About: Hi! I’m KeLeigh, and I’m passionate about providing loving, dependable care for both people and pets. After years of working in caregiving and pet care, I’ve had the privilege of caring for many wonderful animals and building lasting relationships with their families. My two dogs, Abby (a 5-year-old Brittany Spaniel-Lab mix) and Burrow (a 12-year-old Border Collie-Lab mix), are friendly, playful, and love making new friends. About: I've had cats and dogs my whole life. I have experience with rescues. I'm an active sitter near hiking trails. Last minute availability is possible. I'm currently working from home part-time making pet care fit easily into my days. If you need daily drop-ins for feeding, walking, running or medications, or ball play, we can set up a custom plan for your fur babies. I treat every pet as if it's my own. About: I love animals; always have! I used to come home from school and do homework in front of Animal Planet and when it wasn't doing that I was taking care of my neighbor's pets. Cats, dogs and horses and I looked forward to it every time. My responsibilities included walking, playing, feeding and even reading to them (which I have on good authority was very adorable). About: Sometimes I think I should be paying your pets for hanging out with me! I've had pets since I was 4 years old and always rescuing them off the streets to find their owners or good homes. Now as an adult with my own home, I continue to care for animals in every way I can. My husband and I have 2 dogs and 2 cats all rescued from various circumstances. For the past 3 years, we've fostered 11 dogs. All had their own traumas, medical problems and quirks to them so I like to think I can handle a variety of personalities and care instructions. I'm experienced in administering medication, insulin shots, medical baths and plenty of butt wiping LOL. We're a no kid household with no plans to have them, so all our "pets" are very much our four legged children. I'm a helicopter mom at its finest with my local vet and emergency vets on speed dial so rest assured your baby will be safe and loved while under my care. About: I've been caring for pets for years through my own fur babies (6 year English Bull Dog named Maya and previously a 10 year old boxer named Sugar), as well as helping my friends and family with their fur babies while they're away or helping with walks. “Madison was an absolute pleasure to have in our home caring for our French Bulldog! We were out of town for two weeks, and she truly treated our home like her own and our pup like royalty. About: I love animals! I’ve had animals most of my life and have had about 6 dogs in my life. I’ve always been responsible and trusted to feed, walk, bathe and love them to ensure they get the best life possible. I’ve had my dog Hazy for six years and we have travels the world together! I currently teaching/tutoring english and wanted to do Rover to make some extra money plus who doesn’t love working with animals. I am punctual, highly dependable and will give you the best pet care possible. My weekdays and weekends are free and flexible. While I’m watching your pet, I’ll ensure to send photos so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, health and having fun! I am communicative and will be honest should any unforeseen issues arise, you can count on my to provide you with updates. I am trustworthy, clean, respectful and organized. When at someone else’s home, I ensure to follow directions for clients home and pet care. I live close to a park that lots of other dogs go to. As well as a 2 year old cattle dog who loves everyone and is always happy to have another friend around.

About: I am not shy to large dogs or animals in general. I do not judge dogs based on size. All dogs deserve love no matter their looks, age, or size. I’ve had bully breeds all my life and have grown accustomed to being around them. Cats I just adore too, whether they’re cuddly, or shy, I’ll be sure to treat them with respect. One thing I can say for myself is that I hope you’re okay with me giving your pets treats! Please let me know what treats your pets enjoy and I will provide them. :) My schedule is flexible and very open at the moment, all I ask is that you request the day before. If it’s last minute request however I’m open to listening to you if you really need a last minute sitter as I know things happen. What I have always been taught is to leave a space cleaner than you found it. This also may include your pet if you would like them bathed I do not mind at all. If I was to stay overnight as well do not think for one second there would be a crumb left from myself. I do not believe in leaving trash or dishes in a sink, or making myself “too at home.” I have a lot of experience in housekeeping, as my friends and families typically ask me to watch their homes for them.

I am currently not working and have plenty of free time. I will be obtaining a full time job for night shift in near future. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat them as if they were my own. About: Senior dogs and dogs with special needs have a special place in my heart. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine and quirks, moving at their pace and learning what makes them feel safe and comfortable. 〰️ I’ve shared my life with dogs since I was little, growing up with German Shepherds and learning early that every dog has their own personality, preferences, and way of experiencing the world. Every dog has their own way of communicating, and I love taking the time to learn their language; they are conscious, beautiful souls. I also have bachelor’s and master’s degrees in biology, where I was able to study animal behavior and communication. 〰️ I’m based in the San Fernando Valley, and my flexible schedule allows me to serve families throughout the San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley. My Rover profile may be new, but my experience with dogs isn't; I'd be grateful for the opportunity to meet your best friend. My goal is to learn what makes your dog feel safe, comfortable, and loved, so you can leave knowing they’re with someone who truly enjoys caring for them. When I'm not with the doggies, I'm in the classroom as a substitute teacher in either the AV or SFV. I get to choose when and where I work, allowing me flexibility in my schedule for dog care. I like to spend as much outside time as possible with the dogs (weather permitting) and do mentally stimulating activities (especially with my senior babies). Activities like "where's the toy", "which hand is the treat in", etc. Little things to keep them mentally engaged. I love being outside, and I love long walks, so me and the doggies tend to make a good team.

About: I love all animals even the initially intimidating ones. I know how to read animals signals and access their comfort level. I give each pet the time it needs to get comfortable so that I can establish a relationship of trust. I'm nether a cat person or a dog person or a tortoise person for that matter, I love all pets equally. I've taken care of virtually every kind of house, pet (including my aunt's chinchilla) thank you got something I haven't seen before? Bring it on. I'm ready for it all. I don't consider taking care of pets to be at shore or work. I take care of them because they take care of me. They keep me calm and grounded, even when things are at their most chaotic. First things first, I treat each animal as if it were my own. I make sure to give each pet the attention it deserves. Upon first introduction and the patients to let it get comfortable when needed. From there I'm happy to take care of any special requests you might require for your pet.

About: Prior to using Rover I provided paid pet care on my own to multiple families for 7 years. Most of these pets were high needs (specialized diets & prescribed medication. I as a result I am well versed in a wide spectrum of care. My schedule allows me to provide drop in and short walks to your pups during the day. I'm happy to take them out for a quick break, just let them for a quick break, or whatever suits your needs. I am happy to crate your dog if needed, I'm comfortable walking anxious dogs, and weather permitting I'm happy to take hyper breeds on a long walks to get their energy out.

About: I've been a petsitter for 5 years, helping family and friends' fur babies while they were out of town. I am experienced with dogs and cats, small and large. I am very energetic and bubbly, but can match any animals personality to make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of. As someone who has grown up surrounded by animals, I love making new fur friends! I have had pets throughout my whole life. I have three pets of my own that I take care of daily. Two dogs and one cat. I take care of my friends and family's pets when they need help as well. I have two dogs and one cat that I feed, walk, bathe, and play with daily. Regarding clients it depends on their needs, wants and the comfort of their pets.
