About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs my entire life, which means caring for four-legged family members is second nature to me. As my family and friend’s resident dog sitter, I have hands on experience with pups of all shapes, sizes, and personalities from high energy giants to tiny couch potatoes. I am passionate about keeping dogs active and healthy, so you can count on me to provide plenty of outdoor time and engaging walks. I look forward to meeting your furry friend and providing them with a safe, fun, and loving environment while you're away! As a full-time remote worker, my schedule is highly flexible! Pet care fits seamlessly into my day, allowing me to offer reliable windows for walks and drop-ins. My 'portable' office also makes me a great fit for house sitting, as I can work right from your home and keep your pet company. Weekends are equally open and flexible for whatever your pet needs! I believe the best environment for a pet is one that closely mirrors their usual routine. Whether I am house sitting or dropping in, I strictly follow your specific guidelines for feeding and house rules. During house sittings and drop-ins, I respect your home as if it were my own—keeping things clean, secure, and locked up. When we are out on walks, your dog will always be kept on a secure, standard leash, and I maintain a strict 'no greeting' policy with unfamiliar dogs to prevent any unpredictable interactions. I am deeply observant of body language to ensure your pet is happy, comfortable, and never stressed. I also believe that communication builds trust, so you can always expect timely photo updates and detailed Rover cards after every visit!
“Lucia has taken care of my 2 dogs a few times now in our home. I would highly recommend her to look after your pets. She is always very responsive and sent updates everyday. I don't think our boys even missed us while we were away with Lucia watching them.”

“Dyisha was an amazing pet sitter for our two dogs and our elderly cat. She stayed in our home and took perfect care of them and sent us updates every day. They really enjoyed the time she spent with them. She had to deal with a lot as my cat was very old and in the last stages of kidney disease. We really appreciated her taking care of all of the animals so that we could go on a family vacation for thanksgiving.”

“Good communication. Spent a lot of time with the dogs, and threw the ball. Showed up when she said she would. Left the house clean. Would use her again”
“Angelique and her boyfriend Pete were excellent! I needed help with my sweet little kitty who does not like to be alone for a last minute trip out of town, and Angelique and Pete made me feel super comfortable, sent lots of snuggle photos, and took care of my house and my little lady perfectly! Looking forward to continuing my relationship with them for future house/pet sitting needs! Would highly recommend this duo to any pet owner.”

“Diana was an amazing house and fur baby sitter. She was a great communicator, super fun to work with and left the house looking perfect! A truly kind, caring and warm person (and a great baker!)”

“Brenna was amazing with River! She checked in on River multiple times a day and gave her all the exercise and cuddles she needed. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be using her again in the future!”
“Kendal took our booking on with like 8 hours notice and was amazing. She took great care of our special needs baby boy, and we came home to our DISHES done! What a lovely surprise! She definitely went above and beyond! Will definitely be using her again!”

“Lindsey is the best sitter we have ever had. It is the first time we had a sitter in a hotel. Lindsey walked Piper often. The extra benefit to that was she slept thru the night. No barking!”

“Alena was so great with Luna! Luna is pretty shy but seemed to warm up to Alena pretty quickly! She also sent a lot of pics & updates throughout the stay! Would use Alena again!”

“Jan is incredible!! She took our dogs on hikes and to the beach and sent me pictures and had great communication with me while we were gone. We will definitely be using her again. Our dogs loved her!!”

About: Growing up with animals gave me a special appreciation and gratitude for all fur babies. I’ve cared for many animals throughout my life. I even lived on an animal sanctuary for a year and half tending to rescued farm animals. At home we have a three friendly and happy cheweenies, all the more to guarantee your pup will be worn out and feel at home ◡̈ I currently work remotely full time from home, therefore I have an open schedule. I’m an earlier riser 6:30am and hit the pillow around 9:30/10pm. I’m available and happily willing to take care of your fur babies within the comforts of their own home. Whether they’re just needing a few pets, feedings, plays, cuddles, beach visits or hikes I’m your guy.
About: I have been a dog owner for more than 18 years and I've been around cats and dogs my whole life. My partner and I, along with our 4-year-old Pyrenees mix, provide a safe, loving space with tons of room to run, and heaps of belly rubs. I'm currently working part time as a property manager on a 50 acre estate. My partner works from home. So one or both of us is around. We both take our dog for a long hike/bike/one wheel ride every evening that we would love to take your buddy with us. If I have take your dog to work I have a Tacoma with a camper shell that I bring Stevie in. It's safe and lockable so you can be assured that your fur baby is safe. We live in a single family home with two floors outside the Meyers roundabout. We allow dogs on couches, beds and have indoor and outdoor dog beds. We are a block away from miles of trails down to the Truckee river. Also I love running my dog Stevie with my one wheel around paradise park. Which is around 4 miles round trip. So if your dog needs lots of running and is safe on or off leash Ive got the toy for them. When not walking or riding we have a large fenced backyard (especially for Tahoe). So they won't be couped up inside. Please let us know what your best friend needs and we'll do our best to accommodate.
“Maddie was great! Take wonderful care of our two pups with lots of walks and cuddles. Came back to calm dogs and a clean house. Would definitely reach out for booking in the future. Thanks Maddie!”

About: I've owned Australian Cattle Dogs (red/blue heelers) my entire life. My beloved most recent 12 year old Red Heeler named Austin passed away last summer. I now travel too much for work to consider getting another pet myself, but would love to borrow some to get my four legged furry fix. I am self employed professional photographer with a flexible weekly schedule and I work from home, except when I am out photographing clients. I would love to be a trusted fill-in for your standards of interaction with your pal if our schedules align. Please note that I am NOT a good fit for pandemic animals that cannot be left unattended or have separation anxiety. If your dog cannot be left alone for a few hours at a time you'll need to look elsewhere. I have a fenced yard and a dog door for access. I would prefer to care for dogs in my home but open to house sitting also.

About: Hello! I'm Lauren and I absolutely LOVE getting to spend time with dogs and cats, as I miss having my own. I'm experienced with caring for dogs with separation anxiety, dogs and cats that need medication/special treatment, as well as cats and dogs with disabilities. I'm a patient caregiver and make sure every pet gets lots of love and play. Thanks so much for checking out my profile! I'm currently unemployed. Until then I have open availability! I can check on animals many times in the day, host pets at my house (preferred) and keep pets overnight. I live with my boyfriend, Chase who sometimes helps me with walks when I have multiple dogs. We have a small, short fenced yard for dogs to run around in. My home is dog and cat safe, where they will not be able to get into any plants, food, or objects that would be harmful. In the client's home, I follow normal protocol that owners use. I always pick up poop in the yard and if staying multiple nights at the owners home, I will take out trash, do my dishes, and clean as necessary (basically treat it like an Airbnb!)
