“Joel was excellent! My dog fell in love with him almost instantly at the meet and greet. Even my cat ventured from her hiding spot during his stay. They were well cared for, and the house was clean and tidy when I got back. 11/10. Highly recommend!”
“Kaitlin took care of my girls for a week. As it was a very stressful time for me to leave my girls alone, she stayed in contact with me and patiently responded to all my texts lol I recommend her services to anyone, and will be booking her in the future :-)”

“Taylor stayed with our two pets while we were away on holidays - she kept in good contact with us during this time and took good care of our babies, and met all their needs. Our house remained clean and well kept. We will be reaching out again in the future to hire Taylor again!”

“Anthony was fantastic! He’s a very respectful young man and my 15 year old cat seemed to really take to him! She looked so happy in the photos which he sent daily and I was completely at ease knowing she was well taken care of! Thank you Anthony!!!”

“Lauren is a fabulous pet and house sitter. Joplin, our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel seemed to settle right in with Lauren. We received several pictures and messages each day we were away, which we were happy to see that Joplin was doing well. Our home was spotless when we returned and everything in its place. We will definitely use Lauren in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, conscientious pet and house sitter!”

“Being new to saskatoon it was very difficult for us to find someone who could take care of our pets. We were very worried bc Simon is an really old dog and sometimes he can test your patience lol. Laura was definitely the best choice! I would choose her again a thousand times. She kept me informed throughout our absence and treated my pets with love and a lot of patience . She gave them reiki and even massages ✨. Thank you Laura for your hard work, you are undoubtedly our favorite pet sitter.”

“Jessica stayed at our house with our 3 year old Blue Heeler, Willa, for five nights. She is quick at communicating and takes pics and sends them so I know my fur baby is comfortable and being well taken care of. Our plans changed twice and she was willing/able to be flexible, which was so helpful. Willa was a rescue (Jan 2025) from a challenging situation and she wasn’t fond of people, kids, dogs etc. Jessica was willing to come and meet her a few months ago, and then keep coming over every other weekend to walk her, just to build up that trust and establish a relationship. Which made this recent dog-sitting possible and successful! Which warms my heart so much!!! Knowing my fur baby is learning to trust other humans and enjoy life, and it gives us the freedom to go away on vacation. Very grateful ☺️”
“Ginny was perfect. We had a meet & greet & immediately felt comfortable leaving her with Charli. Charli seemed so happy. She took her on walks & spent time with her on the couch which is her favourite pastime. I would definitely recommend Ginny. Thank you.”

“Des was absolutely wonderful to communicate with & to leave our dogs & house in the hands of. She was very knowledgeable in everything dogs & pets. Our two dogs are special as they do not get along & need to be separated at all times & she was more than willing to learn their routine & what they needed. We are so thankful for her as we had a last minute trip & she eagerly helped. We will definitely use her again! Thank you again Desiree!”

“We feel very lucky to have found Jrosaleen. We love the attention she gives to Skye and Frankie and Skye have a blast playing together. She is so genuine with such a big heart. Exactly who we want to care for our pet when away.”

About: Ever since I was little I have always loved taking care of animals big and small. I’ve always had pets growing up and am happy to take care of a wide range of animals! For a few years now I have watched over acreages for friends and also house sat dogs when they needed it. I have taken care of old pets who require medication and also young puppy’s who may need a little more help and consistency. I went through multiple obedience classes with my own dogs and have done lots of agility training and weight pull training with my own dog Razor! For some dogs new people can be scary and I know that well too. Peaches my other pup can be very timid of new people so I am happy to help even if you are worried about your dog being shy. All of June I have an in person class so most days I will have to be on campus from 8:30am-3pm but from July to august I will have no classes and can spend as much time with your fur baby as needed:) At my home I have a large fenced yard and two friendly dogs as well as a dog savvy cat who will be happy to keep your pet company! I do have two crates, one smaller and one larger in case to crate if needed. In your home I am happy to follow whatever schedule your pet is adapted to!
“Left our 2 dogs and 1 cat with Erin while she stayed at our house for the week. Received updates and pictures throughout the week, and the house looked great when we came home. Definitely will rebook!”

About: When I was 10 I was given the responsibility of taking care of my family dogs. This includes feeding, playing, walking, bathing, and training. As I reached the age of 16 I was able to house sit dogs by myself and take them to appointments (vet or grooming). I have experience with puppies over 1 years old and senior dogs over 10. My daily routine is very flexible, including care during the day (early morning, late nights, or anywhere in between). I’m available during the weekends and weekdays I’m able to follow all pet sitting and house care instructions. If anything occurs that is out of the ordinary, I usually contact clients to make sure pet care and safety is the number one priority.
“This is the second time Afton has house sat for us while on vacation and has watched our 2 dogs and 2 cats. She always does an excellent job and highly recommend her for your animal sitting needs!”

“We were away for a week, and Ashlyn cared for our Frenchie and our home as if they were her own. I am so grateful for her care and attention to detail. Thank you so much, Ashlyn!”

“Jade was absolutely amazing with my high needs dog! She was able to give him his insulin needles twice a day and do his eye drops as well. She sent picture and message updates and did so many extras while staying at my house. Rio loves her and can’t wait for her to come back. I am so grateful to have such a trustworthy and reliable person to look after my boy when I have to travel.”

Saskatoon pet parents share their Rover experiences
Our 2 cats loved having Afton stay with them for 2 weeks! Our 2 babies managed to behave…somewhat. Afton sent us daily updates with pictures, that we appreciated so much! When we got home, our babies did not ignore us, so we know they were well taken care of during the 2 weeks. We would definitely book with Afton again and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone for their pet sitting needs!!

Before the initial in home care Jenna came to our home for a meet and greet! Jenna provided excellent in home care for our dog Peanut for 1 week. She was dependable, respectful of our home and attentive to Peanut’s needs. Communication was clear and timely with daily texts, pictures and videos all which gave us great peace of mind. Jenna brought her dog Frankie who was a great playmate for Peanut. I would confidently recommend Jenna to anyone looking for reliable pet care! I am thankful that Jenna accepted to care for Peanut.

Keela was great. She looked after our pug puppies (~1yr and ~11 weeks) and was absolutely wonderful. Consistent updates, house was so clean when she left and the pugs were exhausted. I really appreciate that she was able to care for my boys on short notice as well.

Zoey was amazing with Tobi. She helped with watching him during our rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception. Our day could not have gone as envisioned without Tobi there, and to have Tobi there we needed Zoey. She was always near by to ensure he was safe and put his leash on and take him out when he needed. This allowed my husband and I to not have responsibility of watching him. He was a hit at the wedding and thanks to Zoey being the biggest help! I would get Zoey to watch Tobi again if we have any Saskatoon stays! Thank you so much!
