About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. I often help with housesitting and babysitting as well, so I’ve learned to also juggle multiple responsibilities. I’m currently home for the summer from college, although as back to school season starts, my last day in Bakersfield will be September 15th. With no current academic commitments, I am able to build my daily routine around the pets I care for! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their routines as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m not afraid to ask clarifying questions about your pets to ensure I am giving them the best care. :)

About: While I haven’t had formal pet care experience, I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and have always taken care of my own pets. I understand how important it is to give them love, attention, and consistent care. I’m comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walks, playtime, and giving lots of affection. I currently work part-time at Chipotle, which gives me plenty of free time to care for your little ones. I’m available in the mornings, early afternoons, and on weekends! About: I grew up living with different types of pets and have a degree in animal science. I have also fostered and volunteered at animal shelters I'm currently unemployed, so I'll have plenty of time to play and care for your pups. I'm available any time on weekdays and some weekends I have a fenced yard, space and friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. If needed I have crates for your pups to use

About: I've had dogs of all shapes in my house growing up: german shepherds, Yorkies, pit bulls and loooots of stray cats. I currently have 2 fur babies but I wish had more. I was the go-to kid in the neighborhood to check in on pets, play with them for energy, bathe and walk them and much more. I did it for fun, but looking back I probably should have charged $5 haha. I work from home and would love to help you out by watching, bathing, or walking your fur baby. I work from home and am very flexible in my hours. I am very familiar with dogs, cats and some rodent pets. I usually watch my friends' and family's dogs and cat while they are away and have no trouble fitting in plenty of walks and play time for them I make sure to respect the home and the owners while giving all my attention and time to the pets I'm watching. I also like to ask for particular tidbits that the animal's characters benefit from. (this goes from medications and feeding habits as well as things and behaviors to stay away from) For example, my pitbull needs a lot of attention but honestly, she just likes to be in the same room as everyone and likes to be talked to in funny voices whereas my Yorkie will just walk off and find a corner to crap in if she doesn't get enough attention and you will never know. I want pet parents to feel like they can forget about their pets while they are gone, it can be more trouble than it's worth to constantly worry and fret over your fur babies with a stranger.

About: As someone who has owned pets, I have years of experience in caring for both cats and dogs. When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dogs hair and clip his nails. I have open availability so I can fit morning, afternoon, and nightly check ins, baths, walks, overnight sitting, and errands. I would love to spend as much time as I can making sure that your pet is well loved and taken care of. I don’t want to break an animal’s routine so if you have your pet on a schedule/routine, diet, or regiment of some sort, I plan to stick to that.

About: I have had a dog of my own for 6 years now. Some more in past years. I have taken care of my friends and families pets for years now. Pets can be scared and intimidating but I know that with my love and patience with pets they do become comfortable with me. I work with kids, but my schedule is really flexible and I have breaks in between each client which gives me the opportunity to check up on pets. I have a fenced yard with two dogs. One of them is Charlie, a poodle/shih tzu, who is super sweet and the other dog is my sisters, who is a Rottweiler named Blue. Blue and Charlie are both sweet dogs. Blue is very energetic and playful and has never been aggressive as well as Charlie. Charlie mainly stays in my room in his kennel and Blue stays separated from the backyard and stays in the side area or in his kennel in the garage. All pets have always been separated but do give them opportunities to play with each other often and supervised.

About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. My jobs, hobbies, and passions are all centered around animals and I can't wait to bring that passion to you! I am home full-time, and available for puppies and animals with heavy needs. I have a fairly set schedule for all of the pets in my care, and that level of routine provides comfort to even the most nervous of pups. I am the only Fear Free pet carer in Bakersfield! I provide comforting classical music as well as calming pheromones in the sleeping spaces to make their stay as stress-free as possible. I have a fenced yard and never leave dogs together unsupervised. I do not provide an environment suitable for animals with a history of dog aggression. Small dogs I can be more flexible with, as their attitude usually comes from a place of fear and that is something I can work with for the little guys.

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and I care deeply for them. I adopted my first dog, a GSD, 7 years ago and adopted my second 4 years ago. I also have experience with senior dogs as I have a 13 year old Chihuahua. I feel very comfortable caring for big dogs and taking on the responsibilities that come with them. You can rest assured that your fur babies are safe with me! I currently only work part-time and am able to devote a large portion of time to caring for your pets. I am available for overnight stays and can check in multiple times a day to make sure your pet is cared for. I am very responsible and while pet sitting in clients’ homes I ensure to follow whatever instructions they leave for me. I want you to feel secure in knowing that I’m caring for your pets just as you would.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for the past two years and before that I had my own during childhood! I can’t wait to meet your furry friend! I have short hours at work so I have plenty of time to walk and care for pets throughout the week! I’m also an early riser! My current roommate works long hours so I am the primary caretaker of his two dogs! I feel like their both our dogs at this point.

About: Pretty much all of my life I’ve had a pet or two within my household. My first pet I remember clearly have a lot of responsibilities for was a cat I had when I was around 7. I would feed her, clean her litter box, and overall assist my family with caring for her. A couple years later I got a Golden Retriever and it was this dog that showed me how much I love animals. Once again I was always willing to help with her care, taking her for walks, giving her baths, and brushing her hair whenever needed. Now I have two dogs that I take extension care of and that I love to death. I bathe them, feed them, play with and take for walks. I’m currently employed and work a part time job, with a majority of my focus being towards school. I attend classes Monday-Thursday. At the moment I am currently on winter break so when I’m not working I spend most days with my dogs. I take them for walks regularly, feed them everyday, and give them attention all throughout the days. I grew up being taught to treat animals and other living things with respect and kindness. When I dog sit animals I abide by the rules given to me by owners and will care completely for the animals. I will feed whatever pets exactly how I am instructed, let them go outside to use the restroom regularly, and play with them extensively. I love animals a lot and I will probably spoil the animals with lots of love and attention if allowed. When walking my own dogs I allow my dogs to go potty and will pick up after them, I would let the dogs walk wherever they choose to go. I know that the dogs walks are for them to go out and get some fresh air and go potty.

