About: I played football at UNI and I can take care of any type of dog. I grew up with Bullmastiffs and Shihtzus and I am ready to take care of any dog you have. I have two in person classes on M W F only from 11-2. Other than that I am free looking to help others out. Besides that I am just working on homework and working out myself in the mornings. I live in a house on the cedar river with plenty of trails. I have a large unused dog cage in my basement as well.

About: For the past 3 years I’ve house and dog sat my brother’s dog while he’s out of town. The summer of 2024 I nanny’ed for a family that had a large dog I was to care for. I also baby sat for a home, family, and Great Dane for a while. I love doing so and am excited to get to love on other’s pets! I work at Lutheran Services in Iowa as a full time family support worker. I work 95% of my days at home, making it easy to house/dog sit throughout the day! Saturday and Sunday I am completely free! I typically provide over night care when watching pets. I’m able to stay home most of the day which makes it easy to care for pets throughout the day and into the night!

About: I have always loved pets. Throughout my entire life, I have had both cats and dogs, and recently my family adopted a gecko from my stepsister. Pets have always been the center of my day, and I always look forward to seeing my little fur-babies, and taking care of them. With this I have been referred to many family friends to extend the love and care I have for my babies onto their babies. I will always take care of your fur-babies as I would my own. I also am very good at giving pets medicine, as I have done it for a few years now. I am a full time college student at UNI, while still looking for a job on campus, I have most weekends free (besides weekends I have football games where I am in the marching band, or weekends where I would go home). I have class from 9-12 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, as well Marching Band from 6:30-8:30 Monday and Wednesday, and on Fridays from 3-4:30. I have class from 9:30-10:45 and 12:30-1:45 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am super open to any environments, whether it be a fenced in yard, or a yard where I will need to leash the pups/kitties up to take them out. I will listen and obey any instructions the client may give, whether it be for respecting the pets, or respecting the house.

About: Hello! My name is Claire, and I have been pet sitting in the Cedar Valley area for the past 9 years. A little bit about me is that I have 2 senior cats, Milo and Charlie, and I grew up on an acreage surrounded by dogs, cats, and chickens. In my spare time I like to read, spend time with family/friends/pets, craft, care for my plants, and enjoy nature. When it comes to pet sitting, I started with drop-ins/walks for friends and family in high school, and eventually added overnight in-house stays. My passion for pet sitting comes from the desire to help the many pets that experience stress when they are boarded. I also want to ease the anxiety that pet parents experience when they're separated from their fur babies. I am determined to provide professional and compassionate pet care to help ease the stress of pets and pet parents alike! Also, I LOVE taking pictures of pets, so get ready for daily updates with plenty of pictures! *I am willing to travel further away, even out of state, for overnight in-house stays that are 10 days or longer. For example,I recently completed a 2 week stay in Chicago. I would just ask for gas money for the long trip* I prioritize pet sitting, as it is important to be flexible and available for it. My schedule is easily adjusted to fit in time to pet sit. I always stick to the routine pets are used to, whether that be waking up at 5AM for breakfast or taking them on an extensive walk. I send pet parents updates and pictures/videos every day to show how their pet is doing.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was little, I've had small corgi's to a current Great Pyrenees. I have taken care of senior German Shepards who has health problems and puppies like my great Pyrenees. I know letting a college student take your dog out is scary but trust me, we need the break. I love animals and they deserve some time so I have it open Well! I hope your house is safe for them! I will be coming to your house to take care of them as they are not allowed in dorms.

About: I have worked in a dog boarding/daycare facility for 2.5 years. I have learned valuable caring abilities, and I have worked with all ages and breeds. I am very knowledgeable about dogs and their displayed behaviors as well! I'm willing to be flexible on you and your dog's needs. I know how stressful it can be to find someone to care for your fur babies, but I will treat them just like my own! I would be available to do in house sitting for you pet or small check-ins/walks for you. I have two golden retrievers that mean everything to me. I’m currently in the process of working on starting a small business, and I have a very flexible schedule! I take online classes that would not interfere with anything. I am available very often throughout the week and weekends to customize a schedule for your pet care. I have two young golden retrievers that are young and friendly. I have two large kennels that can be used if need be, along with a fenced in yard. For appointments in a client's home/check-ins, I will care for your pet just as you do! I can follow your daily routine along with any customization you would like (walks, playtime, etc.). I would be available to stay overnight if you wanted, or come for check-ins. I will provide several photo and text updates throughout the appointments so you can keep updated on your pets!

