“Lyndsey met Sweetie Petey, our high-energy miniature golden doodle and watched him for a day and a night while we went to Disneyland, closed the park, and picked him up the next morning. Petey stayed in her condo as the only pet there. She was so kind and caring for him. She gave him long walks, took him to a dog park/run, and gave him lots of affection. Petey had a great time. “So glad Teeda was available for our 5 day stay in a non- dog house in Tahoe. She is such a great person and did a great job with my big 40lb puppy. In fact, when we took our pup for one of the days in the middle of her stay and then brought her back in the evening, our pup was excited and so willing to go back w Teeda and went right into her car! Teeda's house is dog paradise and you can tell she is such a dog lover. She is kind, funny and down to earth. As a first time puppy mommy it meant the world to me that Teeda sent lots of pictures and texts. I had such confidence that my baby was being well taken care of. Teeda was also flexible and caring, understanding that our schedule was a little up in the air. She is the equivalent of Mary Poppins for dogs- she was like the magic solution to all of my worries last week.”

About: We hit the trails daily and have plenty of safe, secure space to exercise your pup. I'm currently taking on some gig work to supplement my grad school aid as I finish my degree. Time is as precious as the angels by our side, and I’ll treat your pup like my own. For your peace of mind, I maintain an active Wilderness EMT certification, and my trail kit always includes canine-specific tourniquets and first aid. Flexible schedule. We prefer early, especially before a summer crowd, so that there is some safe space for everyone to run off leash and feel the freedom we all deserve. Selectively accepting a few well mannered companions. We'll keep a good eye. I have a couple spare tracking collars if that is a concern for off leash activity.

About: Greetings. I’ve had a best friend who was with me everyday for 15 years. I was with her from the beginning to the end. I am sensitive to the needs of our dogs and always very aware of our surroundings. I’m ultra aware of the cayotes up here and all their tricks. With the new smells and distractions for some dogs that are not from here I always feel safer to keep them on leash during our walks. I live alone in a quiet cabin on a quiet street, no traffic and no neighbors. Big fenced back yard and a small gated front porch. I know all the trails in Sierra track as well as the whole area. I’m very flexible and will take care of all the little things that are needed and the unexpected ones that pop up. I know how stressfull it can be traveling and then leaving your best friend with someone. I will communicate with you and make it easy and stress free. It’s a big adjustment not having my sweet girl Francis. I was so used to waking up and she was there, or coming home and she was sitting in my spot waiting for me. Honestly this is good for me having a dog around. It’s helping with this process I’m going through. I am very flexible and available almost anytime and on short notice if life happens. I know how that goes. I know the trails and areas to go that are safe and fun. Im an early riser, and I enjoy mornings walks when it’s nice and quiet with no traffic or crowds of people. I have no problem with taking the pup with me in the car to run a quick errand or even better a day trip somewhere. Some dogs love car rides with the window down and nose out. And some do not. It’s all optional, absolutely no problems leaving him or her at home while I’m out for a sec. I primarily work from home and would be with him/her almost all the time. My dog Francis was a little attached. Maybe loyal is a better word. I was very lucky with her and didn’t have to worry too much. But I learned to never ever let anything happen to her. Very aware of our environment. Cars, other dogs, cayotes, bees , bodies of water and all weather conditions, hot pavement and even to always avoid the drains/grates in the roads ect. I’m not disactred by my phone or anything else. I’ll only feed what the owner approves.

About: I've owned Australian Cattle Dogs (red/blue heelers) my entire life. My beloved most recent 12 year old Red Heeler named Austin passed away last summer. I now travel too much for work to consider getting another pet myself, but would love to borrow some to get my four legged furry fix. I am self employed professional photographer with a flexible weekly schedule and I work from home, except when I am out photographing clients. I would love to be a trusted fill-in for your standards of interaction with your pal if our schedules align. Please note that I am NOT a good fit for pandemic animals that cannot be left unattended or have separation anxiety. If your dog cannot be left alone for a few hours at a time you'll need to look elsewhere. I have a fenced yard and a dog door for access. I would prefer to care for dogs in my home but open to house sitting also.

I currently am not working and have more availability until August 19th. Starting then, I will be unavailable 7:30-3 Monday-Friday. I enjoy taking dogs for a walk in the morning and evening time. I live a pretty active lifestyle. I don’t mind taking your dog for a hike. I provide a safe, comfortable environment for pets, including a dedicated guest room where they can sleep. About: I’ve had animals in my households since I was kid so I’m a dog and cat lover. I’ll take care of your pet like my own because I know how much we love our furry friends. I currently have open availability and flexible times. I’m open to working last minute if needed and I’m willing to help any way I can. About: I live in a private home with a large, fully fenced-in yard off of Ski Run Blvd with 4 female rescues. I have had and cared for dogs (large and small) as well as cats for 13 years and am loving, patient, and responsible. I love to get outside for runs down to the beach or to go hiking in the area, and try to bring at least one dog with me on every adventure. I have raised both puppies and cared for elderly dogs, including my own Golden Retriever Stewie who sadly passed away two years ago at the age of 12.
