About: I've worked with a local shelter for 9-10 years caring for both cats and dogs. I have experience administering medications, and am particularly skilled with skittish or nervous animals. I've also cared for rabbits and reptiles in the past! I'm currently working part-time as a delivery driver, but my schedule is very flexible so I'll have plenty of time to devote to your pets! Thanks to my shelter experience, I have plenty of ways to handle rowdy or nervous animals. I have no issue handing a feisty cat, and can easily put a dog into a crate.

About: As an adult, I have owned dogs, cats, chickens, and goats! My passion is caring for animals. I have also fostered over 200 animals and help them find their way to their permanent homes. I have fostered newborn puppies all the way up to hospice adults. Each stage of life requires a different level of care and I am comfortable with all of these things. I can administer injections or give appropriate doses of medication’s if needed. There is something amazing about every animal that has come into my life. I still keep in touch with many of those adopters. As an added bonus I am also a registered nurse who works part time! I work part time as a nurse, and I typically get to choose my hours. I have reliable transportation and typically have free time during the day and I can also make time on short notice. At our house, we have a fenced yard, and our dogs do not go outside without a human present. As the owner, you know more about your pet and their needs than I immediately do. But I am excellent at following instructions and would care for them as carefully as I care for my own.

When I first met Katie She made a list of all the things everyday that needed to be done while I was gone. Katie visited my home twice a day and always gave me the details of what was done while she was there. She took pics and sent them to me every day and kept me very updated on everything that was going on. She sat with them for 30 minutes on each visit twice a day. She brought in the mail, opened and closed blinds, turned lights on and off. She changed a burnt out light bulb on the outside of the house for me. I'm very please with how well She took care of my fur babies. I would DEFINITELY use Katie's pet sitting service again in the future. She is very dependable, thorough, trustworthy, and She has a very nice personality. I HIGHLY recommend Katie.”
About: I grew up on a farm with, cats, dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, geese. rabbits, horses, cattle, and a variety of household pets. I was a veterinary technician for 20 years. Being in the veterinary field, I saw many household pets suffer separation anxiety being left at the clinic to board and also saw pets get sick after boarding due to being out of their home environment, which is how TLC Equine & Pet Care got started. I am currently 100% self-employed and can fit any schedule to work with the needs of your pet's health and safety. I also provide mail and package pickup, set trash out to the curb, water plants. Make your home look lived in while you are away. I do care for dogs in my home, it is a very relaxed environment. I live in the country and do not have a fenced in yard. They are walked on leashes and completely safe. Playpens also provided upon request for playtime outside.
