About: I have vast experience with taking care of animals of all ages and sizes. I have a reactive dog so I’m experienced with redirecting if needed. I work night shift Friday-Monday so I am available Monday evening/night through Thursday night. I am unavailable over the weekend unless it’s an 8-9am visit that’s needed on Saturday and/or Sunday. I have always loved animals and will care for them like they are my own family. I know how stressful it is to have somebody else in your home to care for your animal so I will be respectful and communicate.

I also have small indoor gates if needed for play area. My yard is not fenced but I can use gates if outdoor play needed. I also carefully inspect your pets before bed for any injuries or concerns. When house sitting i don't mind sleeping with your pet on the bed if that is what they are used to. I am careful to clean up after myself and your pets and abide by boundaries set up in the care plan. I am ok with watering plants, taking out the trash and other simple chores. Surveillance is ok if disclosed at the time of booking. I can also send you pics of your pet to make sure you don't miss them to much!

I've also rescued some from abusive backgrounds and some that were strays found in rough shape. My German Shepherd recently passed from cancer, so sadly I am very experienced with medication and dogs that are ill, old, or just need some extra help. I am patient, loving, and understanding of those that can't contain their excitement or need some time to warm up. I love all dogs, regardless of their size, background, or temperament. I am free on my days off (Saturday through Monday), usually late mornings to late evening. I don't mind driving to your home, meeting you somewhere, taking your pup for a ride in the car, or just to a familiar place for a walk. Whatever you and your dog need to be happy and comfortable! I work Tuesday through Friday and would only be available on my weekends, usually in the late morning to late evening. I can accept new clients or clients that need sporadic care versus routine visits. Making sure your pet is comfortable is the biggest priority. I do not host in my home because of my own dogs and their prickly personalities, so I am very considerate of how dogs feel about new people coming into their homes and I do my best to make them as comfortable as possible.

We live on 35 acres of land in the woods, so dogs love our yard. We also have a turtle aquarium, so the cats are always entertained. There is always someone home, so your pets will have constant care when they're with us! While we have a normal morning and evening routine for feeding and walking all the animals, we also have someone home at all times so your pets will always be cared for. Anytime they need a walk, some play time, or just some extra water, we're there! My home has lots of land the dogs can roam on or off a leash. We are flexible and will do anything in our power to meet the care needs of your pets. We are on a constant pet care schedule, feeding twice a day and walking whenever needed. We always have someone here for the pets needs. I have three cats right now, and they all do well with other animals. Each animal that comes in our home has to have positive experience around other animals.

I am also a very reliable person and will send you selfies and pictures of your dog all the time. It would be a pleasure to work with any of your pups and they would be in great hands! :) The schedule depends on the dog and their usual routine at home. Whether we are at my home or doing drop in visits, I will make sure that the full attention goes to making sure they are fed, taking good bathroom breaks, and enjoying life as much as they can while their owners are away! Every day is different, depending on the dog themselves, but my priority is safety and happy tail wags! If your pup is okay with roaming in a free environment, I am comfortable with this, and would prefer to make sure I am able to stay at home with them to ensure their safety, even if this means ordering takeout every night while you are away! I have plenty of space to make sure they feel loved and not abandoned if we need to keep multiple dogs separate. I do not own a cage, unless asked specifically, in which case we can make arrangements!
