“Heather M. is amazing! She gave detailed updates when necessary. Her photos and updates, really put my mind at ease. My cat was well taken care of while I was away. I will be rebooking with her!”

“Alicia was great with our girls. One of our girls is still adjusting to our house. Her quiet steps in the house is just what she needed. Communication was excellent and flexible.”

“This was our first time using Rover. Natalie is so so sweet! She communicated in a timely matter. Asked us lots of questions about our cat. I was nervous because this was the first time we left him for long. I will totally have Natalie come back again and again!”

“We have booked with Briana three times now and she has been awesome every time! She has quickly become our cat’s new best friend. She provides very detailed updates, great photos, and communicates clearly with any questions she may have. Plus, she spoils our cat just a little bit, like any pet parent would. I would highly recommend Briana to anyone!”

About: Experienced working with a variety of animals- dogs, cats, chickens, goats, aquatic pets (turtles, frogs, fish, etc.). Experience as a vet assistant provides strong foundation in caring for medically complex and senior pets, comfortable administering medications. While on break from school until May 2026, I have gaps in my schedule that will allow me to frequently check in on your pets throughout the day. Currently care for my two pups at home. I enjoy pet care as it helps to provide a purposeful break from school. Caring for animals feels like second nature with my schedule, and I’m able to seamlessly provide for your pets while maintaining my school schedule without any lapse in care. I provide a close eye on the animals that I care for, and due to my experience as a veterinary assistant I am able to recognize potential medical needs of your animal companions. I’m comfortable walking pets, supervising them in a fenced in yard, or any other method that your pet uses to go outside! While in your home, I maintain close proximity to your pets, and engage them in enriching activities during my time with them.
“This was my first time using Rover and my experience with Melissa taking care of my cat for 10 days while I was away was excellent. I feel Melissa genuinely cared about Tinkers wellbeing and provided the services requested at a very fair rate. Each day I was sent pictures and a memo on how things were going. I highly recommend her to others and plan to use her services again in the future.”

About: I have had animals in my life, always. I will treat your pet like they are my own with enthusiasm, affection, compassion and friendship. I haven't met a dog or cat that I didn't immediately like. I recently retired from 35 years of federal service and I look forward to a more flexible schedule. I am available to take care of your pet anytime, day or night, 7 days a week. Whether it's a drop in check or extended care, I look forward to making a new friend. We have a large yard and a dog of our own that gets along with other dogs. We have a fenced in yard and a very nice medium size dog of our own. Extended visits are welcome if you are out of town, but want your dog to have constant company. I do not offer staying at a client's house overnight, but if your pet absolutely needs that, it's possible. Your pet is welcome to stay with us under the right circumstances.
“Super reliable and very easy to work with. Very responsive with communication. My cats looked very happy in photos and when I came back home. Kaitlin did a great job taking care of my kitties!”

“Dawn approached my diabetic kitty with care upon meeting him. She was eager to learn how to administer his insulin shots and agreed to care for him during the Thanksgiving holiday. I would work with Dawn again.”

“We are so thankful for the all care and time Meghan spent watching over our 3 dogs! As first time Rover users we had no idea what to expect and it was also the first time leaving our puppy for an extended period of time! We loved all the detailed notes we received and Meghan really went above and beyond, as she noticed our puppy was getting a little stir crazy and took her on a walk during one of the drop ins. We felt like we could trust Meghan’s judgement in caring for our pups, thank you SO much!!!”
About: I am in my 9th year of working as a dog walker & pet sitter for small companies, but I am new to Rover. I'm insured and bonded. I’m certified in first aid and CPR for dogs and cats. I am also a member of the Association of Professional Pet Sitters. I’m passionate about rescue animals. In addition to my own adopted pets, I’ve fostered dogs and kittens and am involved as a volunteer in transporting adoptable dogs between rescues. I look forward to meeting your pets and providing them with loving care, exercise, & companionship. My full time job as a nurse is on night shift and my schedule varies, so check my calendar! My availability is mostly during the day. I am happy to provide care for your pet to comply with your requests and their preferences. If they’re energetic and like to be active with fast paced walks, great! If they’d rather a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood and check out the smells, that’s fine with me! They like to play fetch in the backyard or just relax with snuggles on the couch? I’ve got it.
About: I taken care of pets since my youth, volunteered at animal shelters, participated in dog training programs and been a foster home for cats. I can administer medications in stress free methods, but am not qualified with injections. I am retired and am generally available on both weekdays and weekends with early or late hours possible. I will not schedule any visits without at least an extra hour between any other obligations. I believe that routine is especially important when pet parents are away. This includes keeping their environment clean and safe, verifying pet locations and securing possible entrances before activating any alarms and leaving.

“Kim is so reliable! Love the photos she provides - Cali looks so content every time. Nice to have that comfort when traveling. Please reach out to Kim for any of your pet sitting needs!”

Chairville cat parents share their Rover experiences
This is the second time we have had Christina take care of our two cats. As before she was very conscientious about addressing everything we asked of her and very attentive to our two cats including spending a full 30 minutes each visit feeding them and playing with them. We highly recommend Christina B.
