2. Shawn W.
“Shawn was excellent with my slightly nervous pup. She took the time to find out about him, and to follow the training we are doing with him. Shawn gave me some great advice about training and things to try. It was the first time we have left our pup with anyone. I really appreciated the updates and pictures. Shawn really put me at ease and I felt confident leaving Ozzy in her care. I would highly recommend Shawn. Ozzy was very happy to be in her company.?”

About: I grew up with both cats and dogs my whole life, we currently have a husky/german shepherd, lab and two cats at home. I currently own a 7 month old puppy and a 2 year old cat of my own on island. I'm most familiar with cats and large dogs that have a lot of energy, as I like going on runs/hikes. Being a dog and cat momma of two younger animals, I understand the stress that can come with owning animals, and am here to tire them out! I’m currently working 9am-5pm, but am available anytime before work, after work and on weekends as needed. I’m pretty flexible with schedule outside of work. My puppy is vaccinated and gets along with other dogs if you wish to have your dog socialized :) All pets will be monitored 24/7, with updated photos/check ins to allow you to feel at ease that your fur baby is in good hands!
10. Alexis R.
“Alexis did a wonderful job sitting my two dogs. They took to her right away and loved spending time with her during the week I was away. She messaged me right away when anything happened (the dogs ate a shoe and went crazy on a pillow) and was always easy to get in contact with. I'm glad I found her and will definitely book with her next time!!”

About: I can only service portales,NM I'm sorry but if you live in the surrounding areas please reach out to a sitter in your respective area Hi! My name is Angelo, if you need someone who really cares about all kinds of animals to check in on your loved ones I'm the guy! I'm a local here in Portales, along with my wife, we've saved and rehomed a few animals in our time here in Portales. While I generally work great with any animals I seem to befriend cats the quickest! I worked as a delivery driver for a while and ran into quite a few stray dogs and cats, sometimes they weren't to friendly but after a year of being kind to them they came to know who I was and loved me! I love all animals, even the ones most others aren't crazy about. In our home, we have 2 cats and 2 dogs. One is a older dog, the other is a puppy. Our cats, because of how we treat our animals, are so expressive and loving with us they even groom us! Hopefully this gives you an idea of how much our animals really love us, so I'm sure yours will too! I currently have a open schedule ! So please reach out with any questions you have. I'm very flexible in my cancel and request avalibility so I can normally operate same day before at any time that suits you In our home, our pets are our family. There's no exception to this rule, as the saying goes, "we are only a part of their life but we are their whole life"

About: I grew up with different types of dogs in my home since I was 2. I have 2 dogs of my own currently. I currently have a dog named Henry who is 1 year old and my mom's dog Bleu who is 3 years old. I lost my senior dog, Max about a year ago due to old age of 14 years. Each dog I have ever owned I have had for years so I have experience in senior care.. When I have family members going out of town, they ask me to watch their dogs, specifically my grandparents. I am available partially mostly. I will run and play with the dogs and take them on walks as I am a former college student-athlete, so I want to keep the dogs energized. I do love taking dogs to the dog park just so they can socialize and run around. I also like to treat dogs with a Pupcup so we can both enjoy Starbucks together after a good day at the park. I'm am mostly free during the week days but not weekends. I currently am just finishing up my Master's degree online and also coaching at the University so I have plenty of free time to play with your loved ones! I can ensure your dog gets at least an hour of playtime and is receiving food and water 24/7. If your dog has special needs I will provide that.

She cherishes interacting with pets of all shapes and sizes, and she is just as quick to spoil them as she is to ensure they are taken care of at the highest possible standard. Any pet owner would be lucky beyond imagination to see their furry friend in Laura's care for any length of time.”

“Kayla is the greatest with animals. She is so patient and kind as a person…this job makes so much sense! She’s had pets her whole life as well as volunteered with different animal associations.”
17. Ronda V.
“Ronda is reliable, trustworthy, honest and hardworking. She has great organizational skills and is such a loving dog mommy to her dog, Gemini. She’s a sweet dog who goes on walks every night and gets homemade treats for snacks. She takes a lot of thought in caring for her each day. She ensures she has all her shots updated and sees the veterinarian annually and as needed. I would trust my dog in her care anytime, she is an awesome human and she will love your fur babies and also manage them well. Perfect for this position. Hope G.”
