“Meaghan is awesome! She's great with dogs and was very good at accommodating my schedule. She has a personality that just fits someone who is great with animals. She is timely and I loved the pic she sent after the walk.”

About: I have experience in pet sitting and walking. I was the neighborhood sitter back home haha! I also worked at a doggy daycare/boarding and have experience in; bathing, feeding, soothing, playing with, and administering certain medications to pups! I’m a huge dog lover and have had dogs all my life. Firm believer that they deserve the world! I currently only work 4 days a week and I work night shifts and am free from early mornings to evenings on days I work and free all day the days I don’t! I currently live in an apartment however I have an abundance of doggy parks with one only 5 minutes away from me! I also have a lot of grass area in my neighborhood! I like to frequent walks and play time (of course if your dog is up for that), or just laying in on the couch together on a rainy day! Meals are important especially if yours is on a schedule and eats a set amount. Making sure your dog isn’t stressed, but happy is a top priority!

“Stephanie is so wonderful! We were able to coordinate times for her to come play with my little Hunter so he wouldn't have such a long day alone in his playpen. She took great care of him and seemed to genuinely enjoy what she was doing. Great communication skills. Highly recommend!!”

“James is a life saver! He is kind and communicates well. He has helped me many a time with last minute requests!! I appreciate you so much!”

“Christina showed up exactly at the scheduled times and sent lots of photos of the walks. I’m very happy with the set is Christina provided and so is my pup!”

“She’s being so great with our dog, continuing to book and would definitely recommend!”

About: I have had dogs and cats in my home since I was a child and I'm now 30 with decades of experience caring for animals of all ages. I also have experience in animal science from my time as an undergrad in college. I also have two cats who are five years old who bring me so much joy. I know how important it is to find someone truly caring to watch after your fur babies. I hope you will consider me the next time you need a sitter! As a cat parent of two male cats, I am constantly caring for animals. One of my cats has a medical condition which requires special care so I am always busy with my boys. I do not offer care in my own home, but when it comes to watching pets in their own home, I find it important to stick to what the pet is used to when their parent is home. This makes for a more comfortable experience for all of us.

“We recently started working with Kristina to walk our golden retriever three days a week. Kristina is so personable and has been dedicated in the rain, prepared snacks to keep him busy while he’s alone, and treats Auggie as if he were her own. We are so thankful to have a reliable, caring and thorough resource to come love on our pup while we are away!”

“Lindsay is amazing!! Came to meet our baby with treats and is the sweetest! Always quick to respond and GREAT with our large, playful puppy! Would recommend her to anyone!”

About: Animals have always been a meaningful part of my life. As a child, I dreamed of becoming a veterinarian. While my path took a different direction, my love for caring for animals never changed. I find joy, peace, and connection in being around dogs and cats—they comfort me as much as I comfort them. Over the years, I’ve cared for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to senior companions. While I haven’t done formal training, I’m confident and experienced in handling both younger and older pets with patience and care. What sets me apart is my commitment to treating your pet like family. I’ve pet-sat for friends and neighbors and always approach it with a calm, loving presence. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing that when you can’t be there, I’ll be there to care for your pet just as you would. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Beaufort in April 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. While I’m currently searching for the proper full-time position, I have full-time availability throughout the week to dedicate my time and attention to pet care. Even once I find a permanent role, I plan to continue offering pet sitting services as part of my routine. I’ll always keep my availability up to date, and if I’m ever unable to help, I’m happy to recommend other trusted sitters I know. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, and I’m committed to making it a lasting part of my life. I've been surrounded by animals my entire life. When I was just 8 years old, my parents got my sisters and me our first puppy, who’s still with us today and turning 17 this August! Over the years, my family has cared for a variety of pets, including three dogs, a cat, two hamsters, and even a lizard. Today, I share my home with my fiancé, our dog Reno, and our cat Milo. Because I’ve always been around animals, caring for them comes naturally to me. Whether I’m in my home or yours, my top priority is making sure your pet feels loved, safe, and happy. I treat every animal as if they were my own—with patience, kindness, and attention to their unique needs. I'm available for dog walking, feeding, administering medication, and more. You can trust that your pet will be in caring and capable hands.

