After our previously scheduled sitter cancelled at the last minute, Mooney came by, met with us, learned how to take care of our disabled dog, took notes on everything... He was very professional, and the dogs loved him - even the one who is sometimes skittish with new people. On Thanksgiving Day, he let me know when he had arrived, sent me updates and pictures, and gave the dogs their meal and medicine. He did multiple potty breaks, which is a big ordeal with our disabled dog. I actually felt relaxed on Thanksgiving Day even though I knew I had sitters trading off while I was out of town! Ashley was great! She is very reliable and communicative. She showed up to feed my kitty like clockwork, twice a day. Whenever there was something to communicate she did, right away. My front gate was jammed one morning and she contacted me with suggestions about entering through the back. She was very respectful of my apartment and kept things neat. When I got back she offered to bring back my key without me asking for it, and came very quickly. The entire process was effortless. She is great. I highly recommend her!
Jessica was very communicative and let us know about any issues such as the automatic cat feeder was unplugged. She also sent us pictures and videos and it was obvious that our kitties felt comfortable around her. She seems quite experienced and we definitely will try to book Jessica again in the future!
Melody and Vicky came to our home so we could introduced our dog to them. Our dog usually takes days to trust new people. However, Bentley almost immediately warmed up to them both. 🤯 While we were traveling we received several pictures. We especially love the one of Bentley sleeping in their laps. Absolutely an above and beyond sitter; she dog sat one of our pups that has behavioral health issues from prior abuse. I was worried all weekend how his care would be, but she handled this job with such ease. My dog liked her off the bat, which is a bit uncommon for him. She pet him, played with him, refilled his food and ensured water was there everyday. She even assisted in cleaning one plastic bottles that my dog got into when I was gone, she was so kind and respectful to the home. On top of her amazing work and compassion, she also gifted my doggie a bed, since he loves to destroy the many we buy him. Along with her kind gestures, she also provided pictures of my dog during her stay over with him. Overall she is an amazing sitter and I will love to have her again. I definitely look forward to booking her again for any future dog sitting.
