Vanessa was extremely kind and considerate and made me feel safe putting my service dog in her care for the day. She admired my love for my dog and explained how her dogs are like her own babies as well, and she is also the type to ask endless questions to make sure they will be safe. She even came out to see me a day in advance to meet me, get acquainted with my dog, and discuss instructions. I gave her an ice pack collar for my dog in case she got hot, and she was kind enough to return it to me frozen. I could tell how she and her husband who lives with her both really love and care about dogs. She even mentioned to me how she drives slowly if she has fur babies in the car. It was overall a great experience and I’m so glad that my fur baby was with her instead of someone else.
First time but won’t be our last! Tricia was super diligent and attentive to both my guys. They took to her immediately, she sent pics throughout the day, asked thoughtful questions and adhered to all their quirks (lol). Couldn’t be more happy with her service!
