“Ron did a wonderful job caring for our dog, Henry, and was great about administering the special eye medication our guy requires. This was the second time we’ve left Henry with Ron and both times he seemed happy and comfortable there. There’s a big back yard to sniff around in and a comfy couch for lounging. Our elderly pomeranian, who has limited mobility and decreased vision, requires extra attention and patience, and Andy provided just that. She worked with him to ensure he got the nutrition he needed, which really eased our minds. He came home happy and tired. We loved the regular updates they sent and were so happy to see pictures always popping up while we were on our trip. Joe came through for me this past week when I had to leave town last minute. Communication was great and he took lots of pics of Daria. And as a favor, he even picked up Daria and dropped her off, which was above and beyond. I will definitely be using him on my next trip.
Juan looked after my dog very well and managed her medication too. She shared photos during her stay and kept me informed, which gave me a piece of mind. Juan truly loves animals and took care of my dog like her own. My dog also felt safe with Juan and she ate and slept as normal, which is something she may sometimes struggle with while away from home. Stephanie was beyond brilliant with my dog while I was on vacation. She had her for 8 days total and I never once was worried about a thing! She was truly very kind and sent me timely updates with photos and things my dog Bella was up to.