About: Your pet will have fun with me and my dog, Sadie! She is my very sweet, 8 year old Golden Retriever. I treat her like a human and will treat yours the same. We visit the puppy park every day and go for a long walks around the park. We also like to go for rides and stop along the way to get pupachinos at Starbucks. We are close to the lake, so swimming could be in store. I love other animals and would love to open my heart and home to your four-legged family member. I will send pictures and videos and do all I can do relieve any stress to both you and your pet. I am flexible and will work with you to accommodate any special needs you have. I want it to be a pleasurable experience for ALL of us. ⸻ I have a flexible work schedule, which allows me to be available for dog during weekdays and weekends. This flexibility helps me provide reliable, consistent care and adjust to each pet’s unique routine and needs. How I Care for Pets in My Home and My Clients’ Homes I specialize in caring for dogs and cats, whether they stay in my home or I come to theirs. My goal is always to provide a loving, safe, and stress-free experience tailored to each pet’s needs. In My Home: Pets who stay with me are treated like family. I have a secure, fenced-in yard where dogs can play and explore freely, and I’m located near a beautiful walking trail by the lake, which is perfect for daily walks and even swimming if your dog enjoys the water. I keep routines consistent with what they’re used to at home, including feeding times, medications, and cuddles. Cats are given their own calm, quiet space away from dogs if needed, with plenty of attention, toys, and cozy spots to relax. In Clients’ Homes: When I provide care in your home, I work to maintain your pet’s routine and environment as closely as possible. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I ensure your pets feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I also offer regular updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pets are happy and in good hands.

About: Dogs have a special place in my heart. I currently have 3 of my own and they couldn’t be happier. I have years of dog and kennel experience and will care for your babies like they’re my own. I currently work part time and am available to care for your pets throughout the week and on the weekends. My schedule is variable, but flexible. I have been trained to understand dog behavior and how to respond accordingly. I have worked with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personality types. I am comfortable walking and handling large dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs almost my entire life. I’m a huge animal lover. I currently have two dogs and have had them since they were puppies. I house trained and crate trained them both. One is a 8 year old chihuahua/Jack Russell mix, and the other one is a 7 year old border terrier. I currently work, and I’m looking for a little extra business. I’m available very early in the mornings or late in the afternoons. I also have availability on the weekends. I take pride in being very responsible and kind. I will take care of your dogs like they are my own. I will follow whatever directions given for their care.

“Stephanie was wonderful, responded quickly and was able to walk my 85 pound golden/ aussie mix, within hours which I love. Hes always a good guess of charcter and walked right up to her. He came back so happy with his tongue hanging out! Would recommend.”

About: I’ve had just about every time of animal you can imagine. Cats, dogs, birds, fish, bunnies, guinea pigs, goats, potbelly pigs. I love them all. I do work full time from home so the babies with not be alone! They can have outside time and potty breaks 5-15 minutes at a time every hour. I have two boy cats who are shy at first but love other animals. I love the animals to come to me. They’ll have their own room away from my 2 cats so that there’s no added stress. Unless of course, they love kitty’s then they’re free to play with them

About: I am a mom to 5 dogs ranging in age, breed, size, and temperament. I've raised dogs from the day they were born until they crossed the rainbow bridge. I've also rescued some from abusive backgrounds and some that were strays found in rough shape. I am comfortable with big and small dogs and taking care of more than one at a time, and I am very comfortable with dogs without the best manners and those that still are wary of new people. My German Shepherd recently passed from cancer, so sadly I am very experienced with medication and dogs that are ill, old, or just need some extra help. I am patient, loving, and understanding of those that can't contain their excitement or need some time to warm up. I love all dogs, regardless of their size, background, or temperament. I am free on my days off (Saturday through Monday), usually late mornings to late evening. I don't mind driving to your home, meeting you somewhere, taking your pup for a ride in the car, or just to a familiar place for a walk. Whatever you and your dog need to be happy and comfortable! I work Tuesday through Friday and would only be available on my weekends, usually in the late morning to late evening. I can accept new clients or clients that need sporadic care versus routine visits. Making sure your pet is comfortable is the biggest priority. I do not host in my home because of my own dogs and their prickly personalities, so I am very considerate of how dogs feel about new people coming into their homes and I do my best to make them as comfortable as possible.

