“Katie was so great! Easy 5 stars. I could tell how comfortable my dog was in her care and it definitely put my mind at ease while I was out of town. I would certainly bring my girl back to her and recommend others do the same!”

“Shaleigh was very accommodating with our Dougie. He seemed very comfortable with her. She kept me updated on how he was doing, along with pictures. It was a relief to know he was in good hands while we were out of town.”

“Robert was great! It was reassuring to know our pet was well looked after while we were away. He was dependable, easy to communicate with, and clearly loves animals. We truly appreciate his help and would gladly recommend.”

About: Hi, I’m Amanda! Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I treat every pet I meet like they’re part of my own family. What sets me apart is my mix of reliability, attentiveness, and genuine love for what I do. I understand that every dog and cat has their own personality, routine, and needs. I take the time to get to know them and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, cuddle sessions, or keeping up with specific feeding/medication schedules, I go above and beyond to give your pet the same care and attention you would. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in responsible, caring hands. I foster through K&D 4 Puppies and have my own dog as well. I have years of experience and I’m ready to provide reliable pet care for you in Clovis. You can count on me for clear communication, updates, and lots of cute photos, so you always know how your pet is doing. I have more reviews not from Rover as well. If you’re interested in seeing them, please let me know! I work remotely 8–5, so I’m flexible—available for in-home pet sitting or quick midday visits for potty breaks. I am also available to take your dogs for walks. I can crate your dogs or leave them out, just share their routine, and I’ll follow it exactly as needed. Your pets will receive lots of attention and cuddles (if they like it) from me. I will play with toys and take them on a walk if you so wish.
“my dogs were treated like their dogs, lots of love and playtime, walks and the best care. video's and pics sent. any concern I was contacted about right away. I definitely recommend and will use them again :)”

“Courtney was amazing with Craig. I appreciated her ability to provide pictures consistently. She even trained with him, ensured he got some exercise, and gave me some obedience training tips. Her pets got a long well with Craig and I look forward to rebooking in the future.”

“Lucy had an excellent stay with Khatuna. From the moment I dropped her off, it was clear she was in a safe, caring, and attentive environment. Khatuna treated Lucy with genuine affection and kept her comfortable and engaged throughout her stay. I really appreciated the consistent communication — photos, videos, and updates that showed Lucy relaxed, happy, and enjoying her time. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing she was being looked after with such care. Khatuna’s home is clean, pet‑friendly, and clearly set up with dogs’ comfort in mind. Lucy came back calm, well‑rested, and clearly bonded with her. I highly recommend Khatuna to anyone looking for reliable, loving pet care. Lucy will definitely be visiting again.”

“Kimberly was fantastic! She took perfect care of our dog and made sure she got plenty of exercise. We very much appreciated all the updates we got throughout our trip to know our girl was doing well. She’s the best dog sitter we’ve ever used.”

I wish I could leave Robert more than 5 stars! He watched my rescue at his house while we were trying to find him a new home. He was very flexible and easy to work with. I believe that if it wasn’t for Robert’s flexibility we wouldn’t have been able to find a good home for Billy

Itzel was an incredible host for my dog Brooks!! Brooks spent the weekend with her and Mizu and seemed to have a blast :) He got lots of outdoor playtime and potty breaks, and got along incredibly with her pup Mizu! Itzel was great at communicating from the very first message and sent timely updates of everything Brooks got up to. Would highly recommend her to anyone for any pet sitting needs. Thank you!!!

Taylor was great! As soon as we walked into her home, I knew our dogs would be in good hands. I have an older dog who gets meds and she gave them to her daily. She also made sure she got lots of snuggles. Our bigger dog curled up with her beagle on a dog bed, so we knew he was happy. I would definitely recommend Taylor.

Harry was a great sitter for my dog, he was accommodating to our needs, reliable and trust worthy. Will definitely would use him again and would highly recommend. He sent me daily updates and videos of my sweet girl which helped me be at ease while being so far away from her.

Alison cared for our elderly Chi/Peke mix who has advanced arthritis and out 4 month old kitten for a 4 day trip. The pick up and drop off process was smooth. In the past when I've boarded dogs in kennels they would lose weight and appeared stressed when I picked them up. They actually seemed to have enjoyed themselves and were healthy. I also recieved updates with photos on a regular basis which was great (she took much better pictures than I ever had.😂 I highly recommend boarding/day care with Alison as she is attentive to the pet's needs and has great communication with the pawrents. 👍🏽 Thanks Alison!😊

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
