About: I have been involved in caretaking pets through Rover, my private pet sitting business, and through local pet shelters over the course of three years. I have also pet sat for friends and relatives. I am very passionate about the well-being of all animals and have even received training at pet shelters in order to provide optimal care. My husband and I adopted a black lab mix from the humane society. We are training her to be a therapy dog. Growing up I had a variety of small breed dogs. We also have a cat adopted from Cedar Bend. We recently moved into our first house and have a fenced in yard. We also live close to paw park. I can stop in and check on your furry friend, give them a bathroom break, play with them, feed them, and do any other cares you request. We can board dogs or cats on the weekend if they are potty trained and get along well with our cat and dog. I work from home so I am free for daycare. Looking forward to working with you soon! I have a fenced in yard. We have a black lab mix and a cat to keep your pet company. We enjoy all the extra cuddles and play time when we host a pet. I am currently working from home and am able to take care of pets during the week and on the weekends. We are flexible with pick up/drop off. We let our dog go outside to the bathroom and/or to play in our fenced in yard every 4 hours minimally. She is welcome on the furniture. If we are on a walk she’s always on the leash.

About: Since I was young, I have always been around pets of all sizes. My parents had dogs of all types and sizes which range from a large German Shepherd/Siberian husky mix all the way down to a cute little Cockapoo. We love on all of our animals and treat them just as family, they are our entire world! Throughout the time, I got my fair share of walking the dogs daily, feeding them morning and night (unless they were a puppy that required more) and just being able to love on them all the time! I have raised all 4 dogs alongside my family so I am aware of what to do in circumstances! Walking dogs is a great time for both me and your dog because they get exercise and I get to relax with nature and a pup! Caring for dogs and seeing their tails wag when their owner or loved one comes in the door is one of the sweetest things to see! I'm currently a student at UNI and have a part time job in Waterloo. Having the flexibility in my own schedule allows me to pay more attention and care towards your furry friend! I have a fenced in yard that is big enough for even large dogs to burn off tremendous energy as well as an open floor plan. This allows for the dogs to not feel cramped up and have enough space to lay and play indoors as well.

I am also familiar with & experienced with giving oral & injection medications I work for the local school district Aug - June so I have summers off. But I have the flexibility/availability to care for pets year round My 2 dogs and 2 cats are very well cared for. We have a fenced in yard. The cats are not allowed outside but all are chipped and protected with flea and tick treatments. They are fed twice a day with occasional treats and water 24/7.

My girlfriend and I currently have two dogs, Harry a 2 year old Husky, Chow, Terrier, Poodle mix. Oliver a year and a half year old Golden Retriever. Pet care is a LARGE part of my day to day life. I try and give my dogs at least one walk or trip to the dog park every day. Our dogs are part of our family. They're very sweet, and loving. My girlfriend and I do not live together so they stay at both of our houses throughout the week. At my house, where I will be boarding clients dogs is partially fenced in, but when outside the dogs are always supervised and tied. I generally stay outside with them while they're outside because I don't think I can be too cautious when it comes to their safety. When it comes to a clients pets, I would be just as if not more diligent. As mentioned, I do have two dogs of my own, however when taking care of clients pets, my dogs will stay at my girlfriend's house to eliminate any possible conflicts. If hired to go to a clients home, I am happy to accommodate whatever instructions and routines they have for their own dogs or cats.

About: I was a dog co-parent for 6 years, with a small chihuahua-corgi mix that was frankly too smart for her size. I trained her to shake, and drastically reduced her reactions to strangers on walks, as well as reactions to getting her nails clipped. I've lived in three situations where roommates were away or very busy with grad school, so I ended up being their main dog-walker. I'm a very active person anyway, so I'm happy to get my cardio in while caring for a pup! I'm working part time and remotely, mainly on Wednesdays and Fridays, so the rest of my time is very free besides walking and hanging out with my own dog. When caring for a pet in a clients home, I can clean litter boxes, check food and water, play with the animal with toys or treats if available, and reinforce any ongoing training if the owner gives instructions on what to do. I'd love to let a dog into a fenced yard and run around with it or play fetch, although I'd be nervous in a yard without a fence and would want the dog to be leashed in that case. With a new cat, I usually just wait for the cat to approach me first instead of going looking for it.

My dog has never come home so well adjusted and behaved from me being gone. Her fenced in back yard was an absolute life saver and Nicole's loving nature made Sammy feel right at home instantly. About: I grew up on a small farm with dogs being part of my life since birth. I have had some classes in dog training and take care of my parents dogs on the routine. I love spending time with dogs and would take care you pup with the tender loving care each dog needs. I am open most mornings and be willing to board on the weekends. While you are at work your lovable animals can get their much needed walks and attention. Additional details upon request. I have plenty of space and a small yard. I keep an active lifestyle so long walks will be a must. Open to discussing any special needs.

About: I’ve owned and cared for pets of all kinds my entire life, as well as worked at a boarding facility for 4 years that took in dogs and cats (as well as the occasional rodent, pig or reptile) I’ll treat your pet of any kind like my own! i’m currently working part time from monday to friday and will have most availability on weekends, but i do have a a very flexible work schedule and can try to make it work! I prefer caring at a clients home due to the fact that i have cats of my own that are uncomfortable with unfamiliar pets. i’ll provide care to your specifications to ensure your pet is as comfortable and loved as possible!
