“Laura is great - punctual and hyper communicative. She gave detailed updates on Banjo after each walk and made me feel confident that he was in good hands.”

About: Hi, I’m Angelica, a lifelong New Yorker and lifelong dog lover. I bring over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I was raised with a pack of 8 Pekingese, caring for them from playful puppies to wise seniors. That experience taught me the importance of patience, attention, and unconditional love. Whether your dog is a high energy pup who needs long walks or a senior needing a slower pace and a gentle touch, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, seen, and happy. I treat every dog like family, because that’s exactly what they are. Spending time with dogs isn’t something I squeeze in, it’s a core part of how I structure my day. My routine is built around making sure each dog gets the time, attention, and care they deserve. Whether it’s morning walks through the park or evening check-ins, I’m fully present and flexible to meet each dog’s needs. This work keeps me active, grounded, and genuinely happy. I am available Monday-Friday from 8 am-5pm. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and routines. I keep things clean, follow house rules, and make sure pets feel secure in their familiar environment. Whether it’s belly rubs, fetch sessions, or quiet companionship, I adapt my care to meet each pet’s personality and needs.

“Olivia was amazing looking after my baby while i was away for a while but the fact of not having to worry about her and enjoy myself was priceless so thank you so much and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know when she is available again.10/10”

“Joyce was AMAZING! We were out of town for a week and she followed the instructions we left and was great at communicating how they were doing. One of my cats is quite nervous and seemed to warm right up to her, was such a relief knowing my cats were being well cared for while I was away. Will be my go to sitter in the future!”

About: Hi! I’m Cate — a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes and personalities. 🐾 I grew up with three dogs and three cats, and now I have a sweet mini poodle of my own. I'm especially familiar with doodle breeds, including Labradoodles and Goldendoodles (both big and small), and I know how to keep their smart, social, and sometimes silly personalities happy and engaged! I'm based on the Upper West Side and available for dog walking, drop-ins, and sitting. Whether your pet needs a playful walk, some midday company, or extra TLC while you're away, I'm here to help. I treat every animal like family and truly love what I do. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! I’m currently available for occasional pet sitting and drop-in visits during the week. My schedule is flexible, and I’m happy to help with short-notice requests when possible. Whether you need a midweek check-in or care during a weekend away, feel free to reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate you and your pet’s needs! f you choose to have your pet stay with me, they’ll be welcomed into a calm, loving environment with my mini poodle companion. I maintain a safe, clean space where your pet can relax and play. I offer regular walks, feeding, and lots of socialization tailored to your pet’s personality and needs. My priority is to make them feel at home and cared for like family.

“Tara was terrific! Super fast communication, on-time, followed instructions down to every last detail, and was very attentive to our pup. I’d recommend Tara to anybody, and we will absolutely use her again in the future.”

About: Hi! I’ve had the pleasure of loving dogs for over 15+ years and can provide amazing playtime and love to your pet while you’re away :). Friends and family have relied on me for caring for their animals in the past, as well as advice on how to best treat / care for animals. I work from home so will always be around to give your pet some extra love, belly rubs and most importantly treats. I also love to exercise and can use an excuse to take long walks in the city with your pup! I will just be one step away for anything they may need - and will always keep a watchful eye for anything they may get their curious heads into.

About: Long time UWS devoted dog dad of 14 years - from eldest corgs to the youngest terriers! Currently fully remote working/studying to become a Board Certified Behavior Therapist from my UWS (steps from Central Park!) apartment that I share with my GF and our 3 year old pup Nellie. 🥯🚕🐶 I’ve been a dog dad for 14 years - the corgi in the pictures is Jake. He passed away last month to cancer and I have loved and cared for him every step of the way. Because Jake had developing elder issues, I am experienced with older dog problems with ataxia, hip problems, and just needing to be carried after a while. We have a big soft spot for elder dogs and know the special love and care they deserve. During the pandemic, my gf and I rescued our 2nd dog Nellie! She’s really energetic and loves playing with other dogs, especially bigger ones. Nellie has dietary and separation anxiety issues, so we know what it’s like to follow specific strict rules with your dog. We love and have experience with young pups in training and would love to have them over. Personally I work in the behavioral therapy field and am close to being board certified so I am no stranger to using data and interventions to shape behavior with your pup. From experience, behavior change and training must be consistent so if that’s an option you would like to explore we can discuss that as well! Currently fully remote working/studying to become a Board Certified Behavior Therapist from my UWS (steps from Central Park!) apartment that I share with my gf! As long time Rover customers, we will look after your pup exactly how we want our Nellie to be cared for on her Rover stays. You can expect: ✅ Full time human supervision (we see you separation anxiety pups! 🥰) ✅ Frequent check-ins and updates for pet parents with TONS of pictures 📸 ✅ Strict following of dietary, behavioral, and medical needs 💗 ✅ As many scenic Central Park strolls as your pup desires 🍃 ✅ The world’s comfiest couch™️ for superior naps and cuddles 😴 We (especially Nellie) look forward to meeting your pup! Contact to set up a vibe check in the future!

