“Cory had great communication and seemed to get along well with our cat. Wet forgot to put the treats out and he had to deal with our Internet lights but he asked us about the treats and it worked out. He made sure to clarify instructional when he was unsure. He sent pictures and answered all of our questions with we asked. We definitely would use his services next time we go out of town.”

About: Hi!! I’m Meghan. I have dog sat multiple times for multiple kinds of dogs in various settings, and would love to meet your furry family member. I currently work a hybrid situation. I’m in the office Monday-Wednesday with availability to be home over the lunch hour. Thursday and Friday I work from home. I’m 37, live in my own home, and have a fully fenced-in backyard. I take daily walks around my cute Champaign neighborhood, and I would love to have a furry friend join me!

About: NEW House. HUGE yard! Thanks for stopping by. We're so glad you're here. We look forward to meeting you and your beloved animal. I have 20+ years of experience caring for pets. My teen has studied vet tech and will help me care for your pet. So you will get our services as a 2 for 1. I am home all day and we will ensure your pet gets lots of play time, outdoor time and of course, snuggles. I am usually home all day so it's rare that your pet will be home alone. Your pet will be taken outside very often, at least every 2 hours, so they will receive lots of exercise and play time. All pets will be treated like they are a part of our family. They will receive whatever care is most beneficial for them based upon their owner's wishes and the pet's needs. Pet owners: Please indicate any special needs, habits or things to observe. I want to ensure I'm aware of how to best take care of your pet.

About: I have two friendly cats and backyard chickens. I have had cats and dogs for most of my life. I go trail hiking at local forest preserves and state parks 2-4 times a week and would love to take your dog with me! I only have one dog guest at a time (unless they are from the same home) so I can give them lots of care and attention and provide you with regular updates and photos. You will know your pet is being well looked after. My goal is to make your pet feel like it is on a fun vacation while you are on a fun vacation. Nothing makes me happier than dogs I've cared before, coming back and pulling on their leash to come into my house on their next visit! I only work half-time so I have plenty of time for pets. I know how important your pet is to you and I'm very responsible. My dog guests are walked at least three times a day including a walk or hike of 30 minutes or longer. They are also able to use my fenced in backyard when the chickens are locked up for the night .

About: Hi y'all! I'm Emma, and I've been around pets my entire life. I've been caring professionally for pets for a couple of families for 3-4 years now and have only just gotten around to making a Rover profile. Whether your pet needs someone to walk with, playtime, or extra cuddles, I'm more than happy to tailor my services to what your pet needs. I do not discriminate against any type of dog or cat. Age, sex, size, and color of their coat do not matter to me! I'm an online student as well as a townie, so I have an extremely flexible schedule depending on your needs. Your pets care is my priority! I'm adaptable depending on the clients home. I have years of experience with cats and dogs with different personalities and behaviors, I make sure to assess what is best suited for your pet.

About: I've lived with and taken care of dogs for 11 years! I love all dogs and animals in general. I'll treat your pet like family, and they will be my number 1 priority while I'm taking care of them. I'll be doing a research assistantship at UIUC over the summer with 8-10 hours per week committed to that. This won't take up the majority of my time, so I'll have more than enough to take care of your wonderful pets! I'll treat your pets just as well as I treat mine. They'll get whatever care they need and plenty of extra love on top of that! I treat my client's home extremely well and make sure to clean up after myself. I take pride in keeping a clean living environment for myself and for my pets. I'll be sure to leave the house just as clean as when you left, and I'll be sure to give plenty of love and care to your pet as well!

About: I have had both dogs and cats my entire life and don't want to be without them ! My Husky Sharpei mix, Lily passed away in 2021 after 16 years of a long healthy life. It was a hard loss, so I started spending time with other people's pets and decided to turn it into a career. Through the years of petsitting i have learned alot about different animal personalities and i have gained experience with different levels of care. Some of the pets i have watched suffered from high separation anxiety, and have special needs. I have experience giving diabetic shots, administering oral medication, and topical oitments on cats and dogs. I have experience with extended stays, my longest so far being a month. I also have experience watching multiple dogs and cats. I have watched reactive dogs in the past and I am comfortable doing so if i know their triggers. I’m currently working full time. I am available every 4 hours if you live close to Downtown Champaign. I am also willing to travel within a 40 mile radius to pet sit, but will not be able to drop in if you are far from downtown Champaign Once your gone I pretty much resume your role, while pet care is a priority I still clean up after myself so you won't have to worry about coming into a messy home. Cats and dogs love to cuddle with me on the couch, so they will get plenty of attention hanging out with me.

“Megan did a great job looking after Doofy. He is a shy kitty but seemed to like her right away and didn't shun me when I got back, so he must have felt well cared for. Megan made sure he had all his food and treats and a clean litter box, and she spent time hanging out with him so he had some good attention. She also was great about contacting me with questions. I'll definitely ask Megan to care for him again the next time I go out of town.”

This fall, I'll be starting my first year of veterinary school at Tufts! ;) I'm currently a hourly research technician who works from 9 to 5 on weekdays, but I have a flexible schedule if you need me. I can take your puppy outside at least twice a day, once before work and once after. For kitty, I could also spend time with them before and after work if they are very playful and energetic! Xule M.
“Xule is a very kind and warm girl. I had an unexpected trip that takes 2 weeks. So I asked around if anyone could help to take care of my cat. That’s when she stands out and provide help. I have two cats, so it takes extra efforts to add water, food, and clean the litter box. However, she can handle everything perfectly! My cats also love her, trying to approach her all the time. She gives a lot of patience to my cats. For example, other than routine care, she also spend a lot of time playing with my cats, which significantly reduce my cats’ anxiety. Also, she sends a lot of pictures and videos to me to make me understand my cats’ live. That is really helpful! I HIGHLY recommend her to be this position.”

Jessica S.

Dejanique L.
“Dejanique is a true animal lover—she's even studying to become a veterinarian. Ever since we were little, she has always cared deeply for animals, treating every pet like family and protecting them with her whole heart. Over the years, she’s lovingly looked after many animals, and I’ve personally trusted her with my own pets many times, including my sweet Frenchie, Knuckles. I know she treats every animal with the same care and devotion she gives her own.”

Lorri C.

“Thank you for your help! It’s so nice to know my nervous dogs can be a little more comfortable when we’re gone by staying in their own home. Would definitely book again!”

Wanyi H.
“I’ve had the joy of being both Wanyi’s close friend and roommate, and I can say with complete confidence that she is one of the most caring and responsible people I know—especially when it comes to animals. She’s been volunteering at animal shelters for years, both in the U.S. and back in China, and even adopted a rescue cat who was very fearful and defensive due to past trauma. I remember how the cat used to hiss or scratch even people like me who saw her every day. But with Wanyi’s endless patience, kindness, and gentle care, that cat has completely transformed into a loving, trusting companion. Wanyi has a natural bond with animals and treats every one of them with deep compassion. If you’re looking for someone who will truly care for your pet like family, I can’t recommend her enough.”
