I have spent 12 years caring for my family dog and now my own, along with regular walks, drop-ins, and overnight care for the pets of neighbors, friends, and family. I am comfortable with dogs of every size. Millie, the Bernese Mountain Dog in my photos, is my boyfriend's dog and lives at his house, but I walk and care for her often. At over 100 pounds, so I can handle larger dogs who may pull on walls. I am experienced with administering oral medications, managing leash-reactive dogs on walks, and handling standard crate and feeding routines. I keep detailed notes on each pet's needs and quirks, and I always have your vet's information on hand in case of an emergency. You will never have to wonder how your dog is doing, because I am happy to send updates throughout a visit. I am available for early morning visits and again toward the end of the workday and into the evening, which suits pet parents who need care before or after their own workday. I treat your keys, door codes, and home with that same standard of care. Keys are never labeled with an address or unit number, and they are stored securely in my home when not in use. You will receive photos and an update with every visit. I never bring anyone along, and I never share photos of your pet publicly without asking first. If my plans change, you will hear about it early rather than at the last minute. Environment In your home, I stick to the areas you tell me to use and leave everything as I found it, including lights, doors, and the thermostat. I also pick up after your pet and tidy anything we have used before I leave.

About: Hi there! My name is La and ever since I was little I have grown up with animals in my home. Starting from puppies to elderly dog, kittens to cats and even some reptiles! I have pet sit for multiple families growing up so I have numerous references so you can feel comfortable leaving your babies with me. Because of these experiences, I have learned how to give dogs medication, train dogs to do tricks such as sit, stay, lay down, paw, jump and play dead. I will treat your fur family as if they are my own so while they will be missing you, they will have a blast playing in the yard, with all of their toys, and with my two dogs. I do have a four year old rescue and a 7 month old golden retriever. We have a big backyard for the dogs to run around and play, plenty of toys, grooming tools, and time to teach new tricks and give your babies lots of love and treats. I work full time as a 911 dispatcher for Montgomery county. On my off days, I’m looking for something that can fill my time. My schedule is VERY flexible. If you need a day that is marked as unavailable on my schedule, feel free to message me. On the days where I do work, it will be between 7am and 7pm, I am still available before and after my shift for a quick visit. Simple answer? Like my own.
