“Athena took great care of my two energetic kitties while I was out of town for a few days. I have one cat that has a lot of energy and needs a lot of play time, and one cat that is very timid and shy. Even my super shy scaredy-cat warmed right up to Athena and let her brush and pet her! Athena cleaned the litter box, food bowls, and water fountain. Fed them wet food, and got a great play session in each visit! I received detailed updates and photos each visit, and knew my kitties were in great hands. I'll definitely book with Athena again in the future!”

“If you are worried about leaving your dog, the best thing you’ll ever do is ask Liz to care for her! My 14 yr old pit, who needs meds and diapers and lots of “extras” was spoiled and got so much love while I was gone for a week. She sent plenty of texts and pictures daily and answered all my questions immediately. There’s just not enough room here to express how much Liz means to me. As long as she’s doing this, she will be the one for my girl!!”

About: I’ve owned pets my whole life, but really didn’t start feeling the weight of the responsibility until probably mid high school, when the reality of adult life was looming over my head! I have taken care of dogs ranging from the size of a tiny Chihuahua, to a large St Bernard (so much drool, so many big fluffy hugs!) My most frequent doggies that I take care of would be my sister’s two Corgi’s who are my BABIES. I have experience with giving medication (even to the ones who might not like their meds), I LOVE teaching dogs new tricks and (as I have an 8 year old human child) I have all the patience in the world to get them on track with that new trick, and as an extra thing, I also love taking portraits of pets! So you might even get some really cute pictures of them out of this 😅 (if you’ll let me take pictures of them of course) I don’t have an incredible way with words, and I don’t know how to be a convincing person over the internet, but I promise you that your fur babies are going to be nothing but loved, spoiled, and well taken care of in my home. (As a bonus, you would be doing ME a favor by kicking my butt into gear, giving me no choice but to go on consistent walks so I can lose this weight I gained 🤪😉 gotta fit into a wedding dress in the fall!) I am a stay at home mom! On school days I’m usually only gone from the house for 10-15 minutes to take my 8 year old to and from school, but the rest of my time I am willing to dedicate to whatever challenge is ahead of me that day! If your pet enjoys car rides, I also love having a happy little companion sniffing that fresh air (from a pet car seat!) in the passenger seat. We have a bottom floor apartment with a patio that leads right out onto some grass for potty breaks. I also believe that your pets health is just as important as a humans, so while I do love to give treats and yummies it is ALWAYS in moderation and according to serving size on the bag, so there’s no worry that I’m going to be sliding them a slice of pizza or anything! If you need me to come there I am a heavy rule follower, always have been and always will be, so as long as I have some instruction from your end on what you would like done, I will respectfully do what needs to be done for your fur baby!

About: I was raised on a farm taking care of all types of animals, including pets. I currently have one dog two cats, two bunnies and two chickens. I have a very large, fully fenced backyard, conveniently located in town. I would love to take care of your fur babies. I currently work from home four days during the week and I’m home most weekends. I am able to take in Medium to large dogs as well as cats. I will treat your pets as my own and love on them throughout the day. I have a very large fully fenced backyard that is shared with my renters. I have one dog and they have one dog. Both are very friendly and get along well with others.

“Maren has been working with my old dogs for months in various settings. At our home, at an apartment, overnight for long vacations, taking them on walks, to parks, and I would not trust anyone else! I have two 11 year old dogs with extremely different personalities. One is a mid to large golden and the other is a small mini American Eskimo. Maren specializes her care based on their needs. Maren is quick at responding and sends pictures and videos so I know the doggies are happy. Maren is respectful and flexible with our personal work schedules. I 100% would recommend Maren.”

She takes the time to run my shepherd and give my great pyrenees extra short walks so she doesn't feel left out from exercising. Menley goes the extra mile and brushes the dogs and wipes their paws when they come in from outside. She is truly amazing.”

“Kerry loves animals, that’s all you need to know. (Mostly cats but she treats them all with the same kind of love). Kerry is a friend whom I met through working at a Furniture store/gift shop but we immediately bonded over our love for cats. Kerry found a sick, dying kitten at a point in her life where she couldn’t have a pet and I ended up fostering him until the foster failed and he now belongs to me 😁. His name is Kits. I also found a stray kitten at a time where I had too many pets and couldn’t keep her, but Kerry’s housing arrangements changed and she was able to keep her. Her name is Wednesday. We’re basically cat moms to each other’s kittens. Kerry is the only person I trust leaving my fur babies with when I travel besides boarding them at an actual shelter. Leaving your babies with Kerry means they will be well fed, cuddled, entertained and kept extremely safe. You can also expect cute pictures, funny videos and frequent updates. One thing I really appreciate about Kerry is her patience with animals, she always makes sure to give them space to be themselves and never forces them to interact with her. She has so much concern for their happiness and well-being. When she left Hawaii, I lost a dear friend and reputable pet sitter, but my loss is your gain!”