“Tracy is a total pro: Caring, communicative, friendly, and on-point with everything. My very shy cat, QQ, had seldom ever been left alone overnight, much less nearly a week. But Tracy was a rockstar, not only caring for his basic needs, but also engaging in a sustained effort to coax my shy guy into playing and coming out of his introverted shell. Tracy provided regular video and photo updates that went above and beyond to assure me that he was OK. Tracy also did all of this during the holiday season, fitting QQ into her schedule at the last-minute with ease and friendliness. Quite simply, I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. I trust her with my little guy unequivocally - and so should you! Thank you, Tracy!”

“Wendy was great with my cats and was able to administer their complicated medication regimen without issue. She is attentive, responsible, and communicative. I would be happy to book her again in the future.”

About: I have experience with both dog and cat sitting gigs. I have owned a dog since 4th grade and have done jobs with both big and small breeds and also cats. My favorite dogs are French bulldogs but I enjoy all of them. I have experience dealing with leash reactive dogs and both young and old dogs. I am currently a masters student at Hunter and have free time during the day. I’ve had a dog since I was in elementary school and have done a lot of cat sitting in the city. I will cater to their needs but also follow directions from their owners. I will play with them, feed them when they need to be fed, and walk them as requested.

“Emily worked really well with us, taking us last minute as new clients and rolled with the instructions and newness really well. Our babies were well cared for!”

“Clare did a wonderful job sitting my cat, Harlow! She took great photos and wrote really thoughtful report cards for each visit. I would definitely book her again.”

About: Dogs have been apart of my life for as long as I can remember. Whether they’re my own dogs or the dogs of members in my community, I’ve dealt with a variety. All shapes, sizes, and ages. I currently have a senior pup that has health complications, so I know how to administer things like medication if need be! I currently work part time (only 2 days a week for about 4 hours usually in the late afternoon) so aside from that I’m all yours! I have 2 friendly female dogs (ages 8 & 15). They can be crated if need be. I walk them daily, but they also have a dedicated bathroom with wee wee pads for the in between moments. Your pups can mesh into our routine when they’re with me (unless there are things you don’t allow). I do not have a backyard but I love walking around my neighborhood with my dogs so they will get plenty of time outside. I am open to following any schedules you might have your pups on as far as bathroom breaks/feeding times!

“Kerra and Chris took great care of my kitties!! They were very responsive and sent many videos along with photos and a detailed update every day. They also were upfront and told me about any unexpected delays about timing of starting the visit, even if it would only be by an hour or two. I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!”

About: I have years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and even rabbits. I have been involved in intensive care for my animals when they needed it, including administering shots, and so am very comfortable getting up close and comfortable with your pet if need be. I have been dogwalking and dogsitting in NYC for four years, but also have a dog back home who I adore. I would love to be able to share my love with your pet! I also help take care of two cats and have been trusted to cat sit on various occasions. I am currently low-level employed, so my schedule changes day to day. I am currently available most days and times, just let me know what you need! I am not currently able to take pets into my own home, but I am willing and able to help you in your own home if need be. I have experience pet sitting and was able to both be an un-intrusive presence and contact owners when their pet’s needs were increasing.

“Lateasha was amazing with Cooper. She was able to get him out for every scheduled walk. Cooper usually hides under bed and is quite difficult. She was prompt, caring, sent photos, and provided me excellent communication. I highly recommend LaTeasha. 🐾🦴👏”

Sophia C.
“I have known Sophia since she was just a bump. She has always been one of the most loving, affectionate, and trustworthy human beings I’ve ever met. She has a way with all animals specifically dogs she is actually the only person I have trusted to watch my own dog while I’ve been on vacation. As a star sitter myself on Rover, there is but a handful of people I would allow to care for my own pets and Sophia is one of them. It’s not easy to find one person who possesses all of the traits one would look for in a pet sitter what you will find all of them in Sophia. Her loving and affectionate nature along with her trustworthiness makes her a top candidate for anyone’s pet.”
