About: I love dogs of all sizes and breeds. I had a golden retriever, and have watched dog breeds from dachshund to boxers! You name it, I’ll care for it. Just moved to town so schedule is completely open! I can help with anything from pet sitting to pet walking, or even daily check ins. How I care for animals is very important to me. I need to make sure they are well exercised for the best quality of life, well hydrated, as well as well fed!

About: I’ve always grown up with multiple animals in my home. Right now I have 6 cats and 1 dog, all with various personalities! I find the best relaxation is to cuddle up with my fur babies! I love to play with both cats and dogs, and especially love to get my steps in by taking my dog for a walk! I also fostered kittens for 3 years, so I am used to meeting new pets and learning how to gain their trust and make them feel safe. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of and look after your pet! My schedule is really flexible right now, so I am able to work with you and what is best for your pet! I am thrilled to take care of your pet in your home and play with them from the comfort of the area they’re familiar with! I love animals dearly and want to make them feel safe and comfortable with me as their caretaker. I am able to comfortably feed them, play with them, and provide them treats if they’re being extra good!

“Emma was amazing to have over! She was very quick to respond, very profession and super nice. She even was able to give my senior diabetic cat his insulin for me Very reliable and was on time”

I aim to create a stress-free experience for both pets and their people, with thoughtful communication and genuine care every step of the way. I work from home full-time, so I’m highly available throughout the day for walks, feedings, check-ins, and quality time. I adjust my daily routine to fit your pet’s needs—whether that means early mornings, lunchtime walks, or evening cuddles. My evenings and weekends are open, and I’m happy to accommodate overnights or extended stays. Your pet will never be on a rushed clock—they’ll have consistent, attentive care all day long. When you welcome me into your home—or entrust me with your pets—I take that responsibility with the utmost seriousness. I maintain a calm, pet-safe environment, follow all care instructions meticulously, and keep a watchful eye on behavior or changes in health. I’m experienced in spotting early signs of stress or illness, and always prioritize your pet’s well-being and comfort. Your home is left exactly as you found it—clean, secure, and respected. I send regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you always know your pet is in good hands.

About: (You can call me Ashley!) I'm fully aware that animals, like humans, have personality and boundaries that need to be respected! With this in mind, I always try to be patient, calm, and loving towards all pets. To me, gentleness is also key; while I don't let myself get pushed over by pets, I don't yell or try to use harsh tactics to get pets to cooperate. I have taken care of multiple friends' pets, my family cat, and have learned to manage their individual needs. I am also great in an emergency without losing my cool. I work a part time job 8-5 pm on Mon/Thur and 12-5 on Wednesdays! I also have a weekly class on Sunday 5-7 pm. Outside of this, I work freelance on various projects. Besides the aforementioned hours, I can make anytime and anything work! I would take notes on how you take care of your pet in general and of any specific needs. From there, I would pay attention to what the pet seems to need. I believe communication is the most important aspect of anything, so I'll most likely ask you a lot of questions to make sure you feel okay with me in your house with your pet!

“Kira is always great with our dog! She took care of him and made sure he was fed at the property times, had fun playing and on walks, and had more than enough time for him to go potty! This was our second time booking her for multiple days, and we plan on booking with her many more times!”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for 8 years. Three years ago I started fostering various stray dogs and have been finding them reliable homes. I have experience taking care of all kinds of dogs, I’ve worked with small chihuahuas, german shepards, dogs with anxiety, hyperactive dogs, puppies, and senior dogs! My schedule is really flexible, I do work a part-time job downtown at a boutique. I am always available mornings. There’s always availability for tail wagging and adventure! My fur baby has anxiety so I’m well equiped and knowledgeable on how to soothe dogs in moments of stress or fear. Dogs are allowed on all furniture in my home and I love to snuggle with them at night. I’ll always provide your pet with a safe, loving, environment.

“Cait is fantastic! She took such great care of our kitties while we were on vacation that I didn’t have to worry about them at all!. She kept us updated and sent lots of pics. 100% we will be asking for her help again next time we are out of town! Best Rover experience I have ever had!”

About: I'm Meg, 40yo animal lover extraordinaire! I work from home as a Graphic Designer and Pet Photographer, and part-time for the SLO County Dept of Agriculture. Since I can work from anywhere in SLO County, I am available to care for your beloved pets either in my home, or I can stay overnight at yours! No size or breed restrictions, and I am experienced with sport and working line dogs who may need extra management and care. Additionally, if you have a dog with special needs, whether age-related, medical or behavioral, I am happy to accommodate them. About My Pets I currently share my life with a beautiful female German Shepherd I adopted from Thulani Senior German Shepherd Rescue in 2021. Her name is Sudo. She is neutral with other dogs and very tolerant of puppies. Her favorite activities are fetch, digging, and nosework. Together we compete in sport nosework trials under the National Association of Canine Scent Work (NACSW). About My Home Located just a few blocks from Cal Poly, I live behind my landlord's house in a 1-bedroom granny unit. It is completely fenced in, and ultra private. Literally no foot traffic whatsoever! I don't have a doorbell and nobody comes back to knock on the door. There is plenty of space to run, play, and sun bathe. My Availability I work from home 3 days a week (usually Mon-Tues-Thurs) and then work for the SLO County Dept of Agriculture the other 2 (usually Wed-Fri). I work from home 3 days a week as a designer and pet photographer. This is mostly computer work for the most part, and I can work from anywhere! Structure and guidance for those that need it, or a little looser for those that don't—I'm all about tailoring my care to the individual dog. Based on your instructions, I will customize their care to make the boarding as seamless and stress-free as possible.

“Gabriel recently helped me with a drop in visit for my puppy and he did a great job! His communication was excellent and he kept me updated through his visit. This was my first time using rover, so I was apprehensive and he calmed my nerves! Gracie seemed happy when I returned. Will definitely use Gabe again for future drop ins!”

My cats all have different personalities and a few can be a little more shy, but Kira was so patient with them and she was able to see and pet all of the cats, which says a lot about how great she is. Chorro pet parents share their Rover experiences
I very much appreciated Samantha. She seemed very kind and attentive to my cats and did a good job of giving me updates. She also seemed to pay a lot of attention to details when I was explaining to her how to care for them. I would definitely use her again.

I highly recommend Natalie! She provided excellent, thoughtful care for our dog, Tatsu. Tatsu was so happy and relaxed under Natalie’s care. Also, Natalie sent regular updates and photos, which put our minds at ease. Natalie was also very reliable and communicative, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I was able to relax knowing Addy was caring for Peanut while I was away. This is the 2nd time Addy has cared for peanut and it won’t be the last. The first time she stayed overnight for 5 nights. The second time we opted for two visits per day. Both the overnight and daily visits went well, however I think Peanut liked the overnight visits best. A+ 4 Addy I appreciate the pictures, the communication and especially the cookies.😋 Peanut loved the brushing and the company.😻

Jessica was amazing with our little puppy Cora. Cora is a nipper but she wonderfully took care and played with her. She also made sure that Cora was kept to her routine for naps and meals so she would be good by the time I got home. I was happy that ours and Cora’s first dog sitting experience went so well! Would definitely book again when needed, thanks again!
