) and I have been letting him rest with a couple days of therapy each week to get him back on his four little feet.
“Samantha was great with our two girls and kept us up to date with messages and pictures. We felt at ease being away knowing that she was taking good care of them. We will definitely rebook her on our next trip!”

I hope you will let us love dog as my own dogs.
About: Ever since I was 2 years old I have always been around and taken care of the animals. From 20 dogs to a couple horses, we had them all. I can’t wait to take care of your fur babies! I am currently in the process of looking for a job so I am completely free to watch your pets and take care of them all day. I like to make sure they’re sleeping area is nice and kept up, their toys out of the way but not too out of the way that they can’t access them. I like to make sure they’re near me a lot so they don’t get lonely.

“I'm so grateful for Mariah. They were available with short notice and made it possible for me to keep an appointment. My dogs are always happy and well cared for when Mariah takes care of them.”

When I work my 6 hour shifts I get a break so pet would never be left for to long. I will be open to whatever routine you want done for your animals. About: I have two cats named Diesel and Dr. Pepper. Ever since I was born I've grown up with pets of all kinds and have always had a love for taking care of animals. I'm in the need of a side job and I thought pet sitting would be a fun way to do it. I've taken classes at Front Range Community College in Fort Collins Colorado that taught me about vet care and made it possible for me to become a veterinary technician. It is my priority to keep my pets happy and healthy, and I am happy to help others with their pet sitting needs! I am currently unemployed and my husband is in the Air force. I am looking for a side job to help him out. I am pretty much available at anytime and will be able to fit pet sitting into my schedule. I live in an apartment with two cats. If I'm pet sitting dogs I would prefer to take care of them in their own home since I don't have a backyard, but will let them stay with me if needed. Cats and other animals are also welcome to stay in my home.

Kaitlyn is so communicative and sweet! Had a last minute work event and I contacted her in the evening and she answered! She was flexible and super willing to work with my anxious pups and my lengthy instructions. This is the most positive interaction and rover sitter I’ve had in this app!

Harry took care of our household of pets including chickens while we were out of town. He did a fantastic job looking after them. I felt very comfortable while I was gone that they were receiving great care. He regularly sent pictures and videos, and was easy to contact if I had any questions. I came home to everything in order, and pets were all safe and well cared for. I will definitely be using him again in the future!!
Jori was amazing! My mischievous dogs knocked over my Christmas tree, but she cleaned it up no problem. Then they pooped all over our rugs, and she cleaned that as well! She was so kind and great at her job. Our little cat that hates people absolutely loved her!!! If that doesn’t tell you how amazing she is, then idk what will. She was on time, and truly cared about our little zoo. 10/10 recommend and I’ll definitely be booking her again! 😊

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
