About: I’ve been taking care of pets (mostly dogs and cats) for about 15 years now! I’ve pet sit for many family members and friends as well as even fostered dogs over the years! I’ve fostered puppies as well as taken care of dogs that were as old as 12 years old. I have also cared for various cat personalities from the street cat to the shy cat who doesn’t want to leave the bedroom. I will treat all fur babies as if they are my own! I work a full time job 8am-4pm but only Monday-Thursday so on the long weekends, the pets will get some extra love and attention! Also, I live with my fiancé who has many years of pet experience and will be available as a helping hand if needed. I live in a very secure apartment building in Virginia-Highlands. It’s extremely spacious with plenty of room for dogs to roam around and play with toys.

From the very first moment I came across her profile, I had an immediate sense that she was the perfect person to care for my two precious pups and I was absolutely right. I reached out to her late at night in the middle of a last minute emergency, and despite the hour, she responded with warmth and reassurance. My husband and I were traveling for a conference, driving all the way from New Jersey through Florida and Georgia, and I was extremely anxious about leaving behind my 8 year old maltepom and my 3 month old Bernedoodle puppy. But the moment I spoke with Crystal, every worry melted away. She gave me complete peace of mind, and I knew instantly my girls would be in the best hands. Crystal exceeded every expectation. Her patience, attentiveness, and genuine care are unmatched. Caring for a puppy especially a Bernedoodle, can be demanding, yet she embraced the challenge with compassion and dedication. She not only looked after them, she loved them as if they were her own. That kind of empathy and kindness is rare, and it meant the world to us. It is truly heartwarming to know that people like Crystal exist. I would recommend her a thousand times over, without hesitation. If you are lucky enough to come across her profile, don’t second guess it choose her. You won’t find anyone more responsible, caring, or genuinely devoted to your pets. She is, without question, one of a kind.
Emmy is awesome!! My dog is very nervous and usually takes a little to warm up around new people. I was really impressed to see how fast my dog felt comfortable around Emmy. My dog is also in training to address her reactivity around other dogs. Emmy was willing to work with her and continue her training while I was gone. 100% recommend if you have a nervous and/or reactive dog. Even if you don't, your dog will love Emmy!
Allison took such great care of our girls while we were out of town. Sent multiple updates and pictures during the entirety of their stay with her. Multiple walks each day!
