“Alyssa was amazing with my puppy! She was so kind, attentive, and kept me updated with the best pictures, which made me feel so much better while I was away. She handled everything such as feeding, water, taking him outside, cleaning up messes, and playing with him and followed all of my instructions perfectly. I could tell my pup was in great hands. I would 100% book her again!”

“We have nothing but high praise & gratitude for Makenna. She came on time everyday & both of our girls took to her so well. Highly recommend & we have her booked again & will do in the future. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“Sean has been amazing with my baby girl! It gives me so much comfort knowing she’s in great care while I’m away. Since my girl is a strong dog I have never felt comfortable with anyone taking her for walks, but with Sean I have total confidence and she is a much more relaxed dog when I come home:)”

“Kylie had visited Mocha three times now and she's always been awesome and super communicative! She took very good care of Mocha while we are away at work, drained Mocha's excessive energy out and kept Mocha a happy and tired dog. Would recommend her to take care of your fur baby while you are away. :)”

About: I got my first dog at the age of 8 and frequently had to take care of her over weekends when my parents were gone. More recently i have two cats of my own and cat sit for family friends frequently. Im currently working a part time job as a lifeguard at the wave waterpark, i like to visit the animals im caring for either in the morning or evening but i always set aside at least 30 minutes to play with and engage the pets im caring for. I dont have the room at my current house to board animals so i like to go and care for animals at their house. I will feed them and take them outside for the bathroom if they are a dog or if they are a cat i will change the litter for them. After taking care of all of that i like to play with the dog or cat!

“This is our first Rover experience and loved working with Anna! She got us in the day before we needed her so our family could go out and celebrate Father’s Day. Will be happy to work with Anna again!”

“Lexy was awesome! Even though we only expected her to take our dogs for a potty break in the backyard, she took them on a walk. She took such cute pictures and gave a thorough update. 10/10 would recommend :)”

“Yajahra came twice on a holiday to visit, walk, and feed my dog. Everything was as expected: professionally done. She came on time, sent me texts with pictures, and left the house looking as though she hadn't been here! She seems a very sweet person, though I was away and didn't have a chance to meet her in person. I was so pleased that I intend to use her for my dog again - and again.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
