I am a 31 year old rescue mommy of a 7 month old tortoiseshell kitten named Lizzie and I am a former dog grooming apprentice who has experience in animal product services (food, general medication, etc) and have owned mainly large breed dogs (Rottweilers and American Bulldogs) my whole life! I have done intern work at a veterinary clinic in the past and have worked with dog trainers as well! I have also owned small animals (rodents) and reptiles and am comfortable handling them. About: Hello my name is Michaela! I thoroughly enjoy animals and find joy in spending time with them. I treat my dog and my roommates pets with care, respect and lots of love (including a major collection of toys, treats and dog bones made in Ak). I have grown up with pets my whole life, from cats, dogs, fish, turtles and even a hedgehog. I am very confident in caring for cats and dogs and look forward to meeting yours! Since I’m a teacher i’m currently busy from 9-4 Monday - Friday but at the end of May I will be completely free and have open availability! To care for your pets i like to take notes on what you tell me and use that information instead of just assuming we care for our pets the same way!
About: I have had pets (dogs, cats, turtles, fish) since I was a baby. I’ve also pet sat for senior pets, pets with specific medication needs, and homes with several pets at the same time. I work from home, so I’m available almost all weekdays for pet care! My schedule is relatively flexible.
