Rakan and Katia took such a great care of Chihiro. I usually prefer to meet any new petsitter before and take a walk with and my dog but I had to book on last minute and gave a shot. Best decision. They took her for a car ride (she adooores car ride) and they spoiled her during her stay. They sent me updates and photos, took her for long and nice walk ang gave her all the love she asked for. We couldn’t be happier with the care our Schnauzer, Benji, received! Valentina and Catharine were fantastic, sending us daily pictures and updates, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. Benji looked happy, healthy, and well-groomed when we picked him up. It’s clear he was in good hands the entire time. Highly recommended!

She took very good care of my puppy, and kept me updated about his where-abouts and how he was doing, eating, drinking, and even sleeping. As a puppy parent, we love our puppy alot ofcourse, and we are always scared of using apps because you don’t know if when you return you will even see your pet again … so we were definitly fearful, but Miriam asked us to come into her place and it was very comfortable, and punctual to work with. My puppy is in great health and ate well.
Raissa and her husband took a good care of Willow while we’re visiting Montreal from Toronto:) they provided us with pictures and videos throughout the day and Willow really loves her husband (she keeps following him around hahah😂). Overall we are satisfied with the service!

Ivan took care of Dalton for 4 days and it was a great experience. By the second day, Dalton was already getting excited when he saw him, it says it all! Ivan is super professional and easygoing. Communication was excellent, he was flexible when I needed to adjust pick-up times, and I really appreciated how well he updated the Rover Cards.
