“Eunice is great with dogs! We’ve just moved to the city from a remote area, our dog Suka is having a difficult time adjusting to the sights, smells and sounds, but Eunice is doing great work with her. She takes great pictures of our dog, updates us every visit and Suka loves her! 10/10 recommend Eunice ?”

About: Experience with reactive and medically complex dogs of all ages. Have lived with dogs aged 7 weeks up to 16 years. Experience with nose work, agility, and obedience training. I am currently working as a remote consultant and am able to fully control my schedule! I typically get out with pups first thing in the morning for a larger walk/outing, but this depends on the dog and their needs. Your dog will be the only animal in the home while they are cared for. I am happy to accommodate any communication needs you have to help you feel comfortable (3 pics a day, no problem!) Or any other specific needs that are communicated ahead of time.

“Pamela is amazing! I had a last minute cancellation and Pamela was able to step in and check in and feed my cat Minnow last minute. She went above and beyond and made sure Minnow had some snuggle time and some fresh air on the balcony. Thanks so much Pamela !”

About: I have been caring for friends', family and neighbourhood dogs for more than 20 years. I've raised 2 male dogs from puppy to senior years, including a Keeshond with many health issues and special needs. He had multiple allergies - including to wood and his own yeast so required frequent medication and extra love and care. I have lots of experience with being patient with pups, taking them on walks that suit their pace, and giving them lots of attention. I am comfortable bathing, walking, administering medication, basic grooming and play time of course! All ages and sizes work for me! Recently, I spent fostering a sweet yet temperamental 13 year-old Corgi mix who I loved dearly. My condo is about a 12 minute drive from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and situated in a very dog-friendly complex. There is a vet in the complex and an emergency animal hospital across the street. I am professional, clean, organized and friendly. I will treat your home and pet the exact same way I treat mine - with the upmost love and care. Currently I’m home full-time so I am free to look after pets and homes any days of the week, day or night, for extended periods or one-offs. I live in an apartment about 850 square feet, which is great for medium to small sized dogs or dogs who don't need a lot of indoor space to run around. I have a safe and enclosed balcony. I make up for the small size by spending a lot of time outdoors.
About: I am an avid animal lover and have worked with animals professionally for 10 years. I am a Certified Positive Reinforcement Dog trainer, I have my Pet First Aid and I am also Certified in Fear Free Handling. I adopted a highly reactive dog 7 years ago, and with patience and consistency I have worked to control her reactivity to people, dogs and the environment. She was considered to be aggressive and so I am comfortable working with all types of animals, specifically those with special behavioural needs. I am comfortable bathing and medicating both cats and dogs. I have experience working in Doggy Daycare's, Puppy and Adult dog training and have worked in the Animal Welfare Industry for 7 years. I have owned cats for 20+ years and have experience working and handling all personality types, from outgoing tomcats to passive, semi ferals. I am a compassionate, empathetic and patient guardian and understand the fear, anxiety and stress animals can come under in new environments with people they don’t know. Utilizing my skills and knowledge from a decade's worth of hands on experience, I hope to provide a comfortable and stable experience for your animals while you’re away. I service the North Shore from Dundarave to Deep Cove. I currently work full-time Tuesday-Saturday from 8-3. I have flexibility to work from home one day a week. I can provide in home care from 3pm onwards. I am happy to work on building confidence on walks, R+ obedience training and agility and scent work if this is something your dog would benefit from. I would prefer to board cats in my home, and dogs in your own home as my dog can be particular about sharing her space with dogs. I am comfortable staying in your home and being the support your animals needs while you're away. I love to go on adventures and wll happily take your dog on long walks, hikes and trips to the beach if this is something your dog enjoys. Alternatively, if you have a senior dog, I am happy to keep them comfortable while focusing on low impact exercises to keep them mobile, while understanding their specific needs.

“Michelle was great managing our “grumpy old man” cat for a first visit. He has some specific care need and Michelle did all she could to take care of him and kept us informed on how things were going. I feel comfortable leaving him in her care for an extended visit next month.”

“We were so happy with Veronika’s care of our two cats, Ollie and Tobie. She even took a picture of one of our cats (the other is so shy), and added litter to the iRobot. She was so kind and approachable. Our cats were well cared for, and we will definitely request Veronika to take care of our furry kids again!!”

