About: I've had pets all my life! Had two amazing dogs when I was younger until about the age of 10. I got a new dog when I was about 13 and still have my big boy! He's a lab mix with pitbull and he's amazing. I also have experience in taking care of my aunt's old dog who had some PTSD but overall was a great dog. I also have experience with cats, as I own 3 myself! I love animals and love being around them. My cousin is a vet tech and also helped me learn new things about dogs and cats! I'm currently not in college so I will have time to take care of your pets! My schedule is only 3 days a week that way I can also help out any other family members who need help with their pets. So on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays I should be free around 6am- 11am to let your puppies out or feed your cats. And I should also be available around 3pm to let you puppies out as well! Times may change to a little bit later depending on other clients. I love my fur babies and would do anything for them! I will treat your pets just the same! I'll be sure to give your dog/cat all the love I give to my babies! :)
“Katie helped us in a stressful time to find our dog that went missing. She also took on more time than originally agreed and her husband helped too. Nothing but positive things to say. She gives grest updates and does exactly as agreed.”

“Rachel dropped in on our two doggos, Jack & Hazel, over a long weekend while we were out of town. They instantly clicked with her and felt comfy being themselves with Rachel. We will definitely be booking with her going forward for future travels!”

About: HIIII! ♥️ My name is Libbey and animals have always been a huge part of my life. As a Pet Owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy, dependable, and loving to care for your furry family members while you’re away. ♥️ I currently care for multiple pets of my own, including dogs, cats and even reptiles so I’m comfortable with a variety of personality sizes and care needs. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having someone to keep them company, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved and well cared for. 🥰 Your dog doesn’t like cats? No problem. I built my four cats a haven in one of our large rooms, where they can stay separate, away from your pup. The whole room has climbers, they love it and it’s hard to get them out of there if I need too during the day! 😂 I LOVE photography-so expect photoshoots and lots of photos, if your pup stays with us! 🥹♥️ I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive to details. I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. I make sure to treat every pet as if they were my own. I don’t have many reviews for right now, because most of my clients I’ve met through different events, or dog parks, etc. I look forward to meeting you and treating your pets like they’re part of our furry family! 🐾 I am currently a stay at home pet mom already. I am able to give your pet the attention and love they need 24/7, round the clock. I care for my pets in my home by providing occasional separation breaks from each other in different rooms, entertainment with cat trees, and dog toys. I also provide the nutrition needed to raise healthy fur babies. I keep my reptiles enclosures clean and kept as well.
“Katie you as AMAZING and so patient with my babies while I was gone. She was always there for the whole 30 mins during their check ins and always sent a bunch a photos with a detailed description of everything that was going on. I would definitely hire her again if I need my babies watched again and I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Kaitlyn has been checking in on my dogs for a little over a year, and I couldn’t be happier with her service! Great communication, dogs love her, and always on time. Definitely book with her if you’re wanting a reliable and trustworthy person with your pups!”

“Shelby was amazing with my Newfoundland puppy! She takes such good care of him and I feel like I don’t have to worry at all when I am away! She really is great! Thanks Shelby!!”
About: Growing up in the country, I’ve had years with our dogs, cats and many other animals! Raising and wrangling 3 puppies from the shelter, we had them all 13 years. We had cats from birth to grave, and cared for them inside, outside and in the barn! I love to care for your pups and kitties, now that I don’t have any of my own. I keep our home and little one alive and well, and love to add a dog to our daily walks! I’m flexible during the morning+afternoon, and available some Saturdays as well. Although we don’t have space for our own pup right now, I love to come make sure your pups are well taken care of! I’d love to help, whether it’s just a check in and friendly pat, or a walk and belly rub!
“Gracie went above and beyond for all of our animals! And I could see her on our cameras being super sweet and patient with them all! Definitely will be using her in the future!”

About: I grew up on a farm with, cats, dogs, chickens, goats, ducks, geese. rabbits, horses, cattle, and a variety of household pets. I was a veterinary technician for 20 years. Being in the veterinary field, I saw many household pets suffer separation anxiety being left at the clinic to board and also saw pets get sick after boarding due to being out of their home environment, which is how TLC Equine & Pet Care got started. I am currently 100% self-employed and can fit any schedule to work with the needs of your pet's health and safety. I also provide mail and package pickup, set trash out to the curb, water plants. Make your home look lived in while you are away. I do care for dogs in my home, it is a very relaxed environment. I live in the country and do not have a fenced in yard. They are walked on leashes and completely safe. Playpens also provided upon request for playtime outside.
“Morgan did a great job caring for Mr. Thick Whiskers. She provided helpful daily updates and found a new hiding spot for his food after it became apparent that we have an acrobat cat. I would highly recommend her.”

“Alex was absolutely amazing!! She took time to get to know our pup. She was responsive and gave great details for her visits with him. He warmed up to her from the pictures she sent. Very happy with her level of professionalism and we will definitely be asking her to look after him again. Thank you Alex!!!”

About: I worked at Summit Pet Care for four years. I worked in the daycare, front desk, and kennels department. I have made valuable relationships with several clients. For those clients I have pet sat for them while they have been out of town. I have also walked many of their pups during a busy for them. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and the rest of the week make time to exercise my own dog. Along with getting online classes done for UCM.. I care for my pets by always getting them with a clam but happy energy. First thing I always do with any pup is take them outside making sure there are no accidents in the home. If I am just meeting the pup I always allow them time to get used to me and make sure I am a loving person.
About: I currently work at a Vet Clinic, I have had animal shelter experience since I was little because of my mom, she was an Owner/Manager for Second Chance Pet Rescue in Grove Oklahoma. 💞 For jobs I have had a year of vet care experience, working in Animal Shelters, and I always make tons of trips to go down to Grove Oklahoma to donate and volunteer. 🐾 My life runs off of being surrounded by animals. ✨ When I watch your fur-baby(s) I make sure I send daily photos and information so everything runs smoothly. 🎉 I’m currently trying to start doing Rover for Full time, 🐾pets have a special place in my heart and my heart always comes back to spending time with them. 💓 In my free time I’m watching clients dogs or I am at home with my own 3 dogs, walking, playing, training the new puppy or cleaning. Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Lake Annette. On Rover:
- 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 97% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 94% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
