About: I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by furry family members. I’ve had a variety of different dog breeds — especially those labeled “aggressive.” Because of this, I know every dog has a story and is capable of love regardless of how they’re stereotyped. All animals deserve the same love and kindness as I would give to my very own. I have some experience volunteering at my local humane society & dog sitting for family members & friends. I have no problem tailoring to your animals’ needs and I will treat them with the same love, respect, and adoration that I have for my own fur babies. While seeking a job, my schedule is mostly flexible with the exception of some time to take care of my own dog. During the school year, I am a junior accounting student at the University of Northern Iowa. As my schedule gets busier, I am a great communicator and will dedicate the time & space to care for your pets or redirect you if I cannot give my all for your pets. When caring for your pet I expect to find food with instructions (feeding time, how much food, etc.), treats & how many they can have, toys or puzzles, and any other equipment you want me to use when looking after your furry friend. Please do not hesitate to share any boundaries or silly rituals that your pet requires.

About: Hi, I’m Bailey! My love for pets has become a big part of my personality, as I grew up in a household that adores the company of furry friends. Currently, we have two loving Bernedoodles, three fuzzy cats, 4 calming fish, and a goofy ferret. Our home just doesn’t feel the same when there’s not a different creature in every room! Over the years, I’ve become the go-to sitter for friends, family, and neighbors as well. Through my personal life and pet sitting, I have experience with dogs of all sizes, and cats of all ages. I’ve cared for all sorts of animals, from guinea pigs, rats, and hamsters, to fish, turtles, and frogs. In addition, I’m well versed in young pet training, senior pet care, and medication of many types. That being said, my eagerness to provide does not stop at my experience, and I am always open to opportunities to learn about and spend time with new animals. I graduated high school in 2026, and I am looking for a fun way to gain experience and earn money during my gap year. I love nature, adventures, and creative endeavors of all sorts. I work a part time job at a family-owned restaurant in the Cedar Valley area, and this usually requires around 5 hours of my time, 2-3 days a week (Typically Tuesday/Wednesday, and Friday/Saturday). I want to make sure your pets get the care they deserve, and I will redirect you if this responsibility of mine conflicts with your schedule in a way that compromises the care you expect for your animal(s). I am open for daily check-ins, but my focus is on overnight stays. I would love to help everyone in your household stay comfortable during the occasion that you are separated from your furbabies. My main emphasis with pet sitting is well-rounded communication, especially in regards to you and your animal’s preferences. This includes any expectations you have of me, whether that be for meal times, activity, medication, or potty schedules. I am flexible and eager to help, but most of all, I want to ensure your pets stay healthy and happy while you’re away. In my experience, transparent communication is the key to achieving a smooth and stress-free sit. Nonetheless, I prioritize communication on my end as well, and will send updates and pictures as often as you would like me to. I enter every home with respect for the space and it’s inhabitants. I understand that to your furry companions, I am a stranger, and I allow pets to approach and introduce themselves to me at whatever rate they feel comfortable. I am adaptive to personal preferences, and will accommodate your pet’s needs to the best of my ability. Whether this entails snuggles and pets, enrichment and play, or walks of varying length, I am open to it all! I want to make sure your furry family member feels the pressure of routine change at the very least intensity possible. Caring for pets is a huge passion of mine, and I would be honored to take yours under my wing. Contact me for further information! At my current part-time food service job, I am occupied for 4-5 hours, 2-3 days a week. This typically falls on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and Friday or Saturday. These five hour shifts either start at 10:00 am or 3/4:00 pm, leaving plenty of time in my day to care for your pets. I also attend martial arts practice 45 minutes every Thursday evening. The only other time-consuming parts of my daily routine are commitments to family and friends, and volunteer work as a member of the nonprofit Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Of course, when pet sitting, your animals are my top priority. When I have your furry companion under my care, my more ‘’optional” duties come last. I am very flexible when it comes to adapting to your household’s routine, and will go above and beyond to accommodate. Whether this calls for 5:00 am feedings, or extra long walks, you can count me in! I enter every situation with patience, making sure your animals are first met with calmness. I believe that animals can be quite intuitive, and often feed off energy from those around them. Allowing them to approach me first, and modifying my behavior in response to different body language signs is how I secure trusting relationships with animals. In terms of daily expectations, I can manage daytime activities like walks, play, or trick-training, feeding requirements like free-graze, routine meals, or food-aligned medication, and nighttime expectations like kenneling, or staying in a certain area during bedtime. Just let me know what you and your animal need, and I’ll be happy to make it happen! Outside of pet care, I can help make sure your home stays in order while you’re away. I love cleaning, and if you need the trash taken out, the mail picked up, or the plants watered, shoot me a message! I am not only house sitting for your pet’s sake, but for yours as well, and I want to help ease the anxiety that comes with being away from home.

