She graciously arranged for a meet-and-greet before our first booking to confirm that things would work out well, which they did. We received notes from Pearl while we were away, giving us even greater assurance that all was well. Based on an exceptional initial experience, we will be repeat customers. We are very grateful to have some who will care just as well for our four-legged family member as we would during those times when we need or prefer to leave him temporarily.
