About: Hi, I’m Linda—your friendly neighborhood pet pal from the Northmont corner of La Mesa—a lifelong dog-and-cat whisperer with a soft spot for neighborhood strolls, sunny snuggle sessions, and furry companions of every kind. From playful pups to wise old whiskers, I’ve shared my home and heart with my dachshunds and kitties galore—and I still believe there’s nothing better than earning a tail wag or a quiet purr of approval. I'm 100% retired and based in La Mesa’s Northmont area, I live near Northmont park…with lots of room for running and chasing a ball, or just lounging under a shady tree. I bring calm, consistent care with a side of local flair. Your pet and I might wander familiar trails, explore shaded sidewalks, or simply lounge on the porch with the breeze in our fur. Whether it’s a walk, a weekend stay, or just a drop-in cuddle and kibble check, I’ll treat your four-legged family like my own—with warmth, punctuality, and lots of love. Let’s make your time away feel like just another cozy day for your pet. I'm 100% retired and based in La Mesa’s Northmont area. I am currently available 7 days/week. Prefer early morning walks if possible to protect your pet's paws from hot pavement and heat of the day. I prefer not to provide visits to my personal home, but more than willing to care for your fur babies in your home, where they're comfortable and in their familiar environment. I’m fully insured with professional PCI ("Pet Care Insurance") liability coverage, including animal bailee and veterinarian reimbursement—giving you peace of mind while your pets are in my care. Safety, trust, and premium service are always my priority. Certified in Pet CPR & Emergency Care 🐾 Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I’m proud to be certified through the RECOVER Initiative—the gold standard in veterinary CPR training. This evidence-based program, developed by leading veterinary specialists, equips me with the skills to respond confidently in emergency situations. Whether I’m walking your dog or caring for your cat, you can trust that I’m prepared, informed, and committed to their well-being.

“I have known Tiare for around 4 years now and have actually entrusted her with the care of my own dog for a time! I have a very high energy corgi who is very needy when it comes to human contact. I was leaving town and my dog already knew and loved Tiare - so the decision was easy. She took AMAZING care of my pet and kept me updated the whole time. Cami (my dog) was incredibly comfortable and at ease the whole time she was in Tiaré’s care - and that is saying A LOT because she is a bit of a high maintenance diva. If she can take care of cami - she can take care of any pet!”
