About: Hello! My name is Keela, a lifelong dog lover with 12 years of experience caring for pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I grew up on a farm surrounded by animals – dogs, cats, and horses were part of my daily life from the very beginning. That farm life gave me hands-on experience with animals of all personalities, where I learned the importance of patience, responsibility, and unconditional love for all creatures big and small. When I was 11 years old, I got my own puppy! She is a super fluffy, all black, border collie x lab, and her name is Shade. That sparked a passion for training, and I got right into obedience and agility with her when she was a wee pup. I continued with agility for 7 years, teaching me about the divine connection between animal and human behaviours. “This was our first time using Rover so we were a little anxious at first of course but Patrisha was awesome! I'm sure our cat, Baldwin, would say he was very pleased haha. Patrisha was very understanding of my complex instructions for our security system (entering/exciting), helped feed our fish as well, and also helped with wheeling our garbage bin down for pickup while we were gone. I have ample time throughout the week to create a routine that suits your dog’s needs, whether that includes early morning potty breaks, midday play sessions, or evening cuddle time. Your dog’s comfort and happiness are my priority, and I’ll make sure to give them the same care and attention that I give my own pup. At my home, your dog will be under constant supervision and never left alone or unattended. I understand how important it is to trust that your pup is safe, so I will make sure they are always within sight and well cared for at all times. I am certified in First Aid for Dogs and Cats through the Canadian Red Cross, so you can feel confident that your pet’s safety and health are a top priority. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I have my spouse (Riley) and another family member (Deanna) available to step in and care for your dog, but only with prior notification to you. I’ll always keep you informed and ensure a smooth transition of care if necessary. We have a secure, fenced yard with plenty of space for small dogs to run and play safely. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m happy to accommodate their routine to ensure they feel comfortable. Our Chihuahua loves to play, so your pup will have a friendly companion to interact with. For dogs with special needs, we have baby gates available and stairs leading up to the bed and couch—not only for pups with back issues, but also to prevent unsafe jumping from heights. Additionally, we have a pet stroller that can be used for senior pups or those with mobility challenges, so they can still enjoy fresh air and outings comfortably. My home can easily be adapted to provide comfort and support for your furbaby.

About: I’ve grown up with a menagerie of animals. My old dog passed in October and I’ve fostered an 18 year old cat so I do have experience with medical needs and have done various training with my dogs such as scent class and therapy dog. I work from home full time with a remote tech job. I can provide walks before work, lunch or after according to their usual routine. I have a fenced yard for the dogs to play safely. I have a miniature dachshund who’s a social butterfly named Frankie. She is allowed on the furniture and is fully potty trained and didn’t care for a kennel so she is free roaming.

About: I have grown up with dogs in our household and the moment I became old enough I got my very own fur child whom now is the centre of my world. More like my routine is scheduled around them… it’s Charlie & Harvey’s world I’m just living in it! We go out for about a 5km walk along the river before I head to class in the morning, I come home at lunch to do the same walk then we head to the dog park after class and/or have furry friends over for play dates. I have a fenced yard with two dogs of my own, both of which love other dogs and love to snuggle and play. They are very much ok sharing their toys and sometimes may even push them in each others face to get the other to play with them!

About: I’ve always loved dogs and they seemed to always love me. I’m very safety oriented and will make sure your baby is well taken care of. I have a Beagle of my own, she is very stubborn and tests me everyday, so I’m very confident I can handle whatever unexpected situations your fur baby will throw at me. I am currently working during the weeks during the day, but after about 4-5 every day I will be available for services and to help you with your fur baby. I am a very easy going person who doesn’t panic in the heat of the moment. I understand that dogs can get worked up by whatever they see on walks whether it be a rodent, bird or another dog. If you have any specific requests just let me know and I can make sure they’ll be fulfilled.
