About: I want your pet to feel like they're with a friend, so I go out of my way to build their trust and ensure they have a positive experience. Though not currently a pet owner, I've had several pets throughout my life and have volunteered for both the Humane Society and a wildlife hospital, where I gained experience with administering care and medicine to animals. I'm semi-retired, so have the time and flexibility to do things that I love-and one of the things I love most is spending time with animals! I take extra care with pets to "meet them where they are," which means paying attention to their cues and adjusting my approach to ensure they feel safe. About: If you're a dog lover, you should have dogs, right? I've had dogs all my life and we currently have two small well-behaved dogs, Daisy and Buddy, both under 20 lbs. My 23-year-old son Sam is a co-sitter (I'm primary) and your doggie will receive all the love it can handle! Sam used to volunteer as a dog walker at the Maui Humane Society when we lived on Maui and we spent Saturdays at the pet-a-puppy adoption gathering at the Maui Mall. Animals seem to know we're safe and loving and tend to come to us when they need help. We've rescued a duckling, a Mynah bird, a baby squirrel, a lost kitten, and two adult dogs, caring for them in our homes until appropriately placed or returned to their owners. We also took part in a humpback whale rescue when visiting Maui Feb 2023. I work from home as an instructional designer; my son is an student in animation and is also at home and absolutely adores every animal he ever met. Two responsible adults are here at all times, so this makes it easy to give your fur baby the attention it deserves. Our dogs are indoor dogs and have free roam of our house. We have a large, fenced, dog-friendly backyard for exercise. Our two small friendly dogs can show your dog the ropes. We recommend a visit prior to placement so they can all get acquainted.

About: I’ve had a love for animals my whole life, I’ve had cats and dogs since I was born and currently have 5 pets at home! (2 dogs 3 cats) I have been house sitting my pets for a few years while my parents go out of town, and have also helped a few family friends with their pets. I have dealt with untrained dogs, high maintenance dogs, seniors, puppies, and urinary issues. I’m currently working part-time from 5-9pm. Before then, I will have all day to tend to your pets and let them out for some exercise and potty breaks. When I do run errands, I am never gone for more than 3 hours at a time. For dog walking, I am able to walk however far your dog needs to ensure they get the right amount of exercise. For sitting, I will make sure your pet gets let out for potty breaks and the proper amount of care during the day, whether it is a walk or a small training exercise. For drop in visits, I will tend to whatever your pet needs during that visit.
About: I grew up in the country with many dogs in the family. My parents bred and showed champion Afghan Hounds as well as boarded other breeds of dogs. As an adult I have experience with leash/dog reactive dogs, super high energy puppies, done overnights for dogs with separation anxiety. I also have experience training my own dogs and really enjoy it. I am stay at home mom with both my kids in school so I have free time especially in the mornings after school drop off. About: I have a busy home with a sweet & energetic German Shepherd, 10 year old daughter, and 14 year old son. We all love animals and enjoy playing and cuddling up when it's not too hot! I work from home most of the time so your pet(s) will get a lot of attention from our family and plenty of potty breaks. I work from home at least half of the time. I typically will be gone no more than 4 hours at a time. If I am gone more than 6 hours I will let you know, but this is not typical. My dog is a great playmate and your pet(s) will get plenty of attention and breaks outside. I have a decent sized home and can accommodate most requests. Your pet will have plenty of space inside and locally outdoors for potty breaks and play time. With 2 kids and a large dog, I am flexible to meet you and your pets needs!

About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life and genuinely love working with animals. I offer dog walking, training support, enrichment, and family-focused guidance using positive reinforcement, structure, and clear communication. I especially enjoy helping newly adopted dogs adjust to new routines and environments. As a stay-at-home mom with a flexible schedule, I’m available for walks, training sessions, and pet care throughout the week and many weekends. Safety, calm structure, and realistic routines are always my priority. I am currently a stay at home mom that already walks A LOT! I would love to take your pooch in tow. I am available Monday-Friday (same day requests) , and possibly weekends with notice. I have a fenced in backyard and areas to Isolate if needing alone time. Safety is always my priority with no chances of escape or injury. I'm Always aware of the weather as well and make sure it's appropriate for dogs to travel In.
