“Courtney has been a godsend for my pups and I I recently went back to work full-time and knowing she will drop-in on my babies mid day helps me not stress about them being alone for so long. 10/10 she is great!”

“Wendy was great with our pups. She was kind and reliable. They got lots of love from her while we traveled. She took pictures to send and let me know about their potty breaks. We will definitely hire her again to visit our pups!!”

“Courtney is so sweet! She came out to meet our chickens and go through their feeding routine just to relieve my anxious son’s mind. Everyone was well fed and happy when we returned from our trip. Hope to use Courtney again next time!”

About: **CATS ONLY** Due to severe allergies, I can only provide care, sits, and visits for cats. Rover does not currently permit me to use neutral or feline language. You'll see in the Additional Dog Details section, I answer some questions about "senior dog care" or "dog first aid," but each of those answers should be interpreted as the care I am competent to provide for cats only. I am unavailable for any and all care involving dogs or homes shared with dogs. I like dogs very much, but my lungs sadly do not, so any requests involving dogs will be politely declined. Kindly proceed with that understanding. An affectionate and detail-oriented cat carer, I enjoy the process of getting to know new cats and discovering their personalities. I have held a lifelong love for cats since the surprise birth of an entire litter in my parents' bathroom when I was just six years old. It wasn't until the pandemic that I shared a living space with friends and came to love and care for their super senior cat, Stormy. As her medical needs changed, I kept up and discovered a joy for the enrichment and companionship I could provide to an aging cat. Since then, I have worked with up to three cats at a time. They have ranged from the ages of 1-19. I have, successfully and with minimal distress for the cats, administered oral, topical, and subcutaneous medications. I provide exercise and stimulation through playtime, bonding through grooming, and companionship through quality time spent together (overnight sits). Medicating cats goes well for me, I believe, because I take plenty of time to get to know each cat. I learn their boundaries and expectations. I learn what they're comfortable letting their parents do versus what they will permit me to do. I frequently speak with the cats and explain the process of what I am doing. Of course, they don't understand me perfectly, but you'd be surprised what they do understand from tone and body language. Whether you're looking for overnight support for your still-bonding pair or daily medication doses for your senior cat during your summer getaway, I'm more than happy to help. Let's start by scheduling a Meet & Greet, and especially if you'd like your cats medical needs attended to, let's meet at your home. This allows me to greet your cat with you present. That goes a long way when we are alone and its time for them to accept a pill from me. I am available for bookings and meet & greets during and shortly after office hours, or roughly 8am-7pm Monday through Sunday. If you contact me after those hours, I may be available on an infrequent basis or I will get back to you once business hours resume. For the actual cat sits or drop-in visits, my schedule is largely available through weekdays, weekends, and holidays. I regularly update my calendar. I am entirely unavailable for dog care due to severe allergies, so any and all requests for households with dogs in them will be politely declined. Our household cat is not comfortable meeting new cats. Because of this, I will always come to your home and care for your cat there. I am detail oriented, so I will mind your security instructions to the letter to keep your cats safe and sound. It is best to notify me of any alarm codes, key locations, or gate passcodes at our first meeting.

“Jordan was amazing. She took great care of my baby and reassured me everything was fine especially since I was a first time user! Definitely using her services again. Thank you Jordan!”

“Since my three cats don't usually venture out of our bedroom when there's a stranger in the house, Cindy could only look at the pictures I sent her! They totally stayed out of sight! But they were eating and using the litter boxes so I'd say she was very successful in taking care of them! I was pleased with her service and would call her again.”

“We can always count on Lauren to provide the best care for our two pups. She is on time and communicates so well. I just can’t say enough good things about her. I’m so happy to have found Lauren!”

“Jennie is the gold standard in pet sitting care. She’s attentive, responsible, and genuinely enthusiastic about providing care to our pups. We were in a bind and needed a no-notice reservation and she accommodated us without hesitation. The pups fed off Jennie’s radiant energy and that took a lot of stress off of us. We would recommend her anytime in a heartbeat!”