About: I enjoy spending time with animals and will provide the best service for your fur babies. I currently do have a red heeler that was a rescue. I took her in because she was a beauty and very intelligent. I since then was able to teach her how to sit, speak, hug, kiss, stay, jump through a hula hoop, lay down and roll over, all on my own using a clicker and snacks. It didn’t take me long to realize that I didn’t save this dog but she completed me by making my heart full. I also have experience with senior dogs since I had a chihuahua that just passed away earlier this year that was 14 years old. I had to take her care to a higher level of carrying her down stairs and bringing her food to her for the last year. I am a stay at home Mom who would love to watch your fur baby. My flexible schedule allows me to give your fur baby all the attention they need while you are away. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run and play while I watch them. While I do have a dog, she only likes to be outside.

About: My family has owned a dog ever since I was 12. I wanted my first dog more than anything, so I was given more of the responsibility for taking out the dog and sticking to a feeding schedule as well. I’m currently a hybrid worker, so i only go into the office 3 times a month. I tend to go in the last week, but I will always make it known when I have to! We have a puppy now! My husband and I have been working tirelessly to nurse him back to health. I will treat your dog as if he or she were my own!

About: Hello pet lovers, I know the stress of being away from a pet but I will care for them just as you would. By providing the same love and care that I put into my own dogs. Although I only own dogs that doesn't mean I don't have cat experience. I believe all owners should be at peace of mind while they are away from their loved ones. No matter what kind of animal or what my availability says on Rover, please feel free to contact me. Thank you. I’m a stay at home mom with 1 child and 5 dogs total. You might think it’s a lot but we love our dogs and my daughter feels the protection and love they bring into our lives. I have availability throughout the day between 12p- 8pm for stop ins. My standard drop ins are 2 a day for more it be an additional fee. If you feel your pet would be uncomfortable around a child just let me know in advance please. Thank you. I have 5 dogs total. They have a routine set everyday but rest assured I can work with most times for your pet needs. With strict diets for each of our dogs. For most people feeding would be challenging. I am a very confident dog owner. I know I can upkeep clients pets special diet feeding need’s because of the years of have done my own. My fiancé and I take turns washing our dogs on a every week basis. Either at home or at tractor supply. Toys don’t last long in our home so we found a bungie type of toy that hangs from the tree. With the appropriate length and the toy/treat they each get time to tug until their heart desires. I do recommend kong brand for tough chewers. Our dogs each get time to themselves to run, play or tug in our fenced in backyard. We socialize most of our dogs at our local dog park throughout the week as well. Socializing and desensitizing are big factors to us because we love to take our dogs on outings and with out that appropriate training it would not be feasible.

About: I have cared for many animals including my own miniature schnauzer that I have loved for the past 14 years. I have volunteered in my spare time at animal shelters. The animals I have looked after have ranged in size from big to small. My schedule consists of working at night during the weekdays (Monday-Friday). I am completely available to watch over your fur baby on the weekends ( Saturday and Sunday) and before 3pm during the week. I have an open range yard which is nearly a full acre of land sitting on .76 acres. I personally do not crate my miniature schnauzer but I can crate your animal if you would prefer. I consider myself to be “extra” and as such I try to provide my animal with that love through treats, affection, and would love the opportunity to care for your animal(s).

“As a child, Margarita always had a love for animals. Animals of all sizes, from her tiny pet gerbil. All the way to Star, the horse we rode as kids. Now as an adult, her love for animals has not changed. She displays a great understanding for their needs and treats every animal as a member of the family. As an experienced dog owner herself, I feel she has the knowledge to care for dogs, respectfully, affectionately, and responsibly.”

Ariana K.
“Ariana is truly a dog lover. I have seen her interact with her dogs and with other people dogs. They say you can't teach an old dog a new trick, but I have actually seen her teach old dogs new tricks. She also loves to spend time with them. She considers her dog to be human, and sometimes he acts like he is human. If you're going to have someone care for your dog, it might as well be someone who really loves dogs. You Can't find a better person to care for your dog than Ariana. She is truly a dog person.”
