Since I'm home full-time, your pup will get constant supervision, endless belly rubs, and all the attention they are used to receiving at home. Your dog will be treated exactly like one of my own. I live in a quiet, non-smoking home in the Acworth area. We have a spacious front yard —perfect for fetch or lounging in the grass. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, and I have plenty of cozy dog beds to go around. If they prefer their own crate, I can easily accommodate that too. I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry best friend behind. I specialize in making your dog's stay feel like a fun vacation rather than a stressful kennel experience. I also provide owners with regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away with total peace of mind! For stays longer than three days I prefer to bring my cavapoo Coco as long as the dogs are compatible. She is being trained as a service animal, so unless she is off the leash and outside, she is surprisingly laid back. Because we both work at home, we are always here. Your dog is never left alone. With your approval I may take them to the dog park to let them run - as long as that is something you enjoy with them. I live on a private road with only 3 other homes. There is almost no traffic so walking is relaxing and safe. Two of my neighbors have dogs, plus there are deer, armadillos, woodchucks, squirrels, chipmunks, and birds to entertain the sniffers and excite the barkers. My house is large and simply furnished with lots of spots for a nap and room for inside play when the weather is uninviting. About: I am a true animal lover through and through. I’ve had dogs growing up most of my life, and took on the responsibility of caring for my own dog for the last 10 years! Through this, I know the ends and outs of caring for both young puppies to older, more seasoned pets. Aside from my own dog, I have taken care of family friend’s pets since I was 15! About: I'm a sahm so I have flexible hours! You and your pets comfort is my biggest priority. I have a senior dog as well so I am sensitive to those needs. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible. I do go to the gym everyday so I would need to be able to do that. My son, he's 6 would be with me during the week but if it was overnights for the weekend he would not. I do not care for pets in my own home it would need to be your home. I'm happy to house sit and take them on walks.

TimeWise I do work around my toddler schedule for dog walking and Cat sitting. I have a fenced in backyard. A very large house. I also have four kids that love animals. So an animal that loves kids would be preferred. But not completely out of the question if there is a child issue I can just keep my kids away from the animal. Pretty easy to fix.
About: I have cared for many animals including my own miniature schnauzer that I have loved for the past 14 years. I have volunteered in my spare time at animal shelters. The animals I have looked after have ranged in size from big to small. My schedule consists of working at night during the weekdays (Monday-Friday). I am completely available to watch over your fur baby on the weekends ( Saturday and Sunday) and before 3pm during the week. I have an open range yard which is nearly a full acre of land sitting on .76 acres. I personally do not crate my miniature schnauzer but I can crate your animal if you would prefer. I consider myself to be “extra” and as such I try to provide my animal with that love through treats, affection, and would love the opportunity to care for your animal(s).

I am a very confident dog owner. I know I can upkeep clients pets special diet feeding need’s because of the years of have done my own. My fiancé and I take turns washing our dogs on a every week basis. Either at home or at tractor supply. Toys don’t last long in our home so we found a bungie type of toy that hangs from the tree. With the appropriate length and the toy/treat they each get time to tug until their heart desires. I do recommend kong brand for tough chewers. Our dogs each get time to themselves to run, play or tug in our fenced in backyard. We socialize most of our dogs at our local dog park throughout the week as well. Socializing and desensitizing are big factors to us because we love to take our dogs on outings and with out that appropriate training it would not be feasible.

About: I’ve always had animals in my life. I worked on horse farms, pet-sit for my neighbors and friends, and have dabbled with fostering cats and dogs for local rescues. Dogs have a special place in my heart. I’ve owned Shelties, Labs, Golden Retrievers, and rescued Heinz 57 mixes over the years. 😝 I have experience with dogs of all ages as well. I am able to give medicine if needed. I am currently home full-time with my two kids, one dog, and three cats. I am available weekdays and weekends in June and July, along with weekends and some holiday weeks throughout the rest of the year. I offer in-home boarding with a family environment. The dogs are part of my daily life. I allow them to be on furniture and sleep in the bed. I want your fur-baby to feel like part of my family while you are away. I have an extra large fenced-in yard for playing and potty breaks. I have a two-year old mix who gets along well with other non-aggressive dogs and loves to play, as well as be a couch potato during naps. I have two children(4 and 9), that will also be at home at the time your pup is visiting. I also have multiple sets of stairs in my home--If your dog struggles with stairs, has arthritis, or knee/hip issues, I would not recommend my services.