About: As an animal lover, I offer dog sitting, dog walking, and in-home visits to ensure your pets feel loved and well cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s a daily walk or overnight stays, I provide personalized attention to each animal. I’ve often cared for dogs for my friends and family, and I’ve always enjoyed taking care of their furry companions. This experience has helped me develop a gentle and reliable approach, tailored to the specific needs of each dog. Whether it’s keeping up with their walking routine or making sure they are comfortable at home, I make sure each dog feels safe and happy. In addition to dogs, I’m also open to taking care of cats. I love cats as much as dogs, and I’m happy to offer the same level of care for them. Whether it’s feeding, playing, or just providing companionship, I’m here to ensure your feline friend feels cared for and secure. As a trustworthy pet sitter, I strive to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free for all pets. My services include in-home care, regular dog walks, and visits to ensure your pets receive the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. While I’m happy to accept last-minute requests, I generally prefer having a few days’ notice to better manage my availability and provide the best service to your pets. Thank you for understanding, and feel free to reach out with any inquiries! I work from home and from my art studio — I’m also a ceramist — which gives me the freedom to manage my own schedule. I’m fairly flexible, but I do like to plan my weeks in advance so I can make time for my small business too. :) I can’t host dogs at my place, but when I’m caring for them at yours, I make it a priority to take them on nice long walks (my favorite!), play with them, and make sure they get all the love and attention they deserve.

About: I have had my best friend by my side for the past 13 years, and have owned dogs all my life. I love to take the dogs to the beach or for a run, or just snuggle up on the couch. I currently work full time, while my partner works from home. The usual routine is an early morning walk/run/swim, pee breaks as needed, and then an evening walk. We are in a pet friendly building in the west end of Vancouver, and a block to the beach and sea wall. There are also a number of dog friendly parks close by for off leash freedom.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds since I was very young—dogs are truly the joy of my life. I used to have a sweet black Labrador Retriever named Dakota. We loved going to off-leash parks and beaches during the week, and hiking trails on the weekends. At night, we enjoyed relaxing on the couch and watching TV together. I work at an elementary school, so I’m especially available on weekends, and have open availability during winter, spring, and summer breaks. I understand how important your dog is to you, and I treat every pup with the same love and attention I gave to Dakota. I'm currently working at school, so I have busy schedule during weekdays. My schedule on weekends and during breaks (Summer, Winter and Spring) are pretty open! I live in Townhouse, so I have 200sqf fanced terrace where dogs can stay with me. I usually take dogs to forests or off leash park (beach) since it's close to my place.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I have a natural care and ease with a variety of breeds, staying attuned to their personal needs & feelings. I am self employed and have flexibility in my schedule. It’s pretty easy to balance my schedule when I have an idea of what’s needed. I am happy to care for your dog in your home. Any and all requirements can be accommodated. Ie; if your dog has a collar for invisible fencing etc.

About: I offer dependable, loving care tailored to each pet’s personality and need. Whether it’s play time in the yard, a long peaceful walk, or just some cuddle time on the couch. I want to know the routines, quirks, and little details that keep your pets happy and stress-free. You can count on me to treat your pets like my own. I love to go on walks any time of day. I work from home so it’s easy for me to fit in any pets needs when it’s more convenient and according to their schedules. Each animal is different and requires different attention. I like to meet the animals where they’re at and not force them to want to interact with me if they don’t feel like they want to do so. I will offer a safe environment for them to warm up to me and trust me over time.

About: I used to be a dog owner. His name is Jimmy. I’m still missing him today! I wish to help more cute dogs and busy friends! I’m currently a housewife. My kids go to daycare every weekday. Plenty time play with your pets. I’m available from 11-5 every weekday. I wish to help more cute pets and busy owners! I’ll make sure your fluffy baby stay happy and clean. Please let me know if your baby needs special diet or nutrition. I’ll try my best to let them feel comfortable.

Sharron & Adam T.Star Sitter
“I have 2 energetic puppies and they have stayed with Sharron multiple times while we have been away. They absolutely love her and their reaction whenever they see her is adorable. While I was away, I received regular updates, photos, and messages that gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear that Bear and Quinn were happy, well-exercised, and being cared for with love and attention. Without Orlena, we would not have been able to travel with full confidence that our fur-child was in loving hands.”

Dai T.
“My wife is one of the most responsible pet caregivers I’ve ever known. We have three cats, and over the years, she’s cared for them with incredible patience, attention, and affection. When we moved to Canada, she put an incredible amount of time, effort, and care into arranging every detail to safely bring them with us from overseas — from boarder office paperwork and travel logistics to making sure they were as comfortable and stress-free as possible during the journey. She has a natural ability to understand animals' needs and personalities, and our cats trust her completely that they follow her around in our house. She’s also looked after pets for other family members, always following instructions closely and giving each pet the love and attention they deserve. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and truly caring pet sitter, I can confidently say my wife would be a fantastic choice. Your pets will be in loving hands.”
