His beautiful wife and him took my dog to a water show, hungout with friends, and probably 6/7 walks in about 48 hours! His house was very relaxing and perfect for dogs to relax while you are away!! Tyler is definitely my first choice any vacation I have!”

“This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t be more pleased that Eric was our first experience! Our dog loved her stay at his home. He has the whole upper floor dedicated to the dogs staying with him. Has a large fenced-in backyard too, which was perfect for her. We were lucky that he was caring for a few other dogs, so she had friends to play with during her stay too. Whenever she needs a place to stay, Eric will be at the top of our list.”

“Rachel was great about giving me updates, sending pictures, and video. Overall communication was excellent. Our dog looked like he was at ease and enjoying his time with Rachel and her family. We will definitely book with Rachel and her family in the future.”

“Emily was awesome to work with to meet our needs as a first timer needing dog sitting and with the meet and greet with Daisy! Daisy’s 5 day stay with Emily was great! We were very satisfied.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cedar Falls
Bethany was so great with our pup. He can be a little nervous at first but he was right at home right away. Bethany regularly updated us throughout our time away with pictures and other bits of information to let us know that he was doing well and was comfortable. I enjoyed hearing those updates. When we go out of town next we will for sure rebook with Bethany!

Deirdre was so great! She really eased our anxiety and nervousness over leaving our dog for the first time for an extended period. She sent so many updates and pictures. We loved it and it made us so happy that he was being loved and cared for while we were away. Deirdre is the absolute best!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
