About: Hey there! I’ve been around and caring for animals for most of my life and have hands-on experience with dogs and cats . I currently work in veterinary medicine, so I’m comfortable caring for animals with different needs, recognizing changes in behavior, and making sure pets are safe and comfortable. I have experience with puppies, senior pets, large and strong dogs. I’m comfortable handling animals that need extra patience, space, and understanding. I own and operate my own farrier business, so I may occasionally be away for a couple of hours during the day while I’m working with horses. I’ll always discuss this with you beforehand to make sure your pet is comfortable being left alone for a few hours. If they aren’t, no worries at all! I can also schedule my farrier work around whatever your pet may need. Outside of work, I’ll have plenty of time for walks, playtime, attention, and care. Exploring the logging roads and nature walks are everyone’s favorite. Fenced yard and doggo doors allow for in and out as they please while at home. Routine starts with breakfast. Then it’s playtime with the kids while farm chores take place. If your dog eats 3x a day we’ll do lunch, more playtime, rest time since this is equally as important. Mental stimulation to stay sharp means using snuffle rugs, treat dispensers, hand feeding meals while reinforcing manners and obedience. My kids have a schedule and boundaries as do the animals giving everyone peace of mind.

I have also cared for a friend’s Golden Retriever for a month while they were traveling abroad. I handled his daily walks, feeding, playtime, and general care, while giving him plenty of companionship and attention. I’m comfortable following each pet’s individual routine, personality, and care instructions, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I work at a clinic on weekends, but I don’t have a regular job during the rest of the week. This gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of free time to care for pets. I’m available during most weekdays and can easily adjust my schedule to accommodate each pet’s routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment for pets, whether they stay in my home or I care for them in their own home. I don’t smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, and I’m respectful of the home and the owner’s routines and rules. I genuinely enjoy animals, reading, and going for walks, so I’m happy to spend plenty of time with pets throughout the day, especially if they enjoy companionship and interaction. About: My family has had many kinds of pets since I was a kid. We often took in injured animals and nursed them back to health. We got a Chihuahua when I was 15, I'm now 34cand she passed away four years ago. Her name was Teka and she was my baby. We had her for 15 years. I own my own business so I can work literally whenever I want. My schedule is completely malleable. I can easily shape my work schedule around anything. Also please note if you hire me for house sitting, my beloved will go with me, she is exceptionally gifted with animals. I can take your dog out literally any time, and for any length of time. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I also have plenty of cuddles.
