“This was our first time using Rover and our first time leaving our 8 month old kitty. Brooke was amazing! She kept us updated the whole time and after the first two days when our kitty was no longer coming out of hiding when she would visit she let us know that he was still eating his treats, using the litter box and moving his blanket around. She even stopped by our house early one morning just to confirm that he did in fact eat the treats she left out because we were a little nervous about where he was since he hadn’t been spotted. She also kept the food and litter area clean and even left a little goodie bag for our kitty! We definitely recommend Brooke and will be using her again!!”

Whether your dog is a high-energy goofball or a snuggly couch companion, I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and at home. I've trained my own little pup from 8 weeks old and he's a Shiba (well known for their stubborn personality) I dont work weekends or holidays, plus my lunch breaks are typically on the longer side (1 to 3 hrs). Fitting in check ins, potty breaks and walks are a piece of cake. I believe in positive reinforcement, gentle guidance, and keeping each pet’s individual comfort level in mind. I pay attention to body language and energy, and I always go slow with nervous or shy dogs so they can warm up at their own pace.

I have done pet sitting for my friends and family’s pets which range from big dogs such as golden retriever and small dogs like Maltese. I’m currently working Monday to Wednesday. I’m off Thursday to Sunday. So I’m usually home from Thursday to Sunday if your pet requires extra attention. I have plenty of time to walk your dogs or go into your home to feed them and give them water and play with them. I have carpet and wood floors in my home and when I go into a clients house I will give the pets attention first and then let them outside or take them outside before playing with the pet and then give your animal lots of attention and then before leaving take them outside again.

Once I was able to, I began to house sit for neighbors and take care of their furry friends. I became a regular caretaker of a disabled dog, so I am well versed in the care require for special needs pups. I'm currently an online student, so I spend lots of time at home with my own pets. I’m able to provide lots of attention and care to your fur babies because of this! I can do video call or meet and greets prior to caring for your pet, just to make sure everyone is feeling comfortable! I love going for walks, playing fetch, or playing with a string toy; whatever your furry friend prefers! Since it can get pretty hot here, I always make sure that it is safe to walk your pets outside and that they don't overheat.
