About: Throughout my life, I have cared for goats, cats (old and young), dogs (big and small), chickens, rabbits, and different kinds of rodents. I love all animals and treat other people's pets as if they were my own. I am experienced in administering oral medications, working with difficult walkers, and caring for anxious animals. I work your typical 9-5 and am available outside those times. I currently work remotely, so I am able to design my schedule around your pets' needs. I believe that pets thrive with a consistent schedule and will do my best to stick to your pets' schedule. All pets have social needs and activity needs. As a dog sitter, I will not just take your dog out for potty walks, but we will also go for sniff adventures, play fetch, and more. As a cat sitter, I provide as much attention as your cat is interested in. We can sit on the couch and cuddle or admire each other from a distance.

“Bob and his son Bobby were the best! Completely reliable and capable. My dog, that I have trouble managing, was easily handled them. I am very impressed with the quality of this service and they are first on my list for the next time.”

“My Zeus is so happy with Dimitri that when he arrives he grabs his leash and refuses to let us say hi! We are extremely happy with Dimitri he is on time and communicates very well with any changes or updates. I would highly recommend him just not on my day and time.”

About: I've been around and cared for dogs for years through my own pets and helping friends and family with theirs. I’m comfortable with walks, feeding, playtime, basic routines, and making sure dogs get plenty of attention while their people are away. I also genuinely enjoy walking! I’m already someone who gets outside for walks regularly, so your dog’s walk won’t feel like something I’m trying to rush through between other tasks. I’m happy to give them time to sniff, explore, get some exercise, and enjoy being outside. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep you updated, and treat your dog with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. I work from home in the Baltimore area, which gives me flexibility during the day and makes me a great option for weekday walks and drop-ins. I care for each pet according to their normal routine and their owner’s instructions. During walks and drop-ins, I make sure they have fresh water, food if needed, bathroom breaks, exercise, playtime and plenty of attention. I’m happy to accommodate each dog’s preferred pace, whether they love a good long walk or would rather take their time sniffing and exploring. I’ll also keep you updated so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is safe, happy and well cared for while you’re away.
“Bronte is awesome with my pup! When she takes photos or videos, I can tell my dog enjoys her visits and walks! In addition, my stay at home neighbor made a comment about how awesome she was w my dog…,Having fun w her and playing!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 5 years of age and have grown up with various pets. I am super interactive with pets and enjoy entertaining them as well as building a strong bond with them! I am open five days a week Monday-Friday! I am flexible since I do have pretty open availability and communicative. I am also open to any suggestions from owners I have a fenced yard but I do not currently own any pets of my own. I ensure the environment I live in is nothing but safe, quiet and comforting for all
“It is wonderful to have someone like Courtenay to care for our pup. Makes all the difference in the world when you are away to know you have someone you trust taking care of your furry family member(s).”

“Casie was great! It was our dog’s first time being walked by someone else and he loved her. She sent lots of pictures and gave Koal lots of love while we were gone.”

About: I have owned my own kitties for 15+ years. I have also fostered medical and special needs cats and dogs for 3 years as well. I will love your babies like my own! I am currently not working so I am available full time. I do require 1 days notice for bookings and 1 day cancellation. However, please feel free to contact me to discuss specific times and details. I have a big 2 bedroom condo and 2 kitties who love other animals! I am also able to follow any crating instructions your pet may require.
“Stephanie is absolutely wonderful with our dog!! She arrives like clockwork and our dog waits at the door for her because she's so excited to see her! So glad to have found someone we can trust who will take amazing care of our Bee!”

About: I’ve been loving & caring for animals longer than I can remember. They are my first love & my passion is to make sure they know how loved & appreciated they are. I currently have a 10 year old rescue that can no longer keep up with my active lifestyle so I’m available to take your dog hiking to the Dunes or Starved Rock, weather permitting, or just jog around the neighborhood. I have been in the medical field for 22 years; elderly dogs are welcomed as well. I’ve trained along side a couple of my dogs over the years & I use standard commands & rewards. All animals deserve to know that their existence is priority to us! I look forward to sharing my love with your furry family member! I work from home & am available most any time throughout the day if I’m not in meetings. I love the outdoors & am prepared to be out there year round. I will care for your dog at your home. If there is a need outside your home please let me know far enough in advance for me to make arrangements.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cheswolde Area
Jeremy is a wonderful walker for us! Atlas took to him immediately and is always excited to see his new friend when he arrives. They get along great, Jeremy is very attentive to his needs, and Atlas returns home thoroughly satisfied after each trip. Jeremy's experience with dogs has been a huge boon; he handles large breeds well and has a unique insight to their behaviors thanks to his time working with sled dogs.

Our experience with Erika was extraordinary. She is caring, compassionate, and Egan gets excited each time she comes. Thank you for supporting our family in these challenging times and we will definitely be contacting you for our future needs and refer you to our friend group 🐶❤️
