About: I have years of experience caring for dogs. I have a fenced back yard and love getting outside to take dogs on a walk and/or potty break. I stay very active, so I can accommodate all types of dogs ranging from high energy, to older dogs who love relaxing on a cozy blanket on the couch. I have one small dog that loves to play with other dogs. As a teenager and young adult I watched professionals train dogs and I cared for them as well. Like most of us, I went through puppy preschool with the the first dog I owned too. I can accommodate small and medium sized dogs. They will need to be potty trained. I would love to put your mind at ease and give your dog a safe, happy, and loving experience! Please let me know if you have any questions. I work from home full time. This allows me the flexibility to give your dog lots of potty breaks, walks, love, and attention! Please let me know what your dog’s schedule is like at home and I will accommodate that for you. I have a fenced backyard. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, so they can feel right at home. My goal is to make them as comfortable as possible during their stay.

It’s a gift to be able to connect with animals. I love to return the positive energy an animal gives. I feel like every animal deserves kindness. I feel like I have a gift to be able read, understand, calm and relax and add happiness to an animal’s day. They are therapy for me as much as I feel I am for them. I’m happiest and genuinely feel most at-ease with animals. It’s important for me they feel comfortable with and around me. I know that much like human children, routine is very important to pets. If you need me to check in on them, feed /water them, potty breaks/short walks/close-by parks/play toss-the-ball, hug/cuddle/companion-time or stay at your home I am available to help. I develop unique connections to each animal I’m around and grateful to be around each one. Whatever a pet-owner needs me to do to help make their pet’s day better, I’m up for the challenge. Animals make my day, daily! Whether it be my friend’s dogs & cats or the Brahma bull that is up the road, I try to see an animal each day. I do have experience with animals that have high-anxiety, special needs and abusive backgrounds. I currently have a few tears in my meniscus which is preventing me to do rigorous walks. I will be scheduling surgery soon but that does not prevent me from tossing a ball around for a dog. I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet(s)! Although I do have a wonderful, small fenced-in yard, I live in an 800 sq ft home therefore, I think it's best to go where the pet is most-comfortable (their own home).

About: Let's be real: our pets are family, and they deserve to be cared for like it! I recently moved to the PNW, but over the last nine years before joining Rover, I've had opportunities to help care for and work with dogs, cats, horses, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, and lizards! As a lifelong pet parent myself, I understand the need to have a reliable, caring, and experienced pet sitter, and I work to provide that for every family I work with! Since I work from home and have a fully remote school schedule, my availability is incredibly flexible! Need a mid-day check-in and a walk? I'm there! Out late and need a last minute sitter? Sounds perfect! I emphasize positive reinforcement and play with my pets and my client's pets. Maintaining your house rules with your pet while building trust through engagement and some light training (basic obedience) will help me establish a relationship with your pet based on mutual trust and play. Dogs deserve to feel safe, comfortable, and confident, and I feel so lucky that I get to be part of that.

About: I have grown up with a dog in my home as well as have been around lots of pets! Have 3 cat fur babies of my own that I adore, love dogs as well! Currently working 4, 10 hour shifts as a medical assistant so am available 3 whole days a week 2 of the days being Saturday and Sunday and my day off varies weekly but I know what days I have off each week through the end of the year I will make sure each gets play time as well as walk time across the way we have a dog park and lots of place to run!

About: I absolutely love dogs. I have 20 years of experience taking care of dogs and animals. We've always had a dog in the house. I recently bought my first home and have an Australian shepherd, Hazel, and Catahoula, Sunny, that I absolutely adore! I have Hazel involved in obedience and agility. I love to go on hikes with my dogs, to the dog park on the sandy river, or even a walk to the school park down the street to play some fetch. My parents live on a farm in Boring and I frequently visit there to let my dog run around and play. I love dogs so much, so I thought, why not be a dog sitter doing what I absolutely LOVE doing? I know a lot about training dogs and have taken a few courses to increase my knowledge. I will be able to help with teaching basic commands and socialization skills for your dog(s).

About: I have compassion and am understanding for animals that is hard to put in to words. I carry empathy towards all living things. I have had several dogs of my own and know how much it means to have someone you can rely on to care for them when you’re away. I am currently at home full time and don’t have plans on that changing anytime soon. I am able to work around your schedule and as needed. I have a few appointments a week but they are only one hour at a time. The rest of my time is free. I tend to take my two dogs to the park every day to play ball or run around (depending on weather sometimes). I would love to bring yours along as well. My dogs are very friendly and know how to give your pets their own space when needed. Please keep in mind that if you need a house/pet sitter, my two dogs would have to come with me as I am single and don’t have anyone to care for them. They are great with other dogs and cats. Fully potty chained. No chewing. Keeping safe distance from other animals, always leashed, never left at home alone, reassurance to help them feel safe in the new environment, treats, nap.