About: My mother was a breeder for all sorts of dogs my entire upbringing, so learning dog body language is second nature! I’ve also been around all sorts of bully breeds and own one myself! So not bully prejudice here! I also have loads of chihuahuas, so I feel I’m comfortable working with a variety size of pets, and numbers. I’m also good with cats! So if you have a mixed household, it’s no extra sweat! From mastiffs, to huskies, German Sheppards, blue heelers, collies, to pit bulls, bull terriers, bulldogs, chihuahuas, weenie dogs, greyhounds, and pugs, i feel I can take care of them all! I also babysit for a family on Wednesdays, so the rest of the week, I’m pretty set! I’ll let them know a week prior so nothing gets confused! I’m all for safety! Knowing what foods are poisonous to animals, and very alert on potentials escapes! How to open a door with my whole body to stop kitties from escaping, or puppies from booking it. I also like to jot notes down just in case there’s something your pet is allergic to, or can cause tummy issues, to keep note of. Or really anything that’s note worthy!

About: Since I was a baby, I was always surrounded by animals, especially dogs, big and small. I learned to read their body language very well; when they’re happy, upset, don’t want to be touched… I would join our dog walker twice a week and he would teach me all I had to know to do this job and strategic ways to place dogs when walking them in groups. I also love to stay educated when it comes to animal and their health whether it’s nutritional, or medical or behavioral. I currently have a senior chihuahua, she is my childhood dog and as she gets older I have had to find accommodations for her diet and exercise, so dogs of any age are in good hands ! Any time my friends, or entourage needs a pet sitter, I am the person they call ! I currently am in the final phase of EMT school, woohoo ! I own, a 16 year old chihuahua and a 5 year old calico cat so the dynamic can be interesting. I always make sure that I spend enough time with them even when my schedule gets busy. My chihuahua requires a bit more attention since she is older, so I make sure to walk her more since her bladder does hold as long anymore, and I have accommodated her diet to make sure she can eat and digest it well ! They are part of my everyday life, so taking care of them is just natural and i would not trade it for anything else. I make sure to ask questions about the pet’s personality and their likes and dislikes, that helps me figure out if there is anything wrong at any time with your pet and can act accordingly. They are always in my sight while being out and kept closer to me if encountering other animals on a walk. I am always very cautious, especially with other people’s pets because I would like someone to take care of my pets with so much love and care if I’m not there to take care of them.
About: Accumulated experience of 8 years with pet care for various persons. Personal experience with adult dogs and cats, as well as assisting in raising and training younger animals. I work full time but I am available on the weekends and after work. I’d love to take your dog on a walk for lunch or play with them before/ after work. I am able to crate animals and keep them safe. I will respect your space while also making sure your dog has a enjoyable time.

About: Throughout my life, I have had the privilege of sharing my home with a variety of furry friends. Each of these pets has brought unique personalities enriching my days. Through this, I have learned responsibility, empathy, and unconditional love. My pet care experience started when I was young while living with my mom and now into adulthood. At a young age, I would watch my friends and families' dogs. Then, as I got older I had gigs all on my own. I have done dog sitting in the person's home and have hosted the dog myself. I have watched anywhere from 1 to 5 dogs at a time. I understand all the different needs of an animal and can read their social cues towards others. I am very understanding and have personal experience raising a puppy and helping a dog into old age. I love going for walks and playing fetch with my puppy and others. Dogs are like another child and I will treat them as such. My dog is my best friend, so I understand worrying about leaving them behind, but I got you! With me, you will never have to worry. I love sending picture and video updates. I take daily walks already, so adding an additional furry friend would make it more enjoyable! I don’t mind staying somewhere and house sitting. I have a full time job that is flexible so that I can best care for your pets. I will follow all directions given by the parents! I understand having anxiety leaving your fur children behind, so I always take that into careful consideration. Treat others how you want to be treated!
About: I have plenty of experience caring for animals such as dogs, cats, hamsters and fish. I am able to care for your bets by feeding, watering, walking, and playing with them. I am currently in transition from college graduation to a full-time career, and I can always fit in pet care at any time of the day and week. I am always free to take care of your pets. My family has a backyard and a fence for our dog. We feed our dog twice a day, with supplements, and take him on walks everyday.