During this time, I provide daytime care every 4-6 hours for potty breaks, meals, playtime, and of course, cuddles. About: I have had many years of experience watching neighbor’s cats & currently have a six year old cat of my own. With my cats health concerns, I have given compounded oral medications, pills, and transdermal medications. I am comfortable giving your pet medications as well. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, growing up with labs I am a sucker for big dogs and small dogs alike! I am looking forward to caring for your cats & dogs! I currently have full day availability for the days I marked open to booking. I am willing to work with you to find a time that works best for you & your pet! About: Over the past several years I have helped care for family and friend’s pets. I currently have 4 chaotic cats. I’ve always loved looking after our 4 legged friends! I am currently doing factory work so my schedule is a bit more limited. I am fully available three days of the week, and the other four I am available 3:30-10pm. I can walk dogs as needed, as well as provide the attention and play that they need. I am also able to ensure all the owners rules or guidelines are kept to standard.

About: I have lived with, and taken care of, a dog since since I was 8 years old! I have walked, bathed, and fed pets. I love dogs and I love to take care of them! I am currently a full time English teacher so I am available on during the summer & weekends to be completely dedicated to keeping your dog(s) happy, healthy, and safe! About: I have worked with and loved many animals throughout my life; gaining experience by working with rescues, shelters and non-profit organizations benefiting dogs, cats and horses in Iowa and Virginia. I have also worked in the pet care industry my whole life. I was a Pet Groomer for 10 years, have worked closely with trainers, supervised daycare & boarding, and have spent the last 3 years in Veterinary Medicine as a Veterinary Assistant. I currently share my home with 3 dogs and a cat. I often care for my parents' dogs; one of which is Diabetic & has recently gone blind. I have experience in most aspects of pet care; dog sitting, boarding, basic First Aid, administering oral & injectable medications, grooming and training, and know that each pet needs a unique, gentle approach. About: Hi! I’m Kennedy, I’m experienced with dogs of all temperaments and routines. I love getting outside for walks, playing fetch, and giving all the cuddles in between. I’ll treat your dog like family and make sure they get all the love and attention they deserve while you’re gone. I’m experienced with dogs of all temperaments and routines I am currently working part time so I have time to care for animals in the afternoons and evenings. I am also in nursing school but have availability on some weekends. I have a fenced yard which allows dogs to exercise and play without the fear of them running away or losing sight of the dogs.

About: My name is Meagan and I have loved animals from the beginning of time. I have a rottweiler named Karl and a pit mix named Roman, so big dogs don't seem to phase me. I am in the process of getting my animal science degree from Ellsworth Community College with dreams of vet school in the future. I have a background of dogs of all sizes and ages as well as cattle and equine. I have watched family friends dogs for years, so I have a lot of experience when it comes to animals from other homes. I have never met an animal I didn't like and I'm not about to start now. I look forward to spending time with many more animals that will enter my life in the future.

About: I love animals. I have been around a huge variety from farm animals, to reptiles, from birds to domestic pets. I raised lambs, volunteered at a dog shelter, and have my lovely horse to care for now. I love big dogs and think they are often misunderstood. I will always follow your care instructions and will keep you updated on your pet to ease your mind while you are away. I work 2 part time jobs. I work fast food and I babysit. I do not work on Sundays, but the rest of the week my fast food job schedule varies. I know on Thursday the week before what my next weeks schedule is and will never accept jobs that I know would cause me to not properly care for your pet. I don't offer services from my home, but I am knowledgeable to know how to crate your pet if needed, safely attach harnesses, and will check all doors and locks before I leave your property to ensure your pet doesn't escape. I will make sure all water bowls and food bowls are clean, and that water bowls are filled each time I leave.

About: I have always loved pets. Throughout my entire life, I have had both cats and dogs, and recently my family adopted a gecko from my stepsister. Pets have always been the center of my day, and I always look forward to seeing my little fur-babies, and taking care of them. With this I have been referred to many family friends to extend the love and care I have for my babies onto their babies. I will always take care of your fur-babies as I would my own. I also am very good at giving pets medicine, as I have done it for a few years now. I am a full time college student at UNI, and I love taking care of animals. Being away at college has made me miss my own animals, so I fill that gap by getting to take care and love other animals, and give other families peace of mind while away. I am super open to any environments, whether it be a fenced in yard, or a yard where I will need to leash the pups/kitties up to take them out. I will listen and obey any instructions the client may give, whether it be for respecting the pets, or respecting the house.

About: My family has had dogs since I was born, and I took care of them since I was 12. I regularly fed, walked, played with, washed, and brushed our dogs. I have trained our two previous dogs with simple commands such as sit, stay, lay down, and come. I’m currently in between jobs so I have plenty of time to care for pets! Weekdays typically work better for me as I tend to travel on the weekends. I have always believed that every animal deserves all the love in the world, and I follow that in my every day life. I’m comfortable in almost any situation regarding animals, and have plenty of experience with crates and other measures to keep our furry friends from wreaking havoc within the house.

About: I've had my dog and many others since I was a kid. My parents got me my dog Spot to teach me about responsibility and I have taken very good care of him and pay for him. We lived on a farm with different dogs coming in and out that I took care of along with some cats. I love animals and would love to have my future career with them. My work schedule is Tuesday to Friday and I work until 6-8pm. I'm available all day Saturday-Monday or night time on the other days if wanted. I will walk your dogs around town as much as they need and they will be fed on time. I have 3 pets at home I take care of, my dog spot and 2 cats Tom and Tita. (Not named by me)
