Pet care is already a big part of my everyday life. I help care for my two Shibas, so my days naturally revolve around walks, playtime, feeding, enrichment, and making sure they’re happy and healthy. Working in a veterinary hospital since 2020 has also made caring for animals second nature. Spending time with pets isn’t something I squeeze into my schedule—it’s something I genuinely love and look forward to every day. When caring for pets in their own home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal as possible. I provide plenty of love, playtime, walks, enrichment, and one-on-one attention, while making sure they’re comfortable and feel safe in their familiar environment. I also send regular photo updates, so you can see your pet happy and enjoying their time while you’re away.

About: I have a decade of experience from taking care of my own puppy up to his elderly age. I also have taken care of friends and family pets. I consider myself to be more of a friend to engage with your pet until you come home. Someone to allow them to release their zoomies and keep up with their fetch toy! I am currently in school and have time before class on certain days during the afternoon or early mornings to help your pet enjoy themselves outside their crate. Just like people, our pets have unique personalities which make each of them different. Being observant and respectful those difference allows for trust and friendliness in pets. Knowing and working with their signs of body language gives those clues away for most pets. I treat your pet as I would treat my grandmother’s dog, with care, love, attention and plenty of patience.

I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends, family, and neighbors — and now I’m opening my doors (and my heart!) to pups on Rover. I've trained my own little pup from 8 weeks old and he's a Shiba (well known for their stubborn personality) I dont work weekends or holidays, plus my lunch breaks are typically on the longer side (1 to 3 hrs). Fitting in check ins, potty breaks and walks are a piece of cake. I believe in positive reinforcement, gentle guidance, and keeping each pet’s individual comfort level in mind. I pay attention to body language and energy, and I always go slow with nervous or shy dogs so they can warm up at their own pace.

David went above and beyond checking in on my cats while I was away. I only requested daily feeding, but he took care of the litter box, washed their dishes daily, played with the one cat that would come out of hiding, and he even swept up the litter tracked on the floor. Would definitely rebook!
Carolina was great! She dropped in to check on my 10 month old pup following a spay. Following the spay, my puppy’s incision became infected and required emergency care. Given the situation, I wanted an experienced individual checking in and monitoring. Carolina was more than just experienced — she was friendly, communicative, timely, and caring. I would recommend her without reservation.

Rebecca has taken great care of Luke and Luffy about three times now. She does a great job at communicating and has an uncanny ability to take the best pictures of dogs! I had to take an emergency trip recently and even though the booking was requested very late she was able to fit them in into her schedule. Highly recommended!