About: I have been rescuing and caring for cats & dogs since I was 17 years old. Pets have a special personality that takes a special personality to care for them. I am also familiar with & experienced with giving oral & injection medications I work for the local school district Aug - June so I have summers off. But I have the flexibility/availability to care for pets year round My 2 dogs and 2 cats are very well cared for. We have a fenced in yard. The cats are not allowed outside but all are chipped and protected with flea and tick treatments. They are fed twice a day with occasional treats and water 24/7.

About: My name is Meagan and I have loved animals from the beginning of time. I have a rottweiler named Karl and a pit mix named Roman, so big dogs don't seem to phase me. I am in the process of getting my animal science degree from Ellsworth Community College with dreams of vet school in the future. I have a background of dogs of all sizes and ages as well as cattle and equine. I have watched family friends dogs for years, so I have a lot of experience when it comes to animals from other homes. I have never met an animal I didn't like and I'm not about to start now. I look forward to spending time with many more animals that will enter my life in the future.

About: I have taken care of my own dogs for over 13 years and dog sat for 9 years. I am great at following directions and paying attention to detail, while also giving friendly and personal care. I not only like to make sure the dogs are well fed and walked but that they also get engaging playtime and petting to their liking! I have worked on basic training for 3 dogs and basic agility training for 1 dog. I also have experience working with senior dogs and dogs that have special care needs. Overall, I like to make sure that the owners (and dogs!) are always happy at the end of my work. I am currently a high school teacher in the Cedar Valley. I work 7:30-3:30 but can care for your dogs right before/after any time. I am available for house sitting or stop ins any day of the week. With my schedule, I am very flexible to changes or last minute needs as well. I am open to short bookings to let your pups out or longer bookings to stay and play! In owners’ homes I always make sure to take care of it as if it is my own. A clean and safe environment is always a priority that I ensure to keep when house sitting or stopping by to take care of dogs. I would not hesitate to help enforce house rules for the dogs and myself in regards to using furniture, going in certain rooms, mistreating items, or any other requests asked of me. I want to make sure your house is just the way it was, or better, when you return.

About: I have been involved in caretaking pets through Rover, my private pet sitting business, and through local pet shelters over the course of three years. I have also pet sat for friends and relatives. I am very passionate about the well-being of all animals and have even received training at pet shelters in order to provide optimal care. I have a part time job but can easily provide pet sitting services. My job requires me to work 8 hour shifts two to three times per week. If my work schedule ever interferes with a scheduled visit, I offer additional visits that day free of charge. I love incorporating pet caretaking into my day to day life. About: I grew up with dogs all my life. There are two dogs in my home, both love other pets and well behaved. I am happy to do meet and greets to make sure you are comfortable. I work from home and am available at all times to take care of your dog. I love taking walks after work and have a welcoming space for all dogs. I can give them all the love and attention in the world or let them be depending on what they prefer. I am also decent at obedience training and win pups over pretty quickly. I love running, hiking, and being outside so I’m happy to burn off some energy with them if that’s required.

About: I've had dogs, and cats my entire life, whether it be the family pets, or my own. I've had and taken care of cats, and dogs. My girlfriend and I currently have two dogs, Harry a 2 year old Husky, Chow, Terrier, Poodle mix. Oliver a year and a half year old Golden Retriever. Pet care is a LARGE part of my day to day life. I try and give my dogs at least one walk or trip to the dog park every day. Our dogs are part of our family. They're very sweet, and loving. My girlfriend and I do not live together so they stay at both of our houses throughout the week. At my house, where I will be boarding clients dogs is partially fenced in, but when outside the dogs are always supervised and tied. I generally stay outside with them while they're outside because I don't think I can be too cautious when it comes to their safety. When it comes to a clients pets, I would be just as if not more diligent. As mentioned, I do have two dogs of my own, however when taking care of clients pets, my dogs will stay at my girlfriend's house to eliminate any possible conflicts. If hired to go to a clients home, I am happy to accommodate whatever instructions and routines they have for their own dogs or cats.
