He confidently was able to administer anxiety meds and was even able to go over for an emergency visit to check on one of the automatic feeders when it went offline. About: I have been taking care of animals my whole life, from rescuing squirrels, to taking care of cats and dogs, zoo animals, and exotics! As of right now I hold a bachelors degree in animal sciences and work as a veterinary assistant. I am on my way to getting a license as a veterinary technician! I am trained in proper restraint, medication management, and basic husbandry of various species. I currently work 4 days a week as my job as a veterinary assistant. My schedule changes week by week but I will always have 2 available days though out my week. Because I work in a veterinary field, I am very vigilant and have great attention to detail. If your pet needs medical care I am able to do so such as medication administration. I will make sure to follow your pets routine so they are as stressed free as possible.

“This was our first time using Rover but also having someone other then a family member watch our 2 dachshunds. They can be picky on who they let into there circle and they had no issue warming up to Kelly right away! We were very nervous but Kelly was so calm and made us at ease while we were out of town. I can’t not say enough good things about her! I wish I could explain how much a relief we got knowing our babies were comfortable with Kelly and were taking such good care of! (Our dachshunds are our everything!) We will 1000000% be using Kelly in the future! She was amazing!!!!!”

About: My name is Dana Whitcomb and I have a love of playing with and caring for dogs. I have a single family home with approximately 1/3 acre lot. The back yard is large and fenced in for play time. I have grown up with dogs all my life and in my family. I currently have 2 dogs. Witten is 12 yrs old and is a Puggle. Winston is 5 and is a Bichon mix. Witten is mainly an inside dog and loves to just lay around, while Winston is similar but more active when other dogs come to play. Both my dogs are fixed and up to date on shots. I help watch the dogs of my neighbors when they are away on trips, work, and even for play dates. I welcome any breed of dog as long as they are not aggressive as I have children at home. A meet and greet will be required before accepting any booking. Pets must be house-broken and/or crate trained as my dogs sleep in their crates at night.