I am patient, playful, reliable, attentive, and experienced with different kinds of dogs. I will listen to your wants and needs for your dogs. Whether it be lots of outdoor play, socializing with other dogs, or quite walks at the park, I am ready to take care of your dogs just like my own. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life. I mostly grew up around German Shepards and miniature Dobermans. I have two dogs of my own named Milo and Bear. I adopted Milo when he was a little less than a year from the pound. I got Bear just 6 months later from someone who couldn’t keep him. I love dogs and want to help take care of your pets! I am a stay at home mom and I also work from home. Working from home gives me flexibility to be able to be there for your pets. In my home or your home your pets safety and well being is my top priority. I will treat your pets with the same love l treat mine with. I believe pictures and videos are important to provide to show you how your pet is doing. I also send updates about your pets like what they’ve been up to and if I have concerns I definitely would let you know. I do live in a one bedroom apartment but I have a front yard I can take your dogs out for fresh air and to use the bathroom.

About: hello ! im rilie i hope to meet you and your fur babies <3 i have spent a little over 5 years handling my pets and other peoples pets like family and friends while they go out of town. im willing to help others with their pets as well. i have trained dogs but for basic commands (sit,lay,wait) and potty training. i love cuddling up on animals, i love EVERY single animal no matter size or what it looks like. animals honestly make life better :) i have currently finished school to become a veterinary assistant i know the basics of almost everything with animal medicine. fed/watered many dogs and cats. i have helped with puppies/young dogs/senior cats&dogs and newborn puppys/kittens i have also done kennel tech and know most of the cleaning and the way things go around that. my schedule its pretty free anywhere after 9am. thankyou !!! :) i have 4 dogs of my own, i have a german shepherd named auzlo, a belgian malinois named cane, a dachshund named izzy and a pomeranian/dachshund named ace. i also have 2 cats one calico named indi and a tortoiseshell named cookie. i love all 6 of my fur babies 🩷🩵. i care of them on a daily basis of course, all of their waters get changed everyday. they get fed on a time schedule. they all have their own beds/blankeys and MANY MANY toys lol, everytime i go to the store my babies get a toy.

About: I might not have much pet sitting experience, but occasionally, I take care of my friends dog at his apartment. It’s very relaxing and rewarding. I think it would be very satisfying to take care of other people’s pets to get more experience with responsibility and life. I am available between Monday to Friday around late afternoon or evening. Nighttime as well. Just let me know ahead of time if you have any questions. Thank you. I’ll keep a good eye on your pet. I’ll hangout with them so they won’t get lonely. Or play with them. I’ll make sure to follow the list of feeding them at a certain time and putting them to sleep.

About: I actually have 5 cats of my own. I work with rescues and fosters when I can. And I feed all of the stray cats outside lol. I have a big heart and love all animals. I have a pretty flexible schedule. I work 4 hour shifts so after my shifts I can take care of the animal and then go back to work when needed but I’m free every 4 hours so I have a good amount of time to care for animals. I definitely prefer Sitting at your home because I love the animal to be in its day to day environment and feel safe and at home and have everything they need but yes if needed I am able to watch cats and some dogs at my home

About: I have taken care of many animals, including some that most would consider incredibly difficult, so if your pets need more care or attention that won’t be a problem. I have handled dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs so I know what to do in situations like that. I have also taken care of days old kittens and I understand how to care and provide for young animals. I am self employed and my schooling is online so I have no scheduling conflicts. I am available at any time of any day really. I am able to take care of your pet however you need me to. I have taken care of pets who needed a lot of supervision and pets that needed very little. I love going on walks with them and I will take them to parks or things like that if that’s something you would like! I am currently self employed so I can work around any schedule. When I do house sitting, I usually do my work during the day and take as many breaks as needed to stop by the house and take care of the pets, and then I spend the night time spending more time with them. I have taken care of all different types of pets ranging from low to high maintenance. I have experience with escape artists and I am very aware and take special attention to ensure no one gets out. I also have experience with aggressive pets and I know how to handle myself in difficult situations. I feel like this is especially important for dogs that require walks because I am extra aware of other dogs in the area and I am more attentive to make sure there aren’t any quarrels.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to rabbits. I have been a huge animal lover since I was a kid. I had a friend once joke and say that my pets had better health insurance than her because of how much I loved and cared for my pets. Clients, friends and family always ask me first if I can take care of their pets when they are gone. I am always reliable and love their pets as my own. I will let your dogs out for potty breaks in between my day at work. They will get unconditional love and attention. My best friend is my pug. My fur babies are my children and will treat your pet the same way. I’m self employed running my own business that has busy days and slow days. If I am responsible for the care of someone’s animals I will make sure to schedule around their care. Potty breaks, food and attention will be considered first. I am a very easy going and responsible person. I have a fenced yard and a doggy door. My pug is the biggest social butterfly and welcomes anyone who comes in our home including cats. She was raised with cats so she loves them like they are her people. Haha She loves to have new doggy friends too. I spoil her like crazy so your pet will be given the same attention and care. I take their safety very seriously. If you have rules for your pet in your home I will abide by those rules.
