About: I grew up in a household with dogs, cats, and fish. From a young age I learned the importance of caring for animals and treating them as if they were humans with the same needs. I have 40+ years of experience caring for animals, including those with special needs and eccentric personalities! I have experience in caring for more than one animal at a time. For example, I have taken care of my daughter's 4 cats, black lab, and full aquarium for 2 weeks at a time alone and loved every moment of it! I pride myself in the love and attention I can offer any and all pets. I am fully available any day and any time to care for your fur babies! I am a pet owner myself and make myself available to tend to her anytime she needs me. I do not have a fenced yard, however I have my own Sheppard/Lab mix that I can safely handle in a harness for walks and play time outside. I often take my dog to my daughter's with a fenced in yard so she can exercise freely and safely, which is 10 minutes from my home! I live in an apartment, but have adequate space to care for up to two large dogs at a time! My dog is child, cat, and dog friendly. I treat my dog as if she is my own daughter, and allow her on furniture. She lives the spoiled good life, and your pet will too while under my care!

“When Fetch, a golden retriever, sees Kaia, she gets so happy and starts wagging her tail so hard it thumps against the furniture. At the same time, while Kaia is loving towards animals she is also firm when they need discipline; when Fetch tries to run after any rabbits or squirrels, Kaia will calmly and firmly keep Fetch from running away.”

“Taylor really is the dog whisperer. Artie doesn't trust easily or quickly and by the end of their first meeting he was already letting her walk him. (This is not the norm for my dog.) She is an expert with handling difficult, aggressive dogs. Walkers in the past have not been able to meet him on their own or leash him until at least week 2 or 3, and he was greeting her and walking by themselves on the second date. Taylor has a true love for dogs, and it shows. We feel very lucky to have found her. She will be sitting for us next week and I have no doubt that everything will go well. It gives me absolute peace or mind knowing that Artie has been left in her capable hands.”

“Gloria is the most reliable, trustworthy, and communicative dog sitter and her kindness shows through her care of animals. She frequently walks Cooper, my extremely high energy, crazy pup. Cooper loves Gloria, and she treats him as her own. She always is super quick to answer me and sends me pictures regularly. Most recently, Gloria took care of Cooper while I was out of town. I usually worry when leaving Cooper because he can be a lot to handle as a high energy pup, but I was able to relax knowing he was well taken care of, exercised, socialized, and loved.”

About: I’ve taken care of pets almost my entire life. I grew up with 3 Great Danes that were mostly my responsibility and a dachshund. I also have one cat of my own and grew up with a few. I volunteer at the local animal shelter and take dogs on walks and care for cats. I work part time but have a flexible schedule. I will start full time work in August so my schedule will possibly get more tight then. I will make sure to follow any necessary instructions provided by the owner. I have pets of my own and love them dearly so I will take care of your pets like they are my own.
