My wife, and I focus on making pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for whether they’re in our home or yours. At home, we have a two-story space with a small porch and our friendly (but a bit shy) 8-year-old Lab, Marley. There are also plenty of open grassy areas nearby for walks and time outside. When we’re caring for pets, we stick closely to their normal routine and make sure they’re well fed, exercised, and getting plenty of attention. We treat every pet like our own and aim to create a calm, safe environment while you’re away.

Before booking, we like to learn a bit about your pet so we can give them the best care possible. Please let us know if your dog is potty trained, if they have any behavioral tendencies (like separation anxiety or resource guarding), and if they take any medications along with when and how to give them. It’s also helpful to know about any dietary restrictions, allergies, or specific routines they’re used to. The more we know, the better we can make them feel comfortable and at home.
A typical day
A typical day is pretty relaxed and centered around the pets. We usually start with a morning walk, followed by time to relax or play depending on the pet’s energy level. Throughout the day, we make sure they get plenty of attention, whether that’s hanging out, playing, or just keeping us company around the house. We’ll usually do another walk in the evening, and if it’s a good fit, we’ll occasionally go to nearby parks or the beach. Overall, we try to keep things consistent with your pet’s routine while making sure they feel comfortable and cared for.

Hi, I’m Paul! My wife, Aliyah, and I provide reliable pet care in the Oceanside area. We’ve both grown up around animals and currently have our own Labrador, Marley, who we’ve been raising for the past 8 years, so we understand how important it is to trust the people caring for your pets. Your dog or cat will get attentive, consistent care from both of us, and we treat every pet like part of our family. We’re flexible depending on your needs and are happy to work with different situations. We’re open to caring for all dogs as long as they’re friendly with people and other animals, and our goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. We also have base access if that’s ever helpful.

Paul is a fine young man with integrity values and shows respect. He is on his way to the Marines and has helped on numerous occasions walk and play with a very expensive service dog. His interaction with dogs shows nothing but love.
