About: About Me 🤍 Hi! I’m Alicia :) I’ve always been a huge animal lover and grew up around both dogs and cats. I have a Pomeranian of my own, and I’ve lived with and cared for all different kinds of dogs and cats over the years. I also have experience pet sitting, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet and their own little personality. I know every pet is different. Some dogs want to play and go on walks all day, while others just want to cuddle and hang out. The same goes for cats, some will be your best friend right away and others need a little time before they trust you. I’m very patient and always let them get comfortable with me at their own pace. I really just want them to feel safe and happy while their family is away. 🐾 I also understand that you’re trusting me with your home, not just your pet, and I take that seriously. Before getting into real estate, I worked in banking, so being responsible, trustworthy, professional, and respectful of people’s privacy has always been really important to me. I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would want someone to have in mine. A little about me outside of pet sitting: I’ve lived in Japan, Hawaii, Sacramento, and the Bay Area, and now I’ve settled in Monterey with my family. I love being outside, going to the beach, and taking walks around the coast, so having a pup come along with me makes it even better! At the end of the day, I really just love animals. Your pet isn’t going to feel like another “booking” to me. I want to get to know them, learn their little quirks and routine, and make sure they’re getting lots of love and attention while you’re gone. I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, cared for, and in good hands. 🤍 I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and overnight care throughout the week and weekends. I enjoy spending quality time with animals and making sure they stay on their normal routine, feel comfortable, and receive lots of love and attention while their owners are away. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for pets is very important to me. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure pets stay comfortable and on their normal routine. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, needs, and behavior to ensure they feel secure and cared for. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I provide a clean, attentive, and trustworthy environment where pets are treated like family and receive plenty of affection, supervision, and patience. I also love keeping pet owners updated with photo and video updates throughout the day so you can feel reassured and connected while you’re away. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone, so communication is always a priority for me, and I’m happy to answer questions or accommodate any specific care instructions.

About: My preferred name is Artemisia (my legal name is Paola), and I’ll be your pet’s main sitter and caretaker. I share my home with my boyfriend, Ahmed, who may occasionally lend a hand here and there, but I’m the person responsible for your pet’s care, communication, walks, feeding, and day to day routine. I believe animals deserve the absolute best care, and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I grew up with both cats and dogs and currently care for an adorable cat and two puppies, so I’m very familiar with different personalities, energy levels, routines, and needs. I work from home, which means your pet will have lots of attention, care, and supervision throughout the day. I bring a calm, intuitive presence and really take the time to get to know each animal and what makes them feel safe and comfortable. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime and a little training, or would rather have a cozy day full of naps and cuddles, I tailor their care to what they enjoy most (usually a mix of both!). I live in a house with a large backyard, so there’s plenty of space to play and get outside. Ahmed is also an animal lover and may be around during your pet’s stay, but I am the primary caretaker for all bookings and will be the one you communicate with about your pet. I work from home, so your pet will have company and care throughout most of the day alongside my own pets. If your dog enjoys walks or outings like the beach, I’d love to include them with mine. Otherwise, they’ll be relaxing at home in a calm, attentive environment and won’t be left alone for more than about an hour (if they’re comfortable with short periods of alone time). I make sure my pets get a healthy balance of play, structure, and rest. With my dog, I focus on plenty of playtime and ongoing training, which helps her burn energy and settle into naps while I work. My cat prefers a calmer routine and spends most of her day relaxing in her own space, but I always make time for snuggles and connection so she feels loved and secure. I’m very attentive to each pet’s needs and energy levels. If a dog becomes tired or overstimulated, I’m happy to crate them for a peaceful reset if that’s part of their routine. For cats, I create a cozy, quiet space where they can feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. There is plenty of room in our house and yard to create separate spaces for pets to have their own areas (for sleep, food, play, etc.) if that is what they prefer. ❤️

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs my entire life. I’ve helped take care of both in my own family and other family members pets for many years. Looking to help out pet owners in need of a sitter or walker! I work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00pm-11:00pm. All fully available days are Sunday through Tuesday though I am available to come help with pets anytime before 3:30 pm on work days! I love to keep dogs/cats active yet comfortable! I like starting things off at a slower pace so your pet can become used to me, depending on the pet I love to provide lots of playtime and attention once your pet is comfortable. About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, I even had a gecko when I was younger. I have lived with and cared for pets my whole life. I grew up with a orange tabby cat, and recently lived with a Bombay and an American shorthair. I have also cat sat an Egyptian Mau and a Nebelung. My friends call me the cat whisperer because even when they say "he/she isn't keen to newcomers, the cat tends to feel comfortable with me right from the start". This is something I love seeing since cats are known to be more picky about who they chose to rub against or get close to. I have also grown up around and cared for a variety of dogs. To list a few dog breeds I have cared for: American Eskimo, Labrador, Golden Retrieves, Huskie, Malamute, German Shepard, Cavapoo, Belgian Malinois, Golden Doodle, Beagle, Wiener dog, Katahula, Mountain Cur, Boxer. My first dog was an American Eskimo , and then my family also had a couple Labs and currently have a Katahula/Mountain Cur mix. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me with the care of their pets. I have experience working with working dogs (Belgian Malinois, German Shepard) and caring for them on strict schedules as my best friend has 2 working dogs that have alternating schedules and crate times. My last roommate has a Cavapoo and since I work fully remote I spent the days caring for him, taking him on walks, feeding him dinner, I even gave him bathes though he didn't particularly enjoy them. I love to go for runs/walks and love to cuddle. I promise that if you chose me to care for your pet they will receive all the love I have to offer. I currently work from home full-time with a lot of flexibility in my work schedule, so I am able to take the pets out for walks multiple times a day if needed, and it opens me up to be more available to watch your pets. I am a highly active person so having a furry companion to play with always makes my days better. I currently share an apartment with a roommate who does not do well with Pet Dander so it is best if I care for your furry friends at your home. I will respect your wishes whether you allow pets on furniture or not. I do not mind if they are on the furniture but that is a personal preference and understand the need for consistency with animals. When caring for your pet I just ask that you provide a note of preferred do's or dont's in your home.
